This location has really taken a turn for the worst. It's very busy location but the lack of cleanliness is disturbing. Only one stall in women bathroom worked and was filthy. We normally stop on our way to panhandle and on way back but will not make that mistake again. read more

The two women working this joint are lazy. Nobody was in there to buy anything except us who we're trying to use the bathroom. One of the woman working there said it'll take 10-15 minutes. What a cesspool. I work in Texas twice a year and this is where my vehicle needs fuel. EVERYTHING is dirty, like a third world country. The pumps are nasty, the parking lot is dirty, the inside of the store looks like it's never been cleaned. I won't use the bathrooms. I wouldn't dare touch the food. The people are uncaring and rude. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVIVE BY AN OLDER LADY. I am a female in my mid 20's, I stopped to put gas and buy some snacks since I was traveling to Plano. when I went inside to buy the snacks the lady working that morninh was nicely helping another costumer, but when it was my turn she didn't look at me at all! she grabbed my items and scanned them without saying a word, she then proceeded to walk away without even telling me my total! she then started chatting with this man at the other side of the counter giving me her back. I just went ahead and paid with my card, grabbed my items and left, I am accusing this poor woman of being racist, because I am a young Hispanic woman, and the way she treated me shows it. We stopped by here last weekend to buy some snacks. I realize this is a roadside convenience store and my expectations should not be high, but WOW, did this place amaze me for all the wrong reasons. The service and attitude of the women working there were appalling. They openly complained to each other about the customers we saw go through before us, did not respond to my attempt to be civil (I said something like " how are you today"), and the cashier appeared to struggle to stay standing (hungover?). Just a heads up, I noticed an employee leave the restroom WITHOUT washing their hands!!!!! and immediately proceed to continue working the register and hot food area. They touched customer ready-eat foods without gloves, after NOT washing their hands. I advised my boyfriend to not get any food and we promptly left. In the past, I have gotten chicken strips from other Allsups and recommended it to friends. This apparent disregard of Texas requiring any employee to wash their hands, whether they handle food or not, was very off-putting and I will refrain from eating at any Allsups after this. read more

This is a STAPLE on my road trips. I prefer to fly over drive these days, but back in my days living in Central Texas I would make excursions to places like Denver and Las Vegas and back and each time I would plan to stop here. It would be a logical first stop going out or the perfect full tank to get me back home. And the inside of the store was open 24 hours for purchasing an energy drink or bathroom break.
