We were staying nearby and wanted a little snack. I placed a pickup order for chicken tenders tossed in spicy garlic sauce and onion rings. I walked into the restaurant. It was around 730 on a Friday night and the restaurant was pretty busy. It looked like there were two or three girls working with a manager assisting. Restaurant wasn't too large with a small bar. My order was ready about five minutes later than it should have (based on my email). Server that put my order together was friendly. Food was tasty and the spicy garlic sauce had a kick. A typical Hooters. Service was decent from front of house / waitress perspective... we were told kitchen was in the weeds and to be patient. Food slow to come out. My naked wings were tasty but ice cold like they had been fried earlier and then mixed with cold sauce. My wife liked the fish tacos and my daughters burger was on point. The bathrooms look like they may have only been cleaned once or twice since the 90's when the place was built. May have been an off night, but based on the other reviews probably not. read more

As usual enjoyed my experience at Hooters. Service was personable and our server was very kind. I went for $0.60 shrimp Thursday's and they were delicious. I ordered the build your own burger. Halfway through it I saw it was raw and uncooked. It was too late to send back even though I should have. I mentioned this to the waitress and told her to let the cook know he cooked a horrible burger. She didn't even offer to take it off the bill or discount it. The service was slow and they definitely need a new manager to square that place away. The grills looked filthy and it wasn't worth the money. We will not be going back there again. Giving a 1 star because our waitress was very nice. Other than that, this place should be inspected. See the videos, the tables are all sticky. My mother in laws coffee cup was dirty and some of the forms were dirty. We arrived at 7pm and got our food at 850pm. The food was okay, except the fish tacos were cold. The place wasn't even half full. I wish I would have read the reviews before we went here because they're not good. I guess, here's another one for the list. Our waitress, Brennan was fantastic. The food when it finally came out was decent. Everything else left something to be desired. Turned out, there was ONE cook, no dishwasher, the manager had left, and the second waiter was helping as the bartender because the bartender was helping in the kitchen. We had easily waited 30-40 mins for food and it was not remotely busy when we arrived. As a matter of fact, business picked up after we got there, so I feel bad for the people showing up after us. Brought my family here as a last minute dinner decision since everyone was craving wings. Hooters didn't disappoint. We ordered 50 breaded wings (Garlic Parm, Spicy Garlic, and Hot) and they were cooked to perfection - flavors on point and the wings were medium in size, which I prefer. Next time we may order naked wings since the breading becomes overwhelming and starts to get soggy if the wings sit for a while. My only gripe is that out of the 50 wings we had maybe 6-7 flats, the rest drummettes. I'm a flats guy (no pun intended ). Appetizers and wings came out pretty quickly, waitress was very nice, and service was on point. I haven't been to a Hooters in a couple of years. Whatever happened to them. I remember them being the heat back when I was like 12. I guess competition is just getting tougher and tougher with pretty much every damn restaurant making wings these days. All good. I ordered a couple of drinks. On Wednesday's, well drinks are $3.50. Not bad. I ordered 10 Wings, half BBQ and half Hot. Wings are still good. No issues with them and they were meaty. Ambiance - sports bar type, with good views at times. Service - it took this girl three times to bring us the correct check. There was only two of us. The first two times it was cute, after the third I was like, this waitress is effing stupid yo! Like how many times do I have to tell you what I ordered. Write that shit down. Besides that, Hooters is still a staple in society. We ate lunch at Hooters Williamsburg while on vacation before we headed to the amusement park. It was a bad decision. The table, was sticky, the margarita was weak and the wings were soft and not crispy. I asked if they could be dropped back in the fryer and was advised that they could not be because they were already at our table. We got various flavors but some were so bad we had to get extra buffalo sauce to pour on them. I have never had a soft soggy wing at a hooters. The kid's didn't even want them. Thinking back I should have alerted management because they were awful. Our server was nice but she kept disappearimg for periods of time. A year ago I gave this location 5 stars. I always enjoyed going to this location. Sadly, things have changed since then. I had lunch here on three different locations in November/ early December. Girls were simply waitresses - take the food order, deliver the order, take payment. None of that Hooters interaction that is expected and up until now has been done really well at this location. On two of these visits i had the same Hooters Girl who wasn't just perhaps a little overweight - but flat out chunky. I also noticed another Hooters Girls who had a significant tattoo on one of her thighs, a clear violation of Hooters Girls standards. The facility itself is beginning to show its age. Faded photographs are on the wall and the floor and walls are in need of refinishing and maintenance. Sad to see what an been a better location go downhill like this. read more

When I showed my waitress she brought them to the back then brought them back out and said " the kitchen staff said they are breaded just small" there is no breading on these wings. We commenced to order our dinner, our friends asked questions like what kind of fish they used for fish and chips and if they had mushrooms on the burgers. Waitressed was getting agitated because of the simple questions she should of known. When the food came there was no silverware no ketchup no salt and pepper. When we asked for this stuff again waitress came with an attitude slammed the salt shaker on the table. Brought us out plastic ware. We are paying close to $100.00 for this meal for four you would expect better service. Atmosphere was loud and noisy we couldn't hold a casual conversation in this place.
