We returned at the suggestion of the manager after complaining about the loud volume of the previews in the theater on a previous visit. He suggested we wait in the hall until the previews were almost over since he explained that he could only turn down the volume so far. The young man taking the tickets did tell us that he would lower the volume of the previews, and he did his best. We went in when there was only about 3 minutes left of the previews before showtime. The volume was tolerable. We really enjoy coming to the Fallston theater since we drive all the way from Towson to do so. The price is so reasonable, especially on Tuesday when they offer the $7.00 ticket special all day for everyone and the seats are reclining and heated. You can order tickets online and reserve your seat ahead of time. Today, we came to see You, Me and Tuscany. It was a delightful movie with a great story line, good casting, and fabulous Italian scenery. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the movies! read more

Love coming to this theater! The place is clean and so are the bathrooms. In the summer, they even have deals.. typically for smaller kids. They have a movie + snack pack for $6 per person. The workers are nice and are open to any questions. Popcorn itself was delicious. There is a counter to pour butter on your popcorn. A drink machine, napkins, lids, straws are all there. Before heading into the theater, there's a seating area with tables if you want to sit for a bit. To the left, there is a bar but I haven't tried that part yet ! Although we don't go to a Theatre as much as we used to, when we do go, Horizon is the one. We usually catch a matinee (3 pm or before). We like the smaller arena and the multi adjustable and well cushioned/ reserved stadium seats are what keep us coming back. Concessions are standard with Popcorn and candy. I have not been to the movies since Avatar. But I had to go see Super Mario! So I chose a new theatre and I was pleasantly surprise by the quality of the space. At first glance I noticed how clean it was in there. I really appreciate walking into a clean facility. This tickets prices for early viewings is 12$ for adults and about 10$ for minors under 16 y/o. The is a food menu which includes popcorn (of course ) crab pretzels, chickens tenders, and an assortment of other food items (refer to the pictures I posted) We got tenders and waffle fries, boneless buffalo wings, and funnel cake fries. Also got soft drinks. Just about every food item is 9.50$ Here is the kicker! They actually deliver the food to your seats. It was super nice to not have to wait in the lobby while the movie was on! All the employees were very nice and professional. It's always a plus to have employees with good attitudes. The theatre itself was spacious. The seats were not top-of-the-top but the were darn good, soft, and they worked. Seats were heated and fully adjustable... and even came with neck pillows. One thing that stood out the most was the isles had a lot of space to walk so no one has to stand up when passing by. This was wonderful!!! The screen quality was very good and the sound was perfect. There were a few drawbacks. 1. The bar did not open until 4pm... 2. and the biggest is there are not slushy machines!! Uggh, but these were minor considering the overall quality. The bathrooms were very clean and all soap was stocked. This is the perfect spot to bring your family or to stop you middle school off to see their favorite of movie. A very friendly environment. Great theater. It's clean, staff is super friendly and cost is very budget friendly. I preordered my food/ticket and upon checkin was told they would alert the kitchen to prepare our food and bring it to our seats. $5. Pretzels and lots of other options, including a burger and fries. I was in theater 7. It's a small theater but they have full recline options. Two buttons: up and back. The leg and seat back move together and recline well, perfect actually. The smell: the theater stunk like feet. I've never seen people dress and behave the way I saw there. Many carried blankets. Half were in pajamas and had no shoes on at their seat. Weird. Gross actually. That's what stunk up this theater. People have no class. read more

Went to this theater on Valentine's Day to see Bob Marley One Love. Tickets were $30.00 total for two for the comfortable recliner seats. I waited late to order tickets online and there weren't many good seats left (my fault). It was an easy process. Arrived at the theater at about 830pm for a 900pm showing. Check in was easy. I showed my barcode and the friendly cashier gave me my tickets. Since I was early I decided to have a glass of chardonnay. It was pricey at $7.75 for a small bottle that they poured in a cup. Oh well I'm worth it. The bartender was also friendly. I then proceeded to get small popcorn, small drink and little fruit snacks for I think $7.00. The cashier was friendly. It was just enough for me. I entered the clean theater and enjoyed the movie. The only disadvantage was a group of young children (maybe teenagers) kept running through the theater and it wasn't addressed. That made for a great annoyance. Other than that I would return hoping that staff would next time address an issue like that. It was a very fun night. I thought I would be able to avoid all foolishness by choosing this theater. Guess I didn't get so lucky. Better luck next time because I'm definitely willing to give another try and I live a pretty far distance from this theater read more

I've lived in Harford County for well over 15 years and until a kids birthday party i attends this summer with my daughter, i never knew of this movie theater. My girls had been excited about seeing The Nutcracker and the 4 Realms and I decided to take them over this weekend. I purchased my tickets in advance only about 4 hours before showtime and because of that the Reserved seating was very limited. I needed 3 seats and there were not 3 seats available . I wound up purchasing the General admission tickets. When we arrived, i realized that only the front 2 rows were the General Admission seats and unfortunately we were left with the very first row. I went out to the ticket vendor and asked about upgrading the seats and there were only 2 available.. which I purchased for an additional 5 dollars. So my girls got really comfy seats and i was left to gaze up at the screen. They were very comfortable and i was not. I've sat in the front row of other cinemas but perhaps since this location is on the smaller side, the screen was like right there. I like the theater .. i just know that the Reserved seating is a must. Not optional. We didn't purchase any concession snacks nor did i visit the bar so i can't speak on those things. I like this theater much better than the theater in Abingdon. It's cleaner and more modern. The employees at the theatre were friendly and helpful. Parking doesn't seem to be an issue. I will be back.. but next time, I'll be gazing into the screen from up high and not sitting right up on it read more

