Great experience every time I come! Yes may need a little extra cleaning sometimes but then then that it's great! Great quick service for snack and drinks with great deals! Movie seats are soooo comfortable and very spacious. Only ever had one issue, movie was scheduled to start at a certain time, we got there about 15 minutes before hand, got our drinks and snacks. Once we got into the theater we got settled with about 5-10 minutes before movie start time which was perfect. Once movie started at correct time we noticed people coming in about 15-30 minutes after and the late people demanded the manager to restart the movie.... So about 30 minutes into the movie we already started, he started it over for them vs them just coming to a different time. Inconveniencing the people that actually arrived on time.... They did give us a gift card for the inconvenience so everything was handled but I just feel like since it was a new movie with so many show times they could of just been moved to the next showing since some people are running on a time limit. read more

What you see is what you get - a simple movie theater. Updated with the reclined seats and opened floor plans, it's a good location to attend to see the newest release. The only reason this establishment received 4 starts instead of 5, is because last night when I went with my boyfriend to see a movie, there was a single-formed line where people could print their tickets and purchase snacks... & not sure if this is due to the fact that the staff was fairly young, but they announced that that single-formed line should've been about 3-4 different lines (because there was more than 1 cashier), and that update led to people that were 5+ people behind in line.. the now chance to jump in front of everyone before them, including me. I do not find that to be fair, from the staff to the people that were waiting in line as a whole. Other than that, we do enjoy our time coming here and will continue to attend at later times. read more

I can handle the downed icee machines because, you know, things break sometimes. I can even handle the stale popcorn. However, what I cannot overlook are the dead pixels on movie theaters screens in auditoriums you are still selling tickets to. There is nothing that breaks the immersion more than haphazardly seeing blue dots on the auditorium screen throughout the movie, especially a dark movie like the Batman. I remember this movie theater 'last year' having the same issue, so I stayed away for several months hoping the issue would be remedied. However, I got my ticket to the Batman and the problem still persisted, specifically auditorium six where there are over a dozen dead pixels, which means a dozen blue dots that persists throughout the movie breaking the immersion and completely ruining the experience. I have never ran into a theater that has had this issue because most theater managers know how critically imperative it is to keep their screens in the utmost top top condition. If the screen is not fixed, then at least have the integrity and respect for your customer base to not sell tickets to that particular auditorium until you can get it fixed. From here on out, I am taking my business elsewhere. I drive a little further and go to AMC over at White Marsh because they actually have good screens and great sound quality. Bought tickets online & were able to choose seats at that time as well. There was a few handicap parking spots in the lot & a ramp available (but only noted after we managed to get up the steps as staff didn't Point this out to us when entering with our online purchased tickets). They did have a note up that 4 of the theaters had no heat-ours being one! No comp offered-disappointing! Went to concession line which seemed a little chaotic as I observed while my family purchased drinks and popcorn and I stood on side on crutches. Finally a note -the theater was not crowded but was dirty and popcorn was everywhere on floor from front lobby throughout to our theater and staff came in to try cleaning up the mess in our theater however that was at 7:05 & movie started at 7:10 so?? This place has come a long ways. I regularly hit this spot because its local. I dont want to see anymore local places close. I dont want to see all the corporate giants strangle the smaller cinemas. Id love a yearly type membership to this theater if it was available. The chairs recline and are extra comfortable. The popcorn and people at the counter have always been excellent at service. The food and soda have always been on point. They offer a yearly bucket with discount refills. So much popcorn youll need a break. The only thing is I wish this place sold some hot dogs or some type of meat. A hot dog option to throw in with my popcorn nachos and soda would be on point. Volume in theater has been good. Screens have always worked fine when I was a patron. read more

I wrote a 5-star review of this theatre years ago, before they did the complete remodel. I'm back with another 5-star review. Flagship is part of a small, locally owned chain of movie theatres and I am so happy that it's still in business. They switched to power reclining seats waay before AMC White Marsh and the quality of their seats was and is superior. They still offer a Senior Combo (thank you!!) The staff is always pleasant and the bathrooms are always in great shape -- they're clean, smell good, no standing water in the stalls, good air circulation, hot water and hand soap always there. I love this movie theatre. If you live in the Dundalk/Colgate/Eastwood areas of Balto County you need to go. And if you live in Essex or Middle River it's worth the drive across Back River. If I movie I want to see is playing @ both Flagship and AMC WM, it's Flagship every time. read more

Been here a bunch of times and I don't recommend it. The place was nice for a while...they got new chairs that are comfortable and its usually never too busy but almost every time I've been here recently the screens were too dark and make the movie hard to see...ruined a couple movies I was excited to see. Just saw the new spiderman and unfortunately could barely see most it. :( I will have to rewatch when its out on Disney. read more

