Raining so decided to go see Ghost Busters: Frozen Empire. All ticketing is online or at a digital kiosk so no cash for tickets. Concession stand was well stocked and staff was friendly. I found the theater clean and well kept. Recliners are heated or cooled depending on your preference and they have "love seats" in the back to sit together. Plenty of handicapped seats to accommodate everyone. Would definitely recommend for a rainy day or night, 15 minute ride from Hershey. read more

my Deaf sister and I went to watch Wicked and she used the captioning devices available to Deaf/hard of hearing people offered at the front desk and it did not work. She went back to get a new one and that one did not work. She then went back one more time and was given a third device that did not work either. Not wanting to keep bothering the staff and the people she was sitting next to, she decided to watch the whole movie while having no idea what was being said and couldn't follow the plot because the devices that are supposed to help Deaf/Hard of Hearing people were pieces of junk unfortunately. She has been looking forward to watching the movie as there was no closed captioning for Broadway, and this theater really let her down. I hope the management of this theater reads this review and fixes their closed captioning devices. An incredible let down, for sure, especially since this theater advertises being accessible to that particular group of individuals. I can't recommend this theater to anyone. read more

Wow, how is it I haven't reviewed this place? Ok, here we go. Well, I have no idea what movie theaters will look like after things with the pandemic pan out, but I will say that Flagship Cinema has been my absolute favorite movie theater for years. We are annual "bucket buyers" to get the big pail of popcorn that is refillable. (My husband LOVES movie theater popcorn, so this is an annual gift I give him). The prices here are comparable to most movie theaters I've been to. Snacks are expensive as is any movie theater, but buying the refillable bucket helps if popcorn is your thing. Speaking of popcorn, you can butter and salt and season your own, to your heart's content. I am a big soda drinker, so having a soda fountain that I can refill my own drinks is a treat. Having recliners where I can comfortably watch a movie almost like I'm at home, but with a much bigger screen? That is ideal. If you are like me, you will need a sweatshirt in the movie theater, so bring that along. NOTE: Save your receipt, while I haven't been to the Dairy Queen, apparently you can get a discount on ice cream after your movie, and they are right in the same parking lot. read more

I came in to catch a movie before i hit the road as that's what I did. The movie theater was nicer than what I expected. It looked it has been remodeled not long ago. I loved the decor inside. The seats were leather and recliner seats. The a/c was perfect for me not too cold but a nice cool breeze going. The picture and sound was good but not dynamic. I live in Harrisburg, but prefer to visit this cinema since we can pre-purchase our seats and reserve them. No standing in long lines or getting there early for the best seats. This was our first visit here so we didn't know what to expect after being avid Cinemark (Scranton/Moosic) fans. When we walked in, it was a little smaller than expected, but no biggie. I was looking for a kiosk to pick up our pre-purchased tickets, however, a friendly gentleman at the box office said he could help us. He was very helpful and informative. We headed to the refreshment counter next. They have the most reasonable prices that I have ever seen at a movie theater! You can buy a giant plastic bucket of popcorn for just over $15. Bring it back every time you want to see a movie and get $4 refills. They also have a deal going on all of March where (if you have the bucket) you can get your bucket refilled, a large drink and candy for only $10! And the drinks are all-you-can drink as they have about 4 pour-it-yourself soda stations. They also have an add-your-own butter area too! Seats are super comfy and are oversized leather recliners. We already love it here and look forward to our next movie!! read more

Al is amazing! I purchased my movie tickets online and accidentally booked them with the wrong theatre. Sadly the show was sold out, but Al made sure our snacks didn't go to waste, and allowed us to see a different movie. He also booked us for the correct movie on a later date. First theater I went to with reclining chairs (before Regal of westman updated) and I still love this theater. The set up is simple & fashionable. The theater rooms are all flat floor which makes it nice for anyone with a disability. You're not forced to sit right up front like other theaters. The chairs are also wide & super comfy. If i had any complaints it be just that the concession stand doesn't offer much variety but that's really me just knit picking. And they may have offered more since I've been there last time. I am so glad that they built this place. The prices and seating here are great, the food prices are cheaper then most places. I love that i can preorder my seats ahead of time, but i wish they would get rid of the $1.00 service fee per ticket and just make it per order. I have been lucky but if you cancel your order you are not refunded your service fee. But no matter what i pick this place over anything around and i have been to them all. Unless you are looking for an IMAX location this is the best theatre to be found in central PA for 4 main reasons: 1. You can reserve your seats in advance. No more fighting with people for seats. 2. The seats are spacious comfortable and power reclining. 3. Tickets are less expensive than other theaters. 4. There is no up-charge for 3D shows. They are the same price as non-3D shows. We were just driving around the mall checking out the different stores and came across this theater. Being that we are from out town and it was raining and we didn't want to go back to the hotel we decided to catch a movie. Staff was super chill and pleasant. Theater was immaculate and as others have pointed out the seats were really comfortable. My biggest fear going into any theater is being bothered by rude people while I'm trying to watch something. There weren't very many people in the theater but they were respectful & quite all the same. Good experience but then again I don't have much to compare it to considering I haven't been to any of the other theaters in the area. read more

