the most rude, incompetent cashier while I was trying to get gas. She ignored my request and when I had to walk into the store for the third time she walked away from the register laughing. She displayed unprofessional inconsiderate customer service. I'll describe her simply because I was not going to walk into the super for fourth time only to subject myself to her treating me with actions she thinks to be appropriate, she's Hispanic, short and very much overweight with her hair pulled straight back in a bun and wears glasses. Lord help your establishment if she's management. Will not be patronizing this store or any stripes in Lubbock, TX any more! do something about your employees customer service skills!!! only selected one start for rating because system wouldn't allow me to select NONE! read more

Do not come here if you need gas literally all of their gas pumps are broken. ( key pad doesn't work so you can enter pin ) literally came here and everyone is parked at the pumps and no one is getting gas read more

Typical stripes but uses the Phillips 66 brand instead of the Sunoco. Has the taco company stand inside and all the typical convenience foods you've come to love and enjoy from stripes. read more

If your hungry and need fuel.. Well the strips has a taco place inside. It's called Laredo Taco Co. Almost every stripe have them. They make the greatest breakfast tacos. And if you come in at lunch.. Well their mole is always great too.. To be honest, I wish the had a store in So Cal.. It would be good there.. Sorry no picture, I ate the taco too soon.. Next time I will snap one. read more

Went to gas up and get a fried burrito...got a long hair in my burrito. I would expect that the cook wears a hair net along with the protective wear for COVID. A definite way to ruin an appetite read more

To whom it may concern: i regularly visit stripes in lubbock tx especially the one near 34th and I27 seeing as i work close to there. My biggest concern are the tortillas that are being served there are terrible. If nothing else get them at Rosa's Cafe and make your burritos with them. Thank you.
