STAY AWAY! I don't even know where to start. If I could give a zero or negative, I would. Employees we too busy socializing with each other instead of working. Not just our waitress, all of them. Ordered wings, the individual plates were dirty and sticky but wings were decent. Ordered food and each meal came out separately (30 min difference). The fish was over cooked with little fish and mostly batter. The philly cheese steak on a bulky came out as a quasodia, with filth from the grill on the flour tortilla. The chicken sandwich had little sauce on it and the sauce on the bottom was burnt. One person order a Ginger Ale and had to ask 3 times for it. They were so hot i could eat them temperature wise I've tried gotten through 4 wings. I should have listened to the reviews but my kids were hungry and this location is right across the street from a bunch of hotels. Our food came out late, cold or sitting, and looked terrible. I felt horrible for the server because I don't think it was really her fault. I was over charged and she refunded the kids meals but the 2.5 hour wait didn't really make up for it. The beer was cold but don't try and order from the bar if your sitting at a table... the bartender refused to serve me as I had another open tab, even if I wanted to pay her for the drink separately she said she couldn't do it. I went there around 4pm and it wasn't busy but still loud by some of the diners. They only had 3 servers. One was the only one working. The food wasn't good. Only ate majority of it out of hunger. So when I got in town being from Florida I came here and the fact it's been about six years I been in town. The first time coming back I was super upset with how the down fail was this place slime every other review showed, and didn't need to leave another one. On my second attempt coming back, again the wait time to seat someone or even greeted takes way to long. It's like servers don't want a table or want to make money. That's the only thing don't understand. After getting sat my server Aicha took great care of me and was always check up and was over great and made up for the fact of waiting to be greeted and get service. The food didn't take long at all and I was quite quick to come out. Whomever was the cook that night was in love because I had way more than enough seasoning my fires, the wings and fries where still fresh cooked. The Ambiance is like any other major sports bar. I really don't want to waste too much time on this visit, it was uneventfully bad. The dining room was fine and typical Hooters. Lots of TV's which are always a hit. Went in on a weekday evening, it had brisk business. However, it was not packed out. I went to the bar to expedite since I needed to be out in 30 min if possible. The bar still needed to be cleared and wiped down. It took around 10 minutes to get waited on and I was told a couple of times by the female bartender that she would be right with me. I should have left at that point. Area was cleared and wiped down and she left without getting order in. She came back and I finally put in my order of wings and a beer. Another 10 minutes later the beer comes out and seems flat. However, the bartender never comes around to check on me and I just leave it alone. The crowd is diminishing around me and by this time it had been around 20 minutes. I asked about the wings and was told the kitchen was backed up. I am starved and pissed at this point and just want my wings and get out of there. I did not even care about the view of the wait staff, I wanted food! My tray of 12 wings came out around 35-40 min into the visit. In my opinion way too long. The wings were good and I enjoyed them. The waitress never followed up with me to check and see if I needed anything. Extra ranch, napkins and a water would have been asked for, but I could never ask since she was never around. July 29th at 8:53pm me and my husband walked in for dinner and the hostess told us that the kitchen was already closed and that they were only doing drinks. On a Friday night?? I asked her why they closed early and they told me they had no cooks left in the kitchen and very few up front. The dining room ceiling is being held up by duct tape and the ceiling is leaking all over. There is black mold all over the ceiling and I can only imagine all over the kitchen too considering staff is taking videos of the flooding kitchen floor and all of the filth that is back there and posting it on social media. We have been here several times in the past few months and it declined the fastest I have ever seen a restaurant. The booths are ripped and put together with duct tape just like the ceiling. Bathrooms and floors are disgusting. We spoke to one of the staff members a previous visit and they told me they have been short staffed for months, and that they have asked management about the leak and the kitchen issues consistently only for them to ignore them. They treat their staff like absolute garbage according to the few that are still there and from what we have seen when we have ate there. I used to come here weekly with family for wings and sports events they actually had and I will strongly suggest against ever coming here from now on until they have new management and a complete new inside without black mold everywhere, can't eat if I can't breathe. read more

