My buddy and I flew into El Paso heading up to New Mexico. He's a chicken tender fiend so we saw her and decided to try it. I hadn't been in years, but I loved it last time I went unfortunately it was not what I I remembered...... I got a sampler platter with wings, boneless wings, and buffalo shrimp, shrimp or almost cold and the wings were barely warm the boneless wings were rubbery. I usually don't leave reviews, but after my experience today, I felt I should warn others. I ordered fries, chicken, and shrimp. The fries came out white, lukewarm, and honestly didn't look appetizing, so I barely ate them. A short time after returning to my hotel, I became extremely sick with vomiting and diarrhea and couldn't keep anything down. Prices continue to increase while the quality decreases. Save your money and go elsewhere. I tried giving hooters one more try and decided to use their app to order some of their specials and get it delivered. After waiting an hour, I get an email stating that my delivery was canceled. I called and they said they couldn't see my order and I needed to work with the provider that took my order - so I told her I used the hooters app. All of sudden, she knew exactly what was on my order, but she said I still needed to put the order in over the phone and deliver wasn't an option. It is used to be a great place to take in a game. The beer was warm, mix drink little alcohol and the atmosphere was that of a kids party. The sound system is old, and it is difficult to understand music if it's turned up too much. More kids under the age of 13 years than what appeared to be adults. Wouldn't recommend it if you want to enjoy an adult night out. read more

Visited Hooters on Veterans Day to order from their special Veterans Menu (Free) Yes, every year both my husband and I (Veterans) take advantage of one of the different free meals offered by different restaurants. This time we decided to go to Hooters. We arrived around noon and the restaurant was not busy. All our waitresses look beautiful, the drinks, appetizer and food were all very good and for those reasons we will definitely come back but our specific waitress was definitely the worst. She was either hung-over, high or drunk. Yes, I understand we were there for free food but that never means we are not ordering more items and giving a good tip. Anyway, not to get in many details.. anything we ordered took 20 minutes, and she took away my cocktail regardless I asked her not to do that right on the spot.. So, we were there for over two hours. Ohhhhh M G! Hooters! What happened! First of all props to the cooks cuz my Buffalo shrimp were fire! The sliders were on point! I love the new menu and updated items, this shows Hooters has the drive to remain relevant. The only thing I have to say for the one demoted star is the quality of the facility. The waitresses probably think they don't have to clean and the louts they have otherwise do not cut it. This is not the first time we are deliberately seated on a table that was filthy, sticky and unacceptable. Managers need to make sure proper cleaning is performed on a routine basis. On the surface it looks decent but when you are asked to eat on it, it is a different story. Food is great, you just have to ask service personnel to double clean before you enjoy. read more

We did have a delay with our order but they have one of THE BEST managers in town who more than corrected the experience for us. Went to hooters today with my family to celebrate my birthday and this was my experience. As so soon as we got there got greeted by the hostess and she sat us down pretty quickly. Now out server was Love she is the reason I'm giving my experience a three. She didn't come across as to friendly and never offered to bring up refills on our drinks or when we received our food didn't come back and check if we were ok or needed anything. And when she did come back offered us this plater of desserts. Now it was my birthday and my husband mentioned it to her and she asked if we wanted them to sing happy birthday and we said yes and she never came back only to give us the check. Hooters was waaaay overdue for an overhaul, and now they deserve an updated review, they've really turned this place around! I've always been a BIG fan of the food here, 3 Mile Island is easily one of my top 5 wing sauces of all time, and Hooters has by far the best breaded wings anywhere. They've expanded the menu and added many new sauces, haven't tried them all, but the ones I have are really good. Desserts here are awesome, I highly recommend both the chocolate cake and the caramel cheesecake, though perhaps not at the same time. Atmosphere has remained largely the same, though there are A LOT more TVs. The restaurant is significantly cleaner than it used to be, and the service has improved. Unfortunately the place still gets obnoxiously loud and it is still a magnet for dirtbags and meathad tough guys, but that will always come with the Hooters territory. read more

It's been a while since I've been to a Hooters. Tonight I was watching the UFC fights with my kid. I ended up ordering the Daytona naked wings with a couple of draft beers. My kid got the sliders with fries. The wings were actually really good (suggested by our server). Our servers tonight were Rachel and Sarah (I believe she was being trained since she was following Rachel everywhere). I ended up trying one of my daughters sliders and I have to say.... it was pretty damn good. I give it up to Rachel and Sarah for checking up on us for the 5 hours we were there.
