Wings tasted like microwave frozen Walmart wings. Macaroni was soggy. Disappointing, especially with good beer.

Corsica was one of those dinners that just kept getting better as the night went on…read more We started out thinking we'd pick a random assortment of tapas, but after hearing what we were in the mood for, our waiter recommended the appericina platter and it was absolutely the right call. We ravenously dove in. From there, we started adding proteins and veggies, one after another, and every single one hit the spot. Will say the sourdough kind of missed the mark. The food is exactly what makes this kind of place so much fun: creative, flavorful small plates that you want to keep sharing and exploring rather than settling on one entrée. The whole room has the perfect vibe, stylish and beautiful but still warm, relaxed, and lively. It feels special without feeling stuffy. And our waiter deserves a huge shout-out. She was attentive without hovering. Corsica absolutely delivered. Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere, and genuinely thoughtful service. Five stars and an easy recommendation.

BTG prices are reasonable. Menu is primarily small bites, they were still enough for 2 to share. We ordered based on some tik toks and the items did not look the same but we nontheless delicious. Cesar salad was fresh, chilled and had an amazing bright flavors.

Always exceptional food, beautiful presentation, with sustainable practices, this is the place to celebrate a special occasion. The current menu, which runs through June, is the final menu by the current chef and it highlights Costa Rican cuisine. The chef and staff have gone to great lengths to showcase this Latin American dining experience. The Barramundi was by far my favorite on the menu, although that is relative among the 7-course meal. Everything we tried was knock your socks off delicious. I love the quiet dining room, with a chance to visit with others sitting near you at the chef's counter. Their fermentation program is second to none. One thing that always makes a meal memorable is the service. The Bruto team takes care of everything and knows just about everything food or drink wise. Again, I counted the kitchen staff: The ration is 1 to 2, meaning you will feel like a VIP with the personal interaction. It's not fake either; these young men and women want you to have an enjoyable and memorable time. What an impressive restaurant and food laboratory where they are always pushing themselves for tasting excellence. Bruto = passionate knowledgeable people

The kitchen, 18-seat dining area and foyer are all one open, neo-industrial space in which concrete and steel are somewhat softened by lighting and splashes of color from food or dishware. They have two groups of seating per evening, one around 5pm and the other at 8pm, which they stagger into 3 groups each so food can be batched and presented appropriately. Everything is thoughtfully curated and choreographed, from the beverage selection to the portions of the plating that you get to see between courses. But the choreography does feel a bit stiff and cold at times. While the maitre'd was lovely, it was harder to engage with the other staff. I generally avoid alcohol pairings (my taste buds get overstimulated after the first few rounds), but I did enjoy my cocktail from the a la carte menu. Through our 7 course tasting menu, we explored a fun fusion of local and Central American cuisines. The bread mentioned in previous reviews is gone, but we traveled from ocean, plains, and forest in various presentations of small plates. Some of the bites seemed less inspired (of course adding pate and caviar is going to feel fancy), but other courses like the red snapper ceviche and chocolate + papaya dessert were playful, tart, and funky. You can tell that sustainability is also a huge part of the consciousness here. Be open minded to different flavor and texture profiles and know that not every dish is meant to please everyone. We ended our meal with a copy of the evening's menu as well as a satchet of house-made spices meant to evoke the essence of this Costa Rican fusion. I appreciated the effort that went into each course's preparation, but I don't know that I would pay for another experience even with a different menu.

The smoked burrata was delicious, especially with all the toppings it came with. The sea bass completely surprised me, in the best way. Sweet, spicy, savory, crunchy, with so many different textures and flavors happening at once. The lamb skewers were another favorite. The meat was thinly sliced and secured on the skewer, which made every bite incredibly tender. They were just bomb overall! The drinks were also very well put together and complemented the food perfectly. The server was outstanding. Definitely a place I'm eager to come back to and try more dishes from the menu!

We had a 7:30 reservation and got seated almost immediately. Great place to go and share tapas family-style. The drinks were super yummy and strong! We had the Tarquin's G&T, Picatini and 2 Atlas. Atlas was definitely my favorite with the passion fruit flavors. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because we were told our first round of drinks were complimentary thanks to an Edible Beats special we had, but we didn't realize they were still on the bill until later... we weren't a huge fan of the Galician Empanada but still great quality and made well. Overall, a nice place for date night and we will probably be back soon!

I happened to be driving through the Denver area, and like it's almost customary for me at this…read morepoint, I started craving wings. I remembered trying CD's Wings a little over a year ago and really enjoying them, so the plan was set in motion. I was going back to CD's. I was in town on a business trip and had a few colleagues tag along. We made our way over around 1 PM, and the place was just like I remembered it. Not that I expected much to change, but it was nice seeing it stay consistent. Just like my first visit, the place was packed. Seeing that many people there early in the day felt like a good sign that CD's was still doing something right. There are a ton of sauce options, but like usual, I went with flavors I know I'm going to like: Hot and Spicy BBQ. I had read that the wings here are made to order, and after waiting about 20 minutes for them, I believe it. I also specifically told our server that I wanted them wet. Well, they definitely listened. These things were WET. They weren't just covered in sauce, they were practically swimming in it. That's exactly what I wanted. I generally know what to expect from Buffalo, which CD's calls Hot, so I was especially interested in the Spicy BBQ. After that first bite, I immediately remembered why these wings had stuck in my head for more than a year. I came back with high expectations, and somehow they still exceeded them. The Spicy BBQ is exactly how it sounds, but the balance is what makes it so good. You get the sweetness of BBQ along with that Buffalo-style heat, and somehow you taste both at the same time. Neither one takes over. It doesn't taste like they just mixed two random sauces together either. The flavors actually work together, giving you that sweet BBQ taste with enough heat to keep you going back for another bite. The sauce is great, but what really makes these wings stand out is the chicken itself. There's a slight crisp when you bite through the skin, followed by tender, juicy chicken underneath. Considering how wet I ordered them, I was impressed they still had that crisp. Honestly, they don't need to be overly crispy. The juicy chicken, little bit of crunch and all that sauce work perfectly together. After eating a few, I noticed something else. It didn't matter whether I grabbed a flat or a drum. Sometimes the flats are great but the drums aren't quite the same, or the other way around. Here, every wing was good. Maybe they've mastered their cooking time, maybe it's how they prep them, I don't know. Whatever they're doing, it works. I love wings, so maybe someone could say I'm going to give any decent wing praise, but after trying wings at different places around the country, you really do notice the differences. There's a difference between a good wing and one you actually remember months later. CD's falls into that second category. My thoughts were proven even further when the colleagues with me said these were some of the best wings they had tried. What made that even better was that the previous day we had gone out for Mexican food, which is their favorite type of food. When we compared the two meals, they still picked CD's Wings as their favorite. I wasn't expecting that. Am I going to declare these the best wings in Colorado when I haven't tried every wing spot in the state? Probably not. But from what I've tried so far, CD's is sitting at the top, and it's going to take some really good wings to knock them off. If there's one complaint I have, it's that there isn't a CD's Wings back home in Chicago. I genuinely think this place would be a success there. These aren't wings that are just good for the area. I think they can compete with some of the best wing spots I've tried anywhere. More than a year went by between my visits, and I still remembered these wings. After finally coming back, I somehow enjoyed them even more the second time. Wings: 9.25/10