My mom and I go on a mom and son movie date once a month and this is by far her favorite movie theater. They're ok to me. I grew up in the area so I've definitely seen how they have tried to improve and upgraded so I give them props...however...they still suck compared to Cinemark or AMC. The reason why my mom loves this place is simply because every time we go, we have our own private screening of whatever movie we go see. Also, they're pretty inexpensive with ticket prices, but still overpriced with their food. Would I want them to go out of business? No Am I surprised they're still in business? This movie theater was pretty nice. It definitely stuck to the them of like a futuristic feel. Me and a friend of mine went to go see Spider-Man Homecoming which was GOOD! Although, when going to purchase the ticket, the movie listings were just scribbled on a piece of paper. If I was elderly, it would be hard to read. However, the movie seats made up for it. They reclined back & you were able to put your feet up and relax. Overall, enjoyable experience. read more

Really nice theatre! Its not in a great area of town but it is cheaper than the main stream theaters and the seats are awesome! The are large and fully recline. The theater is never very crowded and it is relatively clean. Even the concessions are cheaper than the area theaters. No complaints. I give them credit for the work they are doing in fixing up the old Eastpoint Movies 10. While the theaters themselves have not yet been updated, as of the date of this review, they've done a nice job with some cosmetic appearances around the place. Also the prices are very reasonable for a first run movie theater. Unlimited soda refills now too. read more

This theater is sooo trashy. I just feel like if you haven't upgraded to to recline seats, stadium style leveling, or surround sound, then you should just close up shop. I only ended up at this theater cuz the movie I wanted to see was only showing here (I waited until the last minute to see it). First, I was running late, so I wanted to get food from the theater. This place does not have any food options. I was likeeee okay. So I just got nachos. The nachos were super stale, but I was so hungry so I ate them anyway. On top of that, the sound was so bad that I could barely hear an action film over me eating those hard nachos. The soda was good though! I needed something hearty to wash those rocky nachos down. After not coming in nearly a decade, we came when the only time that worked for a particular movie was at this particular theater. I was pleasantly surprised at how the main areas have been dramatically remodeled. There are signs that power, luxury seats are coming soon. Several friends have had issues with crime here, so I wouldn't come at night. That being said, our experience on a Sunday afternoon was pleasant. First time back years. What a difference. Checked out reviews before going. My experience was as positive as other reviewers. My movie "Three Billboards..."a real good movie, was in the largest theatre. No reclining seats,but still new comfortable tilting with nice aisle space and good sight lines. Regular tickets under 10.00, matinee around 7. 50. Senior discount and about 6.00 all day Tuesday. All shows first run unlike my other second run favorite Be ltway Plaza on Belair road. Only got Twizlers from concessions so can't speak for that. If your going to AMC White Marsh you really should give this theatre a try. read more

Beautiful theater with the new reclined seats. Prices are 3-4 dollars cheaper than white marsh and the food menu is being expanded within the next few weeks. Bathrooms are being updated as we speak. This theater is amazing and the staff are just as great. I hope more people realize this is not the old Eastpoint it use to be. I have been a few times since updates were done. More recently I saw Kung Fu Panda in their bigger theater and I was so excited. I was comfortable and it was roomy. Last night I saw 10 Cloverfield Lane, and it wasn't in the big theater but that wasn't an issue. It was dirty though. My daughter and I spent a few minutes looking for the cleanest seats they had. We found seats but sticky floors brings me back to the old Eastpoint Movies. That's not a good feeling when trying to enjoy a movie. I will say that the staff was pretty upbeat last night compared to when I saw Kung Fu Panda on a weekend afternoon, it was the 12:40ish show. The woman at the counter just had the look of not wanting to be there but all in all I would return because it's close to my home and the bigger theater is where the animated films seem to be shown and I want to check out Zootopia. read more

Used to come here many years ago and have been going to White marsh for a very long time. Since the renovations huge improvement you cannot tell from the outside but the inside is very nice and clean and well-kept. Definitely prefer this location. We were hesitant but glad we tried. read more

I have lived in Dundalk for 41 years and I've watched this building transform many times. My husband loves to go to the movies and see all the Marvel shows. We watched the renovations happen little by little and we GREATLY appreciate the final product. This has been such a wonderful transformation. The seats are ROOMY and have lots, LOTS of leg room. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Extremely friendly. We like the assigned seating as well. This is a very nice theater and I would highly recommend it. read more

Forget what you know or previously thought about these movies. With the upgrades and renovations now complete, this place should be on your radar. Having, in recent years, spent more time at the flashier new theaters at Harbor East, Arundel Mills, Towson, etc., I was a bit skeptical, but willing to keep an open mind, and I'm glad I did. The new seats are amazingly comfortable, and for $11 for a nighttime showing, you really can't beat it. You can reserve specific seats in advance online and they actually have ushers there ensuring patrons find their correct seats. I'm hoping this means an end to the seemingly unregulated theater hopping that I've seen some people do in the past. If you purchase tickets in advance online, you still ultimately need a paper ticket (which seems a little wasteful--not quite sure why they can't just scan your phone), but there are kiosks in the lobby where you just input your reservation number and your tickets get printed out there (in other words, don't bother printing them off at home). Food prices are pretty reasonable as well. Overall, while the location in general is still a little bit rough around the edges, I will definitely not hesitate to return, and you should definitely give it a fair shot as well. read more
