The actual theater itself was nice, watching a movie with the reclining chairs. Everything else was dirty. I feel like they are probably understaffed and the people who come here are careless. It's gross how people will leave cans in toilets or even hair on a counter. If they can, they need to hire more people on weekends or have better staff. I'm not sure why the lines for food/drinks took forever. If they are understaffed, they shouldn't serve food that will take long, such as chicken fingers. It took 20+ mins just to get 1 cup of my icee. I'd come back here for convenience only.

All of the counters were sticky. The floors were gross. There is a bar with tvs when you're waiting for the movie. But no humans there to serve you. Someone ran over when we sat down. Served us a draft beer with 59% foam for $14.50 plus tax and tip. We ordered food on a kiosk and waited. Then we waited in line to pick it up. The counter was sticky. No humans helped us. We waited for a snack. To have cups handed to us and then got our own drinks. You pay extra for a slurpy. But you ge it yourself so. We saw others paying for sodas and getting slurpeys. We paid extra for IMAX and that was a mistake. The chairs were doubled up from what we are used to. You could not recline and if someone had to walk by you, you had to stand up and let them by.

    Fully Reclining seat! The best

The staff is friendly. The floors are disgusting. The seats are comfortable. The screen and sound of movies are good quality.

Theater is located in a beautiful plaza! Everything was self-serve, so it was super busy, but pretty efficient! Staff was kind and worked as quickly as they could!

    The longest line for popcorn

The snack bar/food stand is terrible. They are ridiculously slow. It's as if they're purposely moving as slow as they can. It's that or they are understaffed. This is why I never ever ever ever ever order from there.

NO HEAT!!!!!!! Came to see Wicked, in Theater #6... Walked into theater and the temperature drops over 20degrees from the lobby. I can almost see my breath it so cold. One employee says the heat hasn't worked all day. Manager says ..."I just got here I don't know what's going on" ...didn't stop to address, just said as she was walking by, smh. It was a cold 40 degree day outside...with cold air blowing in the theater, cause the heat wasn't working so it was just blowing cold air. The most unpleasant movie...toes cramped and frozen, nose running from the cold, shivering for over 2hrs 20mins, I couldn't wait to get in my car and warm up. Everyone in the movie with us was bundled up..hats, scarves, jackets and gloves!!!! Pic attached shows ceiling tiles removed/missing in theater...wonder if they knew they didn't have heat or this is something completely different? This theater had five showings this day, and they were still selling tickets. Assuming their motto is : "sell tickets and apologize later". This terrible experience today, after a June 2025 packed movie with no A/C over 90 degrees in theater. You never know what expect going to AMC...it's so poorly run.

Seating in lobby. Tv above. Odd

5yrs later..2024. Not much has changed. Realized that not all screens/seating/reclining are the same Ended up doing a dbl feature Theatre 8: far back, seats totally recline. However, this means the row in front of you, with its head rest protruding over the bannister, will block your view at the bottom of the screen. Dependent on what you go see, it may/may not be an issue. If u have subtitles, it will be a problem Theatre 11: seats far back don't FULLY recline. And you can't see the seats on the row in front, so you can see the bottom of the screen Again..may not need to, but it depends Discount Tuesdays are now 25% off regular price. So $7 plus tax While small popcorn and small drink are $5 Weird: out front, they have seating for you to wait, but the tv screens a are above the seating. So you def can't sit and wat h

First time in the area checking out THE COLOR PURPLE MOVIE. I'm gonna say my whole interaction was digital.... I ordered my tickets online, walked in i waited for assistance at the concession counter till I noticed the machines right in front of me to order your movie treats. I made it into the theater room and was happy to see that it wasn't crowded, I did choose a matinee. The chairs were nice, big and comfortable. I'm 6"4 and I would like to add I had more than enough room to stretch my legs and recline comfortably, and completely back in the recliner.

