Stopped by this Hooters two nights ago for a late dinner after some business. It was Veterans Day so we expected the Place to be packed (especially around 8:30/9pm) but my group of 3 didn't have to wait, we were seated immediately upon walking into the restaurant. Our server was Kayla, very sweet young girl who took good care of us. She got our drinks in good time, answered our questions about the wings, and made sure to check on us throughout the meal. Tables around us weren't rowdy and generally had a good dinner. I got the 10 piece wings (garlic + chipotle honey) to share with my boyfriend, and he tried the new 6 piece bacon wrapped wings (original hot). The new bacon wings were ok, not outstanding in any way. I think my SO was disappointed that they weren't that crispy. We loved the Chipotle Honey flavor but we were disappointed with the Garlic ? Flavor. It was too thick and extremely salty, had to order a small side salad with no dressing to cleanse out my palate. The Chipotle Honey had that delicious, sticky sweetness with enough heat to make it kick. Overall, would probably come back to this location. Only thing I would check is bottled beer. Ordered a Sam Adams Rebel IPA and the bottle expired May 2016. They replaced it quickly but was told that they had 86ed the item. If a store has to 86 an entire selection of beer because of expiration, that tells me they aren't rotating their beers consistently or the beer itself isn't popular. I would recommend they take care of that. read more

Hooters really pissed me off one Saturday afternoon. I had an hour and a half for lunch. Ordered the buffalo sandwich and an ice tea. During that whole time I only got one refill and I never saw my waitress but two times. I had to cancel my order because within that hour and a half it wasn't ready yet. Terrible service, i love coming out to hooters because the wings are delicious and i love watching sports. However! It has been twice already that we get sat and we get no service for 15 minutes, i hunted down the manager on both occasions. The first time i gave them the opportunity to make up for it, the second time was the last straw. I dont understand why we can't at least get greeted. The obvious flaunting of sexuality aside, the food was disappointing! I know imagine that, going to Hooters for the food! I ordered the blue cheese burger and asked for it to be prepared a little pink. The burger came out with no dressings, was grossly overcooked, and included an inordinately small plastic cup of coleslaw. Definitely experienced better... We stopped by here for a last minute dinner and we had the fish and chips and something else and they were really good. They have sports playing on all their televisions. The service was good, it was really busy so it was pretty good for what it was. There were a lot of families there and as it got busier, a little bit of a wait time. Overall a pleasant experience, the food was better than I thought it would be. read more

We had a party of six people. The fish tacos were quite dry, and the rest of us had wings that were lukewarm at best. The fires were not crispy like in the past...None of this food served was hot and fresh seemed like it sat for awhile. Dissatisfied this time around. read more

Don't waste your time or the calories. You could give one point for the sports selection and for the standard Hooters marinades. The wings, burger and shrimps were cra(b)p!! So the family went there on Friday. Up front - the star reduction did not come from my bruised ego looking at some perfectly slender girls half my age. Now that that is out of the way.... Service, although contrary to what I expected, was excellent. Forgot the waitress name (because I was busy wondering what she did to keep that body) but she was very attentive and fast. The beer was cool, the wings hot and my kid very happy with the slider cheeseburgers. Fries were meh but hey, you can't have it all. New remodel just made this place wonderful (even for a wife!) Much more spacious and airy than it used to be, more beers on tap and much quieter. More TVs too! This location has definitely stepped its game up, great place to watch a game. read more

Always come out happy from this place, which matches their slogan, "Hooters makes you happy." For some time after playing Sunday softball games me and the wife would always dine here. Although we don't come as often now, we find ourselves here at least once a month. The service is good and sometimes great. Anytime I have had a problem with the food or service the waitresses are more than willing to fix it or have a manager handle it. One time their drum to flapper ratio was low. The manager offered to get us a new order of drums or a discount on the food. We took the discount as we didn't want to waste food. He also thanked us and said it was definitely a kitchen problem that he would address. Their souvenir shop is smaller than other Hooters around the country but not the smallest. I wish they had more stuff that was unique to my town, "El Chuco." Oh yeah and it's been some time but the place has been remodeled with a wrap around bar and more tables and servers than before. Enjoy a cold one and remember that the servers aren't angels but they definitely have wings. read more

I like to admit that I am Hooters fan. I'm originally from Florida, the mother-land of this wonderful restaurant. However, this hooters in El Paso fails miserably. I've been here 5 times and 5 times it has failed miserably. I don't know how this restaurant can fail in all aspects of food taste, presentation and quality. Moreover, Im only going to critique the food since I can go on and on with the establishment. I wouldn't recommend this place for any occasion unless you're desperate. The only good comment I can mention is that this Hooters has pretty good beer selection. Went recently on a Saturday night and was very satisfied with the food and extremely satisfied with the service. I am one the few/many that go to Hooters for the wings and atmosphere. Hooters is one the few places in EP with meat on their wings and not just buffalo sauce and bone. The new additions to the menu are very welcome and taste pretty good as well. And yes, the eye candy always make's for a fun visit. I have always received great service at Hooters. There are times when it can get very busy and a bit hectic, but the girls always try to make sure you have a great time. On my last Saturday visit, i sat at the bar and was attended by a lovely lady with a great smile, big brown eyes and spirited personality. I don't quite remember her name but i remember that it began with a V and her name tag said "Promo Girl" on it. She mixed a fabulous Long Island Iced Tea and kept all her patrons happy. What set her apart from most bartenders is that she knows what a bartender should be, a sultan of spirits, as well as a counselor and motivator. You know, the traditional bartender before all the "mixologist" BS started. Overall, Hooters EP is a pretty good place to go to watch the game or have a few beers with your friends. It might get a little crazy at times but the girls and managers always try their hardest to make it a good time for you and your party. read more

