They quoted me $350 to fix the front and back glass which was reasonable. I asked if if would be "like new" after that and they assured me it would be. When we got it back, the camera was messed up and the battery only lasts 30 minutes. They tell me that it's water damage and that's to be expected. I told them that they're the "experts" and they should've mentioned that possibility either before or when it was opened up, instead of telling me it would be "like new". They were rude after we discussed with them and wouldn't even give us a deal if we wanted to put in a new battery with them. They were dishonest with us up front, as we probably wouldn't have paid $350 for a repair that leaves the phone mostly useless. Now we had to pay that AND likely have to pay to replace the entire phone. Don't trust these people.

What made the experience even worse was overhearing employees talking about overcharging customers. After hearing that while already feeling like I had been given phones that were not worth what I traded, it completely destroyed my trust in the business. However, it took me 4 times back and forth cost more than 2 months and my phone got more problem every time I got back my phone back from this store. I wish I have NEVER been to this store!! I was asking for repair the screen with groupon, I made the call before I went to the store to check whether the time is good for me to come. They said yes and when I am at the store, I was told they suddenly got several come-in repair cases, then I have to go back for nothing! We rescheduled the time and this time at the end, the guy told me I have to buy extra back housing of my phone to fit in my new screen to the phone, the initial groupon was $50, and then the back housing was $70, the Apple Store cost is $130. So, the cost is almost the same as the official store but with extremely ridiculous experience! We bought the back housing and then got back the phone after several hours! However the back housing was not completely replaced and the back piece was scratched horribly!! Right the moment I reached them and asked them to re-order the NEW one and replace the bad one they gave me! After couple days, I found my phone battery dropped down extremely fast and suddenly raised up!! Extremely unstable!

So i did not hesitate to call him again for the back glass of my iPhone 13 pro Well Tom came over and sat in his van and fixed my iPhone 13 pro or at least I thought so. I came inside and not 10 minutes later my front screen was popping off of the phone. I messaged and told him about this, and he responded back with telling me that because they had to remove the clips to remove the back the front clips might be lose well it was more than that the LCD screen was off and on even when it was just sitting there on the table. I messaged again that morning asking if someone could come and look at my phone because I cannot send him a screenshot of the damage obviously and he blew me off for about a week. Finally, he had someone named Ian come out to look at the front screen and Ian told me that the clips on the front were,gone so I got my iPhone 13 pro fixed the back glass was broken on it nut nothing was wrong with the front of the glass at all. They also told me they could fix my laptop screen for $500 but after my phone they told me I had to pay before they fixed it so they still have my laptop on fixed. I've had five different people tell me five different things it's just overall weird and I do not recommend it. UPDATE i got a notification on my phone that it had an in authentic part being my camera. Mind you after the "and customer service experience I decided to not get my phone fixed with them. This is because when I brought it in there was no damage to the screen at all. It just would not charge, so I need my charger port cleaned, when my phone was there they said they couldn't turn it on yet continue to send me a picture of my phone charged with a broken screen and then said that I had to pay close to $500 to get my screen repaired, but there was no damage before I brought it in. now which is a week later I got this notification saying that there was an an authentic Apple part B in my camera installed in my phone. This is the only place I have ever taken my phone and have still not gotten the screen fixed so I'm not sure what they did when they called me to tell me "what was wrong with my phone" I asked to come pick it up and would not be using their services. They told me I would have to wait until the next day because "my screen and phone wear already taken apart so they would have to put it back together" which is weird because this is when they first told me what was wrong with my phone, so why would my phone already be taken apart before I even asked them to fix it or told them they could fix it. This is super sketchy. I'm going to check my phone in the Apple to see what's going on and as a woman this just feels unsafe. Do not come to this store.