I've been coming here since the theater opened, and it's a favorite date spot for my husband and I. Today I accidentally booked my ticket for the wrong date (today instead of tomorrow -- ‍) and realized it when I received the confirmation email. By the time I called to see if there was any way to correct it, they had already shut down their systems for the night. I was assisted by Ed, who in the middle of what sounded like a crazy busy day, was kind enough to help me correct *MY* mistake and was incredibly accommodating. Small, but completely amazing new theater! We live in Middle River close to AMC, but plan to make this our regular theater. Everything is new and high tech. The recliners are incredibly comfortable and worth the splurge. We went on a weekday and had the theater to ourselves. The food is typical movie pricing, but actually great! The cinema is a new facility and you can tell - it's very clean! The lobby is rather small but includes a few self-service ticket kiosks (out of order when I went), small bar, and a moderate concessions stand. If you keep going you will reach the cashier station where they simultaneously sell and take tickets. The theaters are small compared to modern standards, but very spacious so I'll cut them some slack. One small pet peeve is they charge you $2.50 extra to have a reclining seat. Which in the grand scheme of things is not a big deal, however most modern theaters already include this in their pricing. The worst part is the non-reclining seats are very close to the theater. Keep this in mind if you opt out, as you will certainly regret sitting up close! Overall, it is a very nice and clean facility. read more

My husband and I are used to going to the Horizon Cinemas location in the Overlea Shopping Center on Belair Road and until last night, we didn't realize that there were any other locations. We love Horizon Cinemas and we were excited to see that the Fallston location is relatively new and updated. We reserved our tickets online and followed the suggestion to go with the recliner seats as they have a much better and comfortable view of the screen. The total for our tickets was $25 and we received a confirmation email with a barcode to present to the theater for our tickets. The theater is located in a small shopping center with a restaurant and grocery store. There's plenty of parking right outside of the theater. When you walk into the theater there's a ticket counter and a self-serve concession stand. As you walk further in there is a cash register and a soda/condiments station. The bathrooms are clean and the employees are friendly and accommodating. We learned just how accommodating they are when we realized that we purchased tickets for the wrong day. They very kindly swapped out our tickets, but unfortunately they only had general admission tickets remaining. The reason for four stars and not five is because of the ticket prices and how close the general admission seats are to the screen. We had to tilt our heads up the entire time to watch and it was a bit uncomfortable. Other than those two things, everything else was great! I didn't try any food besides popcorn, so I can't comment on the food quality. Overall, I would return! read more

Really liked this theatre. Almost don't want to "share"this little gem/secret of a place. Tucked inside a small shopping center, it's only a year old so not a lot of people seem to know about it It's quaint. Not too many theatres and they have wine!!! $11+ for matinee (uuugghh) but that seems to be the going rate around here Parking seems to be safe (next door to a ?police station?) and "50 feet" from Uncs- a convenient place to eat and grab a drink. Brand new theater in Fallston. Most of the seats are comfortable leather seats that recline. There are some regulars seats but those are in the front of the screen, approximately the first 5-7 rows. The rest are the leather reclining seats. The seats themselves don't go as far back as the new AMC theaters, but do recline a good 45°. The new AMC theaters recline almost so you can lie flat. The concessions stand, bathrooms are very nice and clean. The food is a decent selection and the bar has any cocktail you can imagine. read more

Came opening weekend for Guardians of the Galaxy 2. We reserved our seats 2 weeks before for about $14 each. The parking lot was a little crowded (please drive on the right side of the road people!!!) but manageable. When we got inside, we took our internet receipt to the two people at the register and they printed out our tickets and we were able to talk right up to the ticket clerk. He directed us to Theater 2. The theater itself was small compared to Regal in Bel Air but i LOVED the recliner seats. The "rocking chairs", which were normal theater seats and cheaper to reserve, but it's worth it to splurge for recliner seats. I docked one star cause I felt that the popcorn was weird. It's self serve so you never know how long the popcorn has been sitting there. I also got REALLY sick after eating it so I would skip it. Overall, great place to catch a movie! read more

Went to this theater because it's brand new and also the reclining chairs. It was last saturday afternoon around 3:30pm, it was somewhat busy with foot traffic in the lobby. The upper reserved with leather recliner is an $2 up charge. 2 tickets with upgrade was $22, that is not too horrible. For some reason, we weren't allow to get to theater one 5 mins before the showtime. I thought that was odd, since I see other folks are going into theater one. So I approached the young lady. She refused to let us in. I decided to talked to a young man who works there, he let us in, no problem. In theater one, there were already people sitting in their reserved seats. My power reclining seat was making a lot of motor noise. It was comfortable for sure. However, it was extremely cold in the theater. I did not see anyone who bought the standard seating. overall, the movie experience was good, except for that young lady who refused to let us in. read more

Wonderful theater with more options than most others. Full bar with big selection of beer and wine that you can take back to your seat. A full kitchen of many options that you can also take back to your seat after they are cooked. And your seat options are "general admission", a normal seat but close to the screen, and a recliner that's just like your seat from home. All the regular candy and popcorn is there too, but while the food and drinks are expensive as usual, seating is on the cheap side. Need to get your tickets about a week in advance for your recliner seat though, so plan ahead! read more

Great movie theatre. The price of an evening show is the price at a matinee at a larger theatre. They have good prices for the popcorn and soda combos also. My only gripe is that they don't have anything to carry your food, so if your ordering for multiple ppl make sure they're standing at the counter with you to help carry. They also have not updated the seating. So they are the older style seats and its first come first serve seating. But hey its $6 for adults and $3.50 for everyone early in the day. read more