Visiting area from out of town. Thought the theater was nice. The ticket salesperson was very friendly. Watched the movie "Logan" with a close friend and my daughter-who is really into the X men movies. At the climatic scene when Logan dies, the lights turned on early. With the lights on we could still watch the last ten minutes of the movie but it lost its impact. As we walked into the lobby I talked to an employee and informed him of the issue. He replied that he would tell a supervisor, then disappeared. I saw another employee and asked if he was the supervisor and he said yes he was one, but another supervisor is getting the manager. He then also disappeared. We stood around for another 5 to 10 minutes waiting for the manager. Then I saw the original employee at the food stand and again asked about the manager. He went into the back of the food stand and a grumpy women came out. This is a holiday weekend. My friend and I are middle aged women and my daughter is a teenager. I am wearing an Easter bunny tshirt and a smile on my face. The manager is roughly the same age as me. I explained to her the situation and her response dumbfounded me. She went on and on about how the movie played all day (3:20 show) without a problem and it also played the last five days without a problem. She pointed out that there were other people in the theater (3 others) and no one else complained. I asked her if accusing me of lying was her solution to this problem. She snarked "I guess you want free tickets then!" And stomped over to a room with an open door that said "DIRECTORS OFFICE". Inside the room was an older man who looked at her and said "The cue is off on that movie". Now, I don't know movie theater lingo but I'm guessing that means the lights turn on too early. She then turns back to me, holding the tickets out. I told her I found her insincere, that I did not want the tickets, and I did not want to return to the theater. Blah on her. read more

Let me start this off with this. I don't like going to the movie theater. I don't like feeling stuck sitting in one place with my feet sticking to the floor, forced to stare at a screen for a few hours and being cold. Plus you spend so much money on the tickets and snacks and then you're uncomfortable and cold and broke. How is this fun? Well now I see that it can be fun. Flagship cinema does a number of things that I love. One is that you can book your tickets online AND pick your seat online. No standing in line and hoping you get a decent seat. No going super early to get a perfect seat and then being bored through the commercials and previews. Your seat is yours and you can show up whenever the movie starts and that's A-OK. Another thing that I love is the seats are leather, cushiony, and RECLINING!! RECLINING!! No more shifting in an uncomfortable cloth seat hoping the movie is soon over cause my body can't take it anymore. ALSO the prices. The tickets are actually very reasonably priced. The food is too! So if I am forced to go see a movie I will demand that it be here! read more

Well worth the admission price! Clean comfortable theater. You can pick your seats and they are reclining leather seats with lots of room. No one with their feet up by your head or having to get up and down to let people out. There is no going back to regular movie theater seating! Soft drinks are self serve with free refills. We went again and there is one theater that was smaller than my living room and the seats didn't recline. Maybe it's a room for private parties??? read more

It is very clean, and the leather reclining seats are amazing. It's the only way to watch a movie! You cannot beat the prices. You pay nearly half of what the standard theater charges! The seat reservation process has never been easier, and I have been able to get multiple seats for a movie the same night! Great cinema. Prices are great (3D is same price as normal) and you pick your seat during ticket purchase. They have free kids movies in the summer! The seats are power recliners and super comfortable. If you are seeing an older movie watch for the small theater without reclining seats. They are okay but disappointing if you were expecting their recliners. You can easily see which type of seat when you purchase tickets so you just need to pay attention. No complaints just lots of love for this great local movie theater. read more

Magnificent. Where do I begin? Amazing prices, comfortable lounge seats, awesome picture and sound. NO UPCHARGE FOR 3D MOVIES!!!! I moved to Elizabethtown from the south shore area in Massachusetts about a year ago, and this is the best theater I have ever been to (and I've been to MANY movie theaters). I've been to theaters that claim to be "luxury", but you have to pay an outrageous price to sit in the luxury area. This theater gives EVERYONE luxury seating. The seats are the best I've seen in a movie theater, and this is coming from a guy who is a little over 6 feet tall. I was able to adjust my seat to my exact liking. I paid $7 per ticket during matinee, for a 3D movie. You cannot beat that. I'd like to add, I live literally less than a mile from MoviE-Town, but I would rather drive 25-ish minutes to this theater, any day. Forget Harrisburg, GO HERE! read more

Love this place, I grew up in Dundalk and I remember going to the movies 10 at 3 years old and it was horrible lol, popcorn was burnt, the place was dirty, people were overlseated, it was jsut a train wreck that happens! Now! This *Flagship Cinema*, doesn't even compare, let's start with recliner seated, so comfy! You can adjust the top and the bottom chair! And the chair sits up high to help elevate your back and it surely does! The customer service is decent, most of the time they are moderate so not nice or mean, I can assure you they do there job very well, keeping the bathrooms clean the movie theatre is always kept up, over all I give it 5 stars so far , I have been hear 8 times sence it has been Flagship Cinema. Not sure why this theater gets such good reviews. Sub-par for reservable/recliner theater. Lacks sufficient incline in theater so large seats are hard to see over for little ones. Additionally, online reservations are crude and God forbid you ask for a refund for a show you cannot make. While not in the best location, Regal Manor in Lancaster is much better (if pricier), has better sightlines/sound/technology, and is part of Fandango - making reservations a breeze. read more

We got combo 2 which was a large popcorn large drink and candy. Wish they had an option for small popcorn because I threw out more than half the popcorn because it was just too much. Only thing is that the website says "self-serve" tickets, and there weren't any self-serve ticket devices..unless they meant the cashier at the snack bar, then yes, it was self-serve tickets. Great snack prices. If you get the bucket of popcorn, it's the same amount of popcorn as a large bag, but you get one free refill with the bucket. Free refills on sodas as many times as you want.