    No bartender for over 20minutes

Where do I begin???? There was a time where this theatre was a pretty good theatre but over the years it has really gone down. The theatre is un- kept, trash consisting of popcorn, napkins, and other stuff is on the floors at any given time. The concession stand is an absolute nightmare. Everyone waiting on a concession order is just bunched up waiting for their order number to be called of which could take anywhere from 5-10 minutes to over 30minutes to receive your order including a single popcorn and or drink. The staff working the concession stand had no customer service skills whatsoever! The bar was open with no bartender. The manager was bartering if which took him over 20minutes to come to the bar to service anyone because he was attempting to multi- task while bartending. His attitude and demeanor was very unwelcoming. The entire establishment is horrid. The only nice staff I encountered was the young lady taking tickets to enter the theater. I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EVER COME TO THIS MOVIE THEATER, EVEN IF THE MOVIE IS FREE!! Everything about this movie screams unprofessional, improperly trained, filthy and un-kept. I WILL NOT be returning.

Cluster of people waiting for food-- so disorganized
    Kelsey K.

The entire movie experience is terrible. The food ordering system is a complete mess. It took us over 35 minutes to get a simple bag of popcorn-- making us late to the movie. Not only that, the popcorn was incredibly stale. The theater is disgustingly dirty and the lights were ON for the movie. We left within a few minutes. As an AMC A-list member I have much higher expectations for a movie experience and I will likely cancel my AMC membership after this ordeal.

The Bay Bridge Wrap had a huge crab cake and shrimp salad with lettuce and tomato, and it was so good and extremely filling. I opted to get it with fries instead of chips. Highly recommend. I was having trouble finishing even just the first half. It will make a really good lunch tomorrow! So many things to try there. I'm looking forward to going back. All the food was good, my only comment would be to offer plain french fries rather than the.coated ones. The coating takes away the good and honest french fry taste and texture. I think next time i'll see if they can substitute something in their place. The bar side and part of the dining side was all decked out for Valentine's Day. They have one pool table where APA league members usually play, a shuffle board, and a number of TVs for sports games (although they are not HD). I could tell this was a local go-to for many of the customers at this bar especially since they all seemed to know each other. Our bartender was very friendly with helping us decide what to order. We got the Belly Buster Fried Fish sub ($8.99), with a side of fries (an extra $2) and Italian Cold Cut ($9.50), with a side of chips (free), along with a Loose Cannon ($5.00) & Grapefruit Crush ($6.00). The subs were pretty good. The fried cod (I believe it was) was nice and crispy and the tartar sauce paired perfectly to cut the richness of the grease. The portion was definitely money's worth. The cold cuts in my sub were fresh. There was enough acid to not make the bread soggy. The grapefruit crush was very icy. I noticed the bartender made it by blending a grapefruit fruit cup with ice and some grapefruit-vodka. When I was done with my first drink, she poured the rest of the mixture from the blender into my glass, which I thought was very nice. No placemats, no silverware, no napkins seems to be the norm. Had to ask for ketchup when my fries came out after getting chips by mistake. We will most likely go back though, especially since The Bird River Inn changed their whole menu and did away with most of our favorite menu items. Everything is smoked now and very salty. This is Puerto Rican pitorro, also known as ron cañita, made with care and intention rather than gimmickry. Many local liquor stores now carry the brand, and it is well worth picking up a bottle, but visiting the distillery is an experience in itself. The founder is a fellow Puerto Rican born retired military member, a background I share, and like me, he has put down roots in Maryland. That story is reflected clearly in the brand's own framing, "Puerto Rican born, Maryland made." The space feels grounded and unpretentious, and that sensibility carries through to the hospitality. We arrived late on a Saturday and were still welcomed warmly, never rushed. We were taken care of by the founder's daughter, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. She guided us through a flight that included the traditional pitorro, almond, pineapple, coffee, coconut chai, and several seasonal offerings. The flavors were thoughtful and well balanced; even the infused expressions retained a clear rum backbone rather than drifting into novelty. We enjoyed them enough to leave with several bottles. This is artisanal pitorro done right, rooted in Puerto Rican tradition and confidently made in Maryland.
