If I could give zero stars I would. The worst ever. Sat at the bar for almost 15 minutes and was never even acknowledged. Funny thing is they're not even busy it's lunchtime there's one other person at the bar. The bartender was off talking and gossiping with the other servers instead of doing her job what a shame. read more

Well when I showed up all the lights were out on the outside of the building. Other than that I haven't experienced anything like the reviews give. All the girls were friendly and the food was pretty good. Classic hooters food. All in all way better than the one in my town! read more

I was in there last week and I can't compliment the service more! such a great experience our waiter Breann was amazing she kept checking on us and making sure we were good, also gave us some great recommendations for things to do while we were in Nashville! Highly recommend this place and highly recommend Breann!! read more

Hooters Hermitage, TN is my favorite restaurant. When the restaurant first opened, there were serious issues. But that was years ago. Now, the food is excellent and timely, the staff is friendly and attentive. Give them a visit soon. read more

Our food was SO GROSS. We got a to-go order & after waiting a while for it - it was sloppily put together (the cheesesteak was missing cheese, half of my wings had no sauce) & even after waiting our fries were stupid cold & disgusting. Not to mention they completely forgot an order of fries I had paid for. Worst take out I've gotten in a very long time. I threw out the fries and part of the food because it was inedible. It was SUCH a waste I might as well have thrown money directly in the trash (that honestly might've been more satisfying). read more

Hooters - Sports Bars Near Me - Hermitage, Tennessee

Lexi was sub par to say the absolute least. Food came out wrong... TWICE. Paid for sides of ranch I never received, food was cold, drinks were never filled. When we explained our food was wrong both times never received a sorry or offer to fix it. Was told the by the food runner that the kitchen person was new and that it was their fault and that we would need to tell our server what we wanted. Of course she was no where to be found. Paid $50 for terrible service and cold food... half of which we never received. Will never be back. Ever. Complete crap. read more

Absolutely the slowest service, haven't seen a waitress in 30 minutes. Never coming back!

I said I would not go back to this location again as the last time we were there it took an hour to get our appetizer and about 1 1/2 hours to get our wings. Both the appetizer and the wings were burnt when we got them. The waitress nor the manager were helpful and did not offer to replace our food. Charged us full price! I said I would never go back. Never say never. Today, Oct. 21, we went back. The food arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes after we ordered and I couldn't believe it when they sat my plate of wings down and once again THEY WERE BURNT!! The manager did replace the wings, however, nothing was said or done about the wait time nor the inconvience. I would not suggest going to this location if you are on a schedule or if you have high expections. read more

dined in at 12:30pm. Not many customers there, and it took 30 minutes to recieve food for my Solo dining event. When I finally recieved the roder, the order of 10 hotwings were room temprature, dry, stale, and practically Burnt, and the cooks did not even use sauce on them. I looked at everyone elses wings and they had sauce on them and had got theirs in half the time it took toget mine. I requested a side of Celery, and got 4 tiny 2 inch pieces and some watery ranch dipping sauce. The consistency was as if 3 tablespoons of water was mixed into one tablespoon of ranch dressing and was so diluted, it woudl not stick to food. The Waitress took me from a good mood to a bad mood when she asked if I was in a Bad Mood. I had only one bite out of a single wing out of the plate of 10, and didnt touch them after that. It was so bad, I just Paid my 9 dollars and left. I was ready to leave. I do normally allow a Resturant to fix any issues as I know there can be mistakes, but I just couldnt wait an hour or more to get my food after sitting down and having my initial order taken. There are Severe issues that need to be remedied at this location. I dont know if it was because I was initially theonly female customer in the resturant, but i swear, I was sat back in the farthest place possible from the other customers, and treated like I was an outcast. I know they cant flirt a large tip from me... but it doesnt mean I have to be treated like a 3rd class customer. I will NEVER visit that hooters ever again. read more

1/2 stars on food quality. Chicken wings on many visits have had coagulated blood around the bone. This means the chicken was not properly processed at the slaughtering house. star on service. They never have enough servers during the lunch hour. And then the few they do have, s©k! star on the bang for your $. Buffalo Wild Wings I'm on my way... read more

My husband eats here he's a Hooters guy! This has never been my favorite location but after today neither of us will go back. We walked in at a few minutes after 11 first ones in the door. They have a special for 15 wings and a pitcher for $15. I ordered an unsweetened tea and my husband asked for the special with Yuengling. The server said you have to have two people to order a pitcher. Well me and my husband make two so I said there's two people sitting here bring two glasses but I still want my unsweet tea. Then the attitude came. He had his ID and I didn't and she got shitty and refused to serve him the special because I didn't have my ID. If they don't want you ordering the special then why have it! Every time we go in there the attitude is awful. The bartender at the bar is about the only decent human being in the place. We walked out and are sitting at Famous Dave's with a great booth, great food and a big ole beer! There are too many options around here to go to a subpar chain restaurant! read more

