The worst service EVER!!!!! I dined in w/ my sister and all we ordered were buffalo shrimp and a 10 piece buffalo wings. NOT A COMPLICATED ORDER. The place was not busy AT ALL. I love Hooters I've been going to the one in West End for many years, I was excited to find out they were opening one in Cedar Hill. Now I have no problem with the staff, it's the boneless wings. My second time here and both times they were cold. I mean they're cooked, just cold. First time I told the waitress, I asked her if they can heat them up a little longer and she brought out some more for me, they were the same temperature. I'm not one to complain so I left it at that. Here I am now and the boneless wings I ordered are even colder than last time. I let our waitress know and she came back with warm ones. Still not hot but it's not the waitresses fault. I'm curious to know if they are left out for a long time and just given to customers? read more

My husband and I visited this location for the first time June 29, 2018. It took five minutes for a hostess to come greet us. Then, she rudely didn't make eye contact nor speak. She walked hurriedly in front of us, placed the menus on the table and walked away. She never even turned around. We reported this incident to the manager, who was truly unconcerned. So, we left....without eating. I will NEVER go back to this establishment. read more

My family of 4 were seated right away on Mother's Day. Our waitress Monae was extremely friendly and gave my wife a rose for Mother's Day. We ordered drinks and fried pickles which they brought out right away. Our food took a little bit longer than normal but they informed us and were very up front about a mix up in the kitchen. Once we got our food it was delicious. Better than most other locations I've been to. Our kids loved their food. They had grilled cheese and chicken tenders. My wife and I settled for wings and a sandwich. They apologized about the delay in food and the manager offered us a discount. The restaurant was clean, and the staff very friendly and professional. Guest at the table next to us ordered and waited 55 minutes before they were told they didn't have any hamburger buns for their order. The waitress was more apologetic then the manager. read more

We see why the reviews are so bad now. LOL will not be back the Arlington locations are much better. The spicy garlic smoked wings were almost black and didn't taste good I could only eat 2 and was done. All the food & burgers were not great. Over cooked, dry burgers no flavor. The waitresses are typical cedar hill. Could use some education on service. And at the end she threw our to-go box away full of wings. Smh oh well they were nasty anyways. Just a no from us and we LOVE hooters. Will still be driving 30 minutes to Arlington where the waitresses are experienced, gorgeous and super sweet & happy. read more

My husband and I love Hooters but this location is lacking in so many areas. I was on the opening team for Planet Hollywood so I understand how hard it is to work out the kinks. We ordered a to go order on opening night because the app said that it was only a 20 minute wait. We waited an hour and a half to get our food. During that time I asked several people including two managers to check on my order. Both of them went back to the kitchen and never came back. Then a hostess came over and said that the online system wasn't working so our order was never placed. As she was re-entering it someone came out with our order. We forgave these incidents because it was opening night. The second time we went we decided to eat at the restaurant. We were sat immediately. Our waitress was ok but the food was cold and the fries were soggy. Tonight we ordered to go again. We got our food 30 minutes after our pick up time. Got home and the fries had no seasoning and the wings were supposed to be breaded but they weren't. While we sat there we watched two to three servers stand at a table talking to another girl. We believe she was a server that was off duty. Occasionally the hostess would go over and talk to her. We were there for about 45 minutes and those servers never left to check on their tables. If you want to improve service you can start at the hostess stand. There should always be someone there to greet guests. I would also implement a rule that employees cannot eat in the restaurant when they are off duty unless approved by management. A manager brought our food up to us and a guy at the hostess stand said he had a party of 22 coming in. She told him that wasn't her area and walked off. We will return but it will probably be in about 6 months. Hopefully that will give them time to fix their problems. read more

