We have become "regulars" and our server that we ask for every time, (Brenna) is a bright light and always provides us with amazing service that keeps us coming back! We all enjoyed our lunch and I have to say, Lib's Grill was rocking! It was President's Weekend Holiday and every table was taken for brunch/lunch. Our meals, once again were all really good and service was top notch. Thank you, Brenna, (and team), for making our meal a memorable one, once again. To make matters worse, when I asked for a to-go box and a side of blue cheese because my original blue cheese had been thrown away, I was told it would cost an additional $0.75. At that point, I was frustrated that I was being charged for a replacement of something that had been discarded by the staff. I paid it, but the entire experience left a bad impression. The overall interaction felt like the restaurant was constantly looking for ways to add extra charges and nickel-and-dime customers. Customer service should focus on making things right when mistakes happen, not creating additional frustrations.