Came in late on a Sunday evening and sat at the bar. Holly(?) waited on me and was very personable. Got my drink very quickly. She recommended the steamed shrimp. Passable, but had no flavor. They just shook a bit of old bay on top of the shells. I'm not sure they were even cooked in a boil seasoning. Served with butter sauce and lemon. Butter? Seriously? How about cocktail sauce? Who cares- no one comes for the steamed shrimp anyway I guess. I'll be back for wings as usual. Noticed the two cooks busting their rumps cleaning at closing. Watched for a bit. One guy paid close attention to detail while cleaning the grill top, etc. Good to know they like their kitchen as clean as I do. read more

One star because that's what I need to write a review. Bad food, bad service and very unprofessional. The investor of this store may need to look at their loss. read more

I would give this place a 0, but that just isn't an option. There only positive part of our experience here was our server. We asked for the manager several times and he refused to come out of the kitchen. It took forever to get our food from the kitchen and it was cold when it got to the table. read more

I can't quite put my finger on why I like coming to this place so much, but I DO! I hadn't been to a Hooters in well over a decade (with my dad) and just decided to pop in here. The service is ALWAYS super friendly and these ladies know how to do there job very well. I always order the Philly Cheesesteak, because, well, that's what I order if I can, and theirs is pretty darn good. It's not an authentic Philly Cheesesteak, but to my knowledge there isn't one in TN, so there's that. They butter and toast both sides of bread, the steak doesn't taste too bad and the onions are good. I like coming to Hooters. read more

Wings are always good in my opinion. I prefer the original breaded my husband like the naked. They are renovating and it looks nice. Interesting fact this location used to be an old Burger King. read more

I picked this spot because this is my favorite in Chicago, however the food was waaaaaaaay better here. The only thing I had to complain about was the service, it sucked. Our waitress Holly got our order and never came back however the runners were really nice. read more

REALLY, I haven't reviewed THIS location?!? WTH. Honestly, I wish I could remember the waitress' name as she was the highlight of the visit, which was otherwise mediocre. The wings were warm, not hot and when I say "extra crispy" I actually mean "cook the g******n wings". My waitress was a delight tho, so maybe I will get them a second chance. If I am in the area, if I am feeling adventurous or maybe "pre" drunk... read more

Waited 20 minutes no service no one came up to us to get our drink order or anything. Now I understand why this place is always empty.

Wait staff was great and friendly. The food well lets just say a boiled hot dog and stale potato chips would have been better. We have been here many other times , but it has been a couple years. Needles to say we won't be back tp this Hooters. read more

Only giving two stars because I feel really mean leaving one. We waited a few minutes to sit as the waitresses all just kinda looked at us like who's gonna sit them? We were seated in a booth beside a large table that had yet to be bussed. There was trash on our table from the previous customers but we were hungry and were sat in the mostly empty restaurant. We did however have our eventual waitress bring out a trash can right in front of our table for her to bus the table, but it just sat there before she bussed the table. Super appetizing. We waited another 10 minutes for our waitress to take our order and I even said nicely, oh I thought you forgot about us!" My husband ordered our food and my food came out rather quickly but his didn't come out for another 10 minutes at which that point I had finished my food. Our waitress checked in on us twice total. The restaurant was dead but all of the girls there were more interested in speaking to each other or the tables with guys (I was the only non employee female there). My experience in the past has been super friendly waitresses who are super attentive and I felt like baby if I wasn't there my husband would have gotten better service. As my hubs said as we left, food wasn't terrible but the service was awful. Never going back. read more

Went to Hooters last night because I have been craving Oysters for a little while now. so I ordered that plus there tater tots, the Oysters were so-so I wouldn't call them great. but it did take care of my craving, next up was the tater tots which I didn't finish but I loved the toppings on them, they came with cheese,Bacon, sour Creme and chives. The service was good and they gave me plenty of time to place my order. Over all I would give them a 3 star based on everything. if they had more of a selection of Oysters I would have given them a 4 star. read more

Was here over 2 hours just for an order of 8 and 15 wings, and we got here at 7. Took us 10 mins just to get some water. I came with my kids while I waited for my husband and no one came by at all to greet. Bloody Mary was too spicy to drink. Had to send fries back because they were cold. Servers all standing around. Our sever never came and took anything away from our table. So we had our order of cold fries and hot ones the entire time. Several drink cup refills just stacked the table where she never cleared anything. Had to send an order back and didn't eat it, and they still tried to charge me. When I told her I didn't eat it so I'm not paying for it, she gave me this dumb look and said so what do you want to do. Will not be coming back. I will drive to Murfreesboro or Nashville. read more

Absolutely terrible. Will not be back. No thank you, Lexie. Paid for stuff we didn't receive. Food came out wrong twice! Asked for stuff but never received it. Didn't see our "server" until we were done. Went during lunch with only maybe 6 tables in the whole restaurant. read more

When your ex's friend leave reviews lol this is the best hooters in the area Jeremy is an awesome manager and the girls are great