Since I was staying at the Clarion Hotel on the premises, I chose to come for lunch and see if the experience was better than the visits in 2011. I am pleased to say it was. The Hooters Girl that served me was noticeably friendlier than others had been in previous visits. She was pleasant to me as well as those at her other tables. I looked around the restaurant and did notice a few other Hooters Girls that were interacting with tables. The facility appears if it has been spruced up a little since last year. This is just an update to keep thing fresh in traveler's minds. I first wrote the following review back in August 2023. No one from their corporate offices has ever reached out to me. I just want to keep this review current and hopefully save some people the aggravation of spending their hard earned money at a substandard establishment like this. First, I ordered food online from this location. I was given a 45 minute wait time for my food. I arrived at the store an hour and a half later to get my food. I was told that it was not ready yet. I asked how long because I had my dog in the car who has separation anxiety. No time frame was given to me. I asked to speak with a manager. I was directed to a person who identified himself as 'Charles'. I explained my situation to him and his reply was; We're short handed and busy so there's nothing I can do about it. After being told that, I requested a refund. I was told to call the number on the digital receipt. I told him that I tried to do that and it was the store number and no one was answering. He just shrugged. I then asked for the corporate number and he proceeded to point it out in the front while yelling at me loudly that I could do whatever I wanted. I went back out to my car and tried to call the number repeatedly to no avail. I then went back into the store. I saw a bag of food unattended. I went over to look and it had my name on it. I looked inside and there was stuff missing and the order itself wasn't correct I finally sent an email to the customer service listed. Someone reached out to me but only to take the complaint. I was told that someone would reach out to me within a few days. (This was a few months back). I held the food in my refrigerator for about a month before tossing it. I travel a lot so, now I'm back and just passed it up today and realized that I needed to follow up. Well, here it goes. I called up the store today to get the corporate number. The girl who answered placed me on hold. The next person on the phone was Charles. I asked for the corporate number and he give me this number; (804) 420-5060. I repeated the number back to him and he confirmed. I also asked who the GM of the store was. I was given the name of 'Larell'. Ok so, I called the above number that 'Charles' gave me. Someone that sounded like he just woke up answered. I asked him his name and he replied 'John'. I asked if this was Hooter's corporate and he said yes. I then informed him that it didn't sound like a corporate greeting when he answered the phone. Next thing that happens is a dial tone. (He hung up on me). I tried calling back the number several times and goes straight to a generic voicemail. Is everyone following me so far? Now I try and google the owner of this site. I get a corporate number and when I try and call it gives me several options. I choose the option for customer service. Then it starts giving me more options except, this time they are for employees. I wait on the line anyway and I finally get someone on the phone. She identifies herself as 'Jennifer'. I explain the situation to her and tell her that I need to speak with someone in customer service. She tells me that there is no number for customer service (????????????????????????????????????REALLY). So there's my refrain. Don't waste your money on this place. I spent over $45 and got nothing but grief. I have GM experience and DM experience. I have never seen a store with a greatly recognized brand so poorly run. My husband ordered food online last night, and I will never go back to this location again. I went to pick it up 30 minutes after ordering, and the order wasn't ready. Apparently, they thought 7:15 on a Monday was a good time to change oil in the fryer. Told order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. 3 different employees asked what the name on the order was! While I waited, I could see that the cleanliness of the restaurant is lacking. Received my food 30 minutes later. When I got home, the onion rings were not the large ones they used to have they are thin rings now. The photo on the website still shows nice fat onion rings. Spent $60 for 2 people and disappointed. While at work one day, someone mentioned going to Hooters for lunch. I will say, I have not been to a Hooters in a few years, so the Daytona wings, Smoked wings, bacon wrapped wings, Mile High burgers were all new to me. We were greeted at the door by two very nice young ladies who promptly sat us down near the bar. Next to the table was a support beam with a thermostat on it. I mention this because this particular day was rainy and cold outside and the thermostat was set to 67 degrees. Everyone at our table was cold! At one point the waitress put her hand on my arm because we mentioned how cold it was, this poor girl was COLD! Aside from the temperature, this Hooters location is nice and clean.
