I went to Hooters for the first time today with my father and a friend. I loved it! I had a cheeseburger, cole slaw, oysters, and three hootercaines (their version of a hurricane rum cocktail). The food was great and the drinks were wonderful. My friend had the Tropical Long Island iced tea and we took a couple of sips of each other's drinks. Both cocktails were very good and, more importantly, pretty strong. You could tell that the bartender knew what she was doing! They had both indoor and outdoor seating, with many big screen TVs showing different sports games. The waitresses were nice and most are very pretty. The service was fairly quick too. This had no taste to a beefeaters gin and tonic. Asked for another shot and barely tasted the gin. Pretty sure they are watering down there drinks. Also had the grouper which had been previously frozen, bun was way to much for this little piece of fish. Coleslaw was excellent. Never going back. read more

Went last night at 7:30. They were not busy and service sucked. Greeted right away by server but took almost 15 min. for her to bring back our drink order from the bar. Which I could see the whole time the drinks were ready, she just didn't bother to check. Later asked for a shot to got in the super sweet margarita took 10 min. for her to bring that back. It was ridiculous. Don't waste your time or money. By the looks of the other customers we weren't the only was getting bad service! read more

The food was great, I've never had a problem with the food. The waitresses on the other hand are what you would expect from a hoochie restaurant. They don't check up on you, they're only worried about what your tipping them and making friends with the old people. They don't seat you, they just point and tell you sit anywhere. But like I said, I didn't expect much in the beginning from young girls who have to show their body to make money. read more

Horrible service - my waitress was such a scatter brain. 3 times her or her runners tried to deliver our food or drinks to the table next to us. They were even drinking their wine out of disposable plastic glasses because they were out of wine glasses... mind you they weren't even that busy? At least they got comped a little from the manager. Food was cold and took 40 minutes just for our mozzarella sticks and over an hour for the rest. My poor kids were falling asleep at the table. Had to ask twice for drink refills... never done proactively. I was very disappointed- I will stick with the location down in port Richey on the water. read more

Typical bar fare - not the most healthy selections, but that's Hooters! The staff here is exceptional.

We've been to this Hooters multiple times and the service has always been mediocre. But Hooters isn't the place where you expect the service to be great. But last night, our service was terrible. From bringing up unsweet teas, twice, after asking for sweet teas, it took a different waitress to get it right on their first try. She may have been the manager, as she was wearing black, but I'm not sure. We ordered the kids food with our appetizer and then ordered our meals after. While on my second wing, the server brought over the bill and said "whenever you're ready". Talk about being rushed! We took the bill and shoved it to the side to continue eating. While still eating she comes over and offers boxes. Even though we weren't done, we asked for 2. I've never gone out and felt so rushed while eating! Basically kicking us out Whole Foods in our mouths. Pretty odd for the type of place that's also known for hang outs and watching games. We weren't happy at all. read more

I ordered wings from them tonight and my husband went to pick the wings up. I was told it would be 25 minutes but I guess they were very busy and behind on orders because it ended up being over an hour. While my husband was waiting, a couple that was there was complaining and returned their food because the order took so long and it was cold. She also complained they gave her the wrong shrimp. So about 10 minutes later my husband gets our wings and brings them home. I started eating the wings and I noticed one of the wings were bitten off of. I thought that was strange. It also didn't look like what I had ordered. I looked on the receipt that was stapled to the bag and it was the receipt from the order that was returned by the other couple. When I called the manager because we are in a pandemic right now and that's not ok, he denied doing it and became angry.. The proof is there! He also refused to give me a refund and said he would give me a future credit. I told him there was no way in hell I'd ever be back. That would have been truly disgusting if this wasn't a pandemic but with what is going on makes this even worse! Calling the health department Monday! read more