This has been the worst experience at Hooters I have ever had. The staff seemed as they don't want to be here. Our server was so absent minded. The food wasn't good. If I could give it a negative I would. The floors were dirty with napkins everywhere and trash. I will def not be coming back. read more

I just left the Hooters in Hermitage. No food because I was afraid it would be tampered with. Because I suggested that the bar might need alittle cleaning. The Manager called a girl over to clean... what should have been cleaned already and made it look like my fault. The bar needed a 5 minute cleaning. All the workers were just standing around. Manager just laughed at the Idea of his establishment being clean.... I drank one beer. Did not wait on the food. Paid for it though. And tipped. read more

Whatever you do don't try to call in order here. They refuse to answer their phone. I tried to order some wings sauce that they have sold for years, The girl that answered the phone finally told me that they can sell me some used bottles from the table but they are unable to sell new bottles. Very poor management. read more

It took 45 minutes to get Cheese sticks and probably close to an hour and a half to get our food. Refills on drinks were so far apart we had to order two at a time. The place was somewhat busy, but there were empty tables and no wait. The manager did take care of the food on our bill, however, he NEVER came to our table to apologize or acknowledge the issues. read more

This was probably the worst service I've ever had in my entire life. Emily (our waitress) was horrible and super slow. It only took her 30 mins to bring me water and another to take our order and 15 mins before we were done with our meal she finally brought my daughter her water. She looked like she was on drugs to say the least she was so out of it. She knew we had a terrible experience but she didn't seem to care. If anyone decides to stop by get a different server. read more

This is by far the worst Hooters Ever. It took us 45 minutes to get our food. Our server was Emily and she was terrible. Tea tasted like lightly flavored water. And she didn't ever ask if everything was ok. My smoked wings were tough and they are my favorite. If our favorite server isn't there we will never return to this location. read more

NO KIDDING - NO EXAGGERATION - COULD NOT HAVE BEEN WORSE!! Burned wings (I mean BURNED), luke-warm fries, flat sodas, sloooowwww service, and the waitress had a very bad attitude. Prices were WAY high, order of 20 wings, regular french fries, 2 sodas = $36. If I could give this place a "ZERO" it would be a more accurate grade. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Made the mistake of going on a Monday when they have all you can eat wings. Kitchen couldn't keep up with orders. Waited over a half hour for our food. Would have expected food to be hot and fresh but wings and curly fries were both cold and overcooked. One of my wings was so small, it was laughable. Waitress never bothered to check on us after delivering our food. Worst Hooters I've ever been to. read more

This location had a major remodel in the last year and visually looks great. Most of the waitresses are nice as well. The major problem with this location is that the kitchen is extremely slow. It took an hour for wings and a salad the last time we came here. If they would improve the kitchen, I would come back. read more

Usually typically a decent sports bar to eat at, but this location, their service SUCKS. Constantly a new manager, constantly new waitresses, who apparently don't know anything about the food they are serving. I worked in the food industry for 7 years and any server knows that FOOD PRESENTATION IS EVERYTHING. Serve food that looks gross=angry customer. Simple concept right? Adriana at the Hermitage location served us, we had to send it back, and the final time it was right, the side of sauce (Hot Sauce, which is normally thick and hearty) was served where something, grease maybe, had risen to the top of the sauce and there was just a layer on top that clearly looked different than the rest. Adriana claimed it was because the hot sauce was butter based, although we've been told in the past that only the mild and medium are butter based. Either way, it was an all-around unpleasant experience. We will never be sat in her section again, as this has been the second time we have been unhappy after being waited on by her. read more

I've been to several Hooters restaurants across the country and this location ranks as my least favorite so far. Ordered the nachos and they were just ok. Wings were excellent though. Service was a little slow. Lots of families with screaming children. read more

I frequent this location and the service is average. The girls are typically great waitresses. On April 8, 2016, I came in for happy hour around 4:30 pm. My waitress was fantastic. I let her know we were heading outside and would return to finish up and pay the tab. I had left my tab, sodas and my rain jacket at the table while my friend I stepped outside to smoke for about 15 minutes. Then things turned for the worse. As I returned to the table I noticed that the table had been busted and my JACKET GONE! I asked the waitresses what happened to it but they didn't know. Then they asked the table next to us if they had seen it. Nothing. Which I'm pretty sure they took it out the exit side door. The managers never addressed me but rather I had address them. The main store manager didn't know how to handle the issue AT ALL so the manager from the Antioch location stepped in and was very helpful. I still felt robbed in a restaurant that I frequent and had no other choice other than get the authorities involved. We all "attempted" to review camera footage. Their cameras are worthless. Only one out of 10 worked and definitely would not be of any helped because the color was wrong and angle was useless. Bottom line don't come here by yourself if you don't feel like getting robbed while you go to the bathroom or outside to smoke because they don't give two shits about their customers nor staff. I mean what happens if one of the girls gets insulted? There's no camera footage of any of anything to prove it so HEADS UP ladies you're not protected in this store. If you want to feel safe and eat chicken go next door to Zaxbys or chic-fil!! The End! read more
