I started panicking, I had my younger siblings with me and my mom had just stepped out. With all that said as soon as we alerted staff what was happening with my dad two workers sprung into action. They immediately started helping me, they got ice, rags, and when I was on the phone with 911 the male worker was providing me the information I needed. I truly appreciate how calm and collected they were because I was literally going to lose it for a second. Thank you so much to those two individuals (I am so sorry I didn't get your their names). Unfortunately we weren't able to try any food but now that my dad is all better he's been looking forward to going back and hasn't stopped talking about how he didn't even get a chance to try a burger lol!

Our server, who never introduced herself but was listed as "Sister B" on our check, failed to properly clear our table, leaving us overcrowded with dirty plates and barely any room for drinks. My friend accidentally spilled 90% of her newly ordered drink into one of those plates. Our server suggested ordering another at an additional cost, then offered ice for the tiny amount remaining. When the full charge appeared on our bill, I requested a manager. We were eventually offered half off, but when I asked again for the manager, I was told they were "busy." No manager ever came, and our server became defensive and argumentative. Ironically, she had spilled my own drink ON ME earlier, which I brushed off without complaint. A 20% gratuity was automatically included, making me question whether the guaranteed tip contributed to the poor service. I've been a server for 15 years and understand accidents happen, but the lack of professionalism, proper pre-bussing, and management involvement was unacceptable. Extremely disappointing experience.