I have been going once a week or so for the past yr.. the food is frequently cold.. costly and the past 4 out of 5 times floating in grease. I order 8 flappers consistently.. tell them sauce on the side.. which half the time they ignore. Last night the nice wait person gave me 8 napkins, all of which ended up soaked in grease.. called to complain, first time I have ever done so.. the manager, richard, kept telling me that he did not believe that this had happened.. over and over. This was my first time at hooters and I had a horrible experience. Coming in on national chicken wing day, we knew we were going to wait awhile. However, when we sat, our experience went downhill fast. Our server Megan was clearly overwhelmed and couldn't keep up...which isn't her fault. However, I never got the drink I ordered, the shot I ordered didn't come in the shot glass it was supposed to (came with shot), our food took over 40 minutes (and we couldn't find our server for drink refills so we sat with no water). When the food was finally delivered, Megan didn't know who's wings were which, and one of our entrees didn't come out until 15 minutes after everyone else's. Although everything went wrong so far, the food was hot and delicious. Good job back of house. At the end of our meal we got our checks and all of ours were wrong. I was charged $5 over what we actually had and our server would not change it. We were so frustrated at that point that we just paid the bill and left. Our server even went to the lengths to roll her eyes at us and not speak to us. We understand a busy night is difficult, but the service we received was unacceptable. read more

This is a sad restaurant, we ordered 100 wings for take out. Unfortunately they would not give us any blue cheese, saying it was a corporate decision. And the young lady didn't offer to get the manager. How can this happen, they want .80 cents for a small container. Why not give a customer his or her choice ( for free ) when u order that many wings. I used to like that place but if this is the way they want to run they restaurant, i will not be returning. Sad to think $1 worth of sauce is a reason to loose a customer. read more

My wife & I have visited this Hooters frequently over the past two years and are VERY disappointed in the size & quality of their wings. Every one of the other restaurants we visit in the area (Cody's, Rookies II, Upper Deck, Sam's Beach Bar) has larger & much meatier wings. read more

One of the worst restaurants in spring hill! Our waitress was rude and was nowhere to be found through our entire meal. The food was mediocre and expensive..really you upcharge for fries? And cheese on a cheeseburger? And a side of blue cheese for wings after they were offered to us? The restaurant was small and filled with waitresses and still we had terrible service! I'm from Michigan & have had awesome Hooters service in the past. Here, however, Kaitlin brought out wings with zero sauce on them. After insisting that they did have sauce on them, she had them tossed in the correct sauce after taking ALL the appetizers off the table, not just the wrong order, & then brought out the entree two minutes after dropping off the appetizer wings. After we asked her for a second fork to eat our entree with, she returned with another waitress & told us she would be taking over her table because she was going home. After being introduced to the second waitress, we didn't see her again for 25 minutes. I had to ask another waitress to go and get her after having an empty plate and glass for quite some time. After telling the waitress about our grievances, she brought out dessert in a to go box after telling her we did not want anything to go (we have no refrigerator in our room). We finally asked for a manager, the manager did not seem to really care, and the table next to us complained as well. Awful. read more

This Hooters is by far the worst one I've ever been to. I have lived in Spring Hill for 11 years and I have been here at least 20 times, each time the service has ranged from sub-par to outright horrible. The last time I was there will most likely be the last time I'll ever go there. Party of 8 on a Friday night, place was busy so I expected slower service, but in an hour and a half there, I was the only person in my party to get a refill on a drink, probably because I had beer and the refills arent free, everyone else with a soda had one drink all night. Everyone got their food at the same time except myself, somehow my chicken sandwich had been forgotten (the third time this has happened to me personally), and by the time I received my plate, which was incomplete as well, everyone but my son was finished eating. I asked to speak to a manager, nobody came to our table in the next 20 minutes, except to drop off the bill. These are the times when the "automatic gratuity" is something I vehemently disagree with, when the service is bad, the server acts like she couldnt care less, and the manager is nowhere to be found. Id pay double go to any other sports bar in the area, such as Rookies, Beefs, or even travel to the NPR Hooters location, just to avoid going here ever again. read more