Well, I had some "Hooters bucks" to spend so I went to the local Hooters here in El Paso. Walked in and yes, open seating, seat yourself, so I went straight in to the bar. Immediately bartender/food server Megan asked what I wanted to drink so got the coffee and ice water. Since I'm vegetarian, I ordered the grilled cheese and onion zingers (skinny onion rings). I found out that fries came with the grilled cheese so I had them as well. The fries and onion zingers were just your basic fare with a great tangy sauce. The grilled cheese was also just a basic grilled cheese on Texas toast. So the food was just adequate but I think people (mainly guys but there were women as well) come for the the atmosphere, eye candy, and the football games on monitors all around. This made it quite an enjoyable event. Since I had some "Hooter bucks" left I bought the 2013 calendar. An extra bonus was when bartender Megan had herself and some other girls sign it. I won't be able to reprint here what some had signed. So basically, I had a great time and will be back to use the coupons that came with the calendar. read more

Our beer was cold but unfortunately so were the wings and fries. I don't like sending things back to the kitchen so we ate them as is but don't think we'll be going back anytime soon. The waitress checked our ID's when we ordered beer, something that angers me to no end as I'm 60 years old and find it offensive. I'm sure its a corporate requirement but its just dumb, if she can't look at me and tell I'm old enough to drink then she needs to find something else to do. Can you give negative stars? Bar tender Ivana had an attitude! Maybe she felt entitled or something non the less we ordered beers and every time she kept on serving less and less! Wings were good but service was terrible she was too busy trying to count her tips and needless to say on her phone! If you love to be disappointed and gnaw on horrible, overpriced food, then Hooters is right up your alley . I sat up at the bar and it 17 minutes passed before I was acknowledged. I ordered a beer which was nice and cold, only good part of my visit. Ordered naked wings and 45 minutes had elapsed before my order came out! The bartender didn't offer an explanation or apology for the wait, and to top it off the wings were rubbery and overcooked. I feel enough of my time was wasted so I didn't bother complaining. The worst part was paying the check for one of the most horrible dining experiences I've ever had. It's a lesson learned and I will never come back to this particular location. Let me start by saying that I WAS a big fan of Hooters. After a long road trip my partner and I looked for a place to eat and settled on Hooters since it was the only spot open. It was late. We say ourself and then began the wait. For about 20 minutes we sat there waiting for someone to come by and at least take a drink order. This did not happen. Several servers walked pasted us and didn't give us a second glance. At the 30 minute mark I got pissed. I stopped the next server to walk past us and asked "so how do we order". She looked confused. I told her we were sitting there for 30 minutes and no, no one came over to even take a drink order. So instead of her doing it right then and there she fetched another girl to do it. By the way it took her another 10 minutes to come over. The girl was very sweet and apologized many times and explained that the girl that works the section we were in was nowhere to be found. I understand that it wasn't her fault and I drove on. We ordered. Food came back pretty quick. I was very disappointed. The boneless wings are now tiny nuggets, nothing like how they use to be. The curly fries, hard as rocks. The 1 thing that was good was the chocolate cake we took to go. This place need to step up on customer service. The manager needs to crack the whip. If it weren't for me loving Bentley wings I would NEVER I mean NEVER come here. Service really sucks to put it nicely. I came with my girlfriend at about 5 on a Sunday. It was busy I'll give gem that.... However once the hostess POINTED at what table to sit at. We patiently waited for our waitress to come for our drink order. Never happened I had to flag one down about 10 minutes after we say down. I asked for a manager and using his awesome managerial skills he explained to me that it's because they were going to through sift change. Hooters is straight poop out of the toilet. I swear I could eat almost any other place. The girls aren't even that hot either! Like there were some hobbits crawling around in there last time I went. I think I like my own poop more than hooters food. I didn't even give a tip because I felt like I was eating the crap that gathers up in between the couch cushions. If someone pooped on a plate I would ask who ordered hooters wings. One time I saw a sewage truck get in an accident and I thought it was leaking hooters food. Just ordered a to go order from this location and was extremely disappointed with the service. When I called I was told that it was going to take 9-13 minutes for my order. Upon arriving 15 after I placed the order it still was not ready. The server then brought me my food missing two sides of fries. It took another 10-12 minutes just to get the fries out. So now I am going to have cold wings and fries for dinner. Probably will not attend hooters again. If you can't keep your claim don't make one. read more

The smoked wings are amazingly delicious!! Sat at the bar and the service was great. My buddy had a table and I sat there closing my my bar tab. Had Louisa as a waitress. Three stars on service.
