This location is in a great place right inside of the LA Fitness Signature Club in the Totem Lake area of Kirkland. They definitely have a captive audience as the inside of the health club is HUGE so there's a lot of potential customers who need a healthy reward after their workouts. At our visit, the club workout machines seemed well occupied and several members stopped by to order after their workouts. We had just finished dinner so my wife and I shared a 32 oz PB&J which was recommended by the super fun and energetic staff and it did not disappoint. We were helped by the trio of Maria, Michelle and Camilla. Each had a ready smile and were very helpful and friendly. We also met the woman who owns this and the downtown Kirkland location. She was super nice as well. Camilla expertly made our smoothie and I am now addicted. I need to return and have another one of these delicious and nutritious beverages! Extremely difficult time to get parking as this place is inconvenient at the main roads of Downtown Kirkland, so snatching a spot would be pulling to the side to parallel. I'd recommend parking near the Shell for street then walking down. Staff wasn't the most friendly, as a first timer I've never tried any of their drinks before, there wasn't a greeting or at least a "if you have any questions" - and the price itself was on the higher note of $8-$10 for a smoothie. I really liked how they organized the menu to where your goal would fit the perfect smoothie, some labeled as "Boost your immune system" or "Bulk Me up" it was clever. I decided to go for the Green Goddess, and it had lots of ingredients in it that was shown. The place was on the smaller side, there wasn't another customer present, but not much space to stand around or really sit. I'd recommend grabbing a smoothie and going for a walk at the park.

Thanks for supporting sustainability and reusable cups! Store is clean and has a few tables and chairs where you can enjoy your smoothie. There's also free wifi and lots of windows, for some sun and natural lighting.
