I asked if the doctor could address both during the same visit, but the front desk said no and then hung up on me. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I came to get my medications renewed and my pharmacy sent them to be ordered from the office. When I returned to the pharmacy they said they never got a reply. I would call the Dr.s office and it would go to voicemail and I would never hear back. I called quite a few times. I figured they closed or moved. I felt very betrayed at the time. I had to see someone else and then they moved. I recently went on Yelp to find a new doctor and saw that Dr. Chikkala was still at the same place!?? WT? I left another message, again, no response! I drove over there today and only the nurse was there. I told her about all this and said she would have someone get back to me. So Dr. Chikkala's husband (who runs the front) Just now called me. He was very rude to me. He said that because it had been almost 2 years that she was no longer my doctor, (well of course she wasn't). I wanted to go back to see her. He wanted to go round and round about when he "said" he called me back a long time ago and it was ME that never responded. LOL really? I DID call, MANY MANY Times! No one ever got back to me. Very irresponsible for a doctor's office. So, I said I would like to get in to see her. Then he tells me that I have to find another doctor because she won't have any information from the last 2 years?? Well, they can get that information from the last group I was at. He proceeded to then just make up stuff and it got ridiculous. He made no sense, I realized he was just being an ass. I really do not wish to deal with people like that so I will find a new, better, more communicative, and responsive doctor's office.

Our baby was in distress, crying uncontrollably, running a fever, with goopy eyes and a very runny nose. We immediately took her to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with two ear infections. While we respect the need for policies, turning away an infant in such condition over a one-minute delay feels unreasonable. We have always appreciated Dr. Moore's care, but our interactions with the office staff have been consistently unpleasant. As a result, I canceled my child's scheduled check-up and will be seeking alternative care for her moving forward.

With the office closing at 5pm, I was worried my needs were going to have to wait until Monday morning due to problems on my end. They frequently scheduled unnecessary follow-up visits-sometimes as often as every three weeks-to monitor basic, long-term medications that were not controlled substances.