I was craving some wings before movie night with the fam so we decided to roll the dice with hooters. I've been a fan of their wings and shrimp for years but the customer service has always steered me clear. I've had a couple of horrific stories with hooters but this location did not disappoint. We sat down at shift change so I immediately started to think we were about to deal with bad customer service again after we had sat for 15 min. As soon as Our waiter (Mikayla) greeted us life was good. She was very attentive, and extremely playfully with my 2 year old son which was a plus. Bartender was great but not enough to raise the rating. Ordered boneless wings and, my god, I don't know how it could be worse quality. Other Hooters are much better. I'll even eat Tyson frozen wings from the store that are much better. They served it with a plastic fork that couldn't even stick into the wing. Saying the wings tasted microwaved is an understatement. Tasted so old and flavor was so off I took one bite and left. Horrible taste in my mouth the whole drive home. Worst experience at any hooters ever. Not sure if it's because this one is new and they haven't worked out all of the bugs, and hired competent people, but this place is horrible. To begin with, the layout of the building sucks. You have to walk all the way around the building to get to the parking lot just to get in. So down to the nitty gritty. Took forever for our food to come out and it was completely wrong. My wife sent hers back, I tried to suck it up and go with it. My wings weren't cooked thoroughly. To top it off, my wife's fries were ice cold and looked as if they were leftovers from someone else's plates. What my be coming back to this one for food ever again. Young hostess with glasses making fun of patrons right in front of them. She was taking pictures of larger people and her and another waitress were making fun of them. Also, myself, as a doordasher asked twice for the order while she was doing this. She rolled her eyes and smirked and kept telling me 5 minutes and someone's checking on it-when no one was. Finally, another girl came up dancing to the table and she was showing her the pics of the patrons in front of me loling. I asked if the order was ready-they both smirked and the dancing idiot slowly went back and finally appeared and plopped it on the table and then started dancing with the hostess w/glasses. The manager did apologize and gave us a discount on the bill. I realize that they have only been up and running for about a month so maybe it'll Second chance: Tried once more. I figured that they would have worked through their issues as a new location. We came at 2:00. Standing around one of the waitresses decided to stop goofing off with her friends and asked to help. One of three mix ups. Like how are is it to place one order for two meals. Next order a salad. Who can mess up placing an order for a salad? HOOTERS in Cedar Hill, that's who!! Understanding that on the first day they'd be a little backed up. But it would be nice to be told hey it's an hour wait to be seated and then another hour to get your food. When we asked about our food the waitress Steph blamed the other waitresses for the back up. Explaining that when a waitress messes up an order it backs up the kitchen. Finally we get the food and guess what. It's wrong. So instead of just saying I'm sorry let me fix it she now blamed the kitchen. She said they'll get another order out. 30min later still waiting. Finally asked for the manager and instead of compensating for the mistake she said I can take it off the order or you can wait another 20min. So basically 2 1/2 hours and 1 out of the 3 people didn't eat. Bad management and then blaming other people is poor training for the staff. read more

Tried to give this location another try since the past experiences have been horrible. Once again they live up to their 1 star expectations. Got seated and waited about 15 minutes to at least get asked if we would like any drinks, but nothing. Keep in mind this is around 4pm, not many people in the restaurant at the time. It seems like this location gets worst and worst as time goes on. All these negative reviews this location has seems that something would of been done about it by now. We see the replies about "bringing it to someone's attention" but nothing seems to ever get done. We will just continue to drive to the Grand Prairie location and avoid the disappointment, which sucks because we live right across the street from this Hooters. Everyone at this location needs some pep in their step, but will never be right unless being led by proper management read more

Finally had the wings people been talking about and it was a disappointment! We got the 15 wings and a tender sandwich with curly fires and you can tell the wings and tenders were old. I use to work at a wing place so I know how it looks. I order online got there 5 min before and I was waiting there about 5 min they were looking for my order when it turns out they had it by the register ready. The food was cold and not enough flavor. It's a bit noisy. Having a normal conversation is difficult. The seating is uncomfortable though the restaurant is clean, shiny and new. We had trouble getting drinks; the bartender was really slow. The food, however, was very good. Fresh and abundant. read more
