Service is absolute trash. Waitresses suck. Unfriendly. Management is non existent. Undercooked food. Dirty mugs. Total insult to the franchise. Avoid at all cost. Also. I've given them multiple chances. Done! read more

The girl's and I first time here, we came after the watching the INCREDIBLES 2, which did not disappoint. Our server was Faith, she was super nice, and efficient. She was courteous, kind, and very helpful. I ordered the build your burger, 2 daughters had the wings, and one chips and queso...all the staff was pleasant, I can appreciate that. The food is a little bland, fried were not fresh, the chips and queso was excellent. read more

Hooters - Back drop in Hooters - Sports Bars Near Me - Cedar Hill, Texas

I visited this location on Saturday, April 7, 2018, arriving around 8:00 pm. I read previous reviews about the location, but figured since most of them were closer to the opening date it would be a more pleasant experience. Well, as it turns out, my experience was just about as dissatisfying as the previous ones. Let me also mention my main purpose for coming to the restaurant that night was to watch the UFC 223 fights that were occurring, which I called several weeks in advance and the day of the fight to ensure they were showing it and even asked about a cover fee. I was reassured there was no fee and they were showing the fights. Here is what I encountered: 1) I'm not entirely sure what the plan was for their parking lot, but I found it to be ridiculous in that it's almost up a slope behind the restaurant and you have to walk down and around to the front of the building facing the street to enter. That was very fun when it was windy and in the low 40 degree temperature. 2) The restaurant was crowded, as I expected. My friend and I walked up to where a hostess was supposed to be standing at, only to have several other waitresses pass through, one of them even making eye contact with my friend twice, and ignore us. After the fourth time I stop one of them and ask where the hostess is so that we could be placed on the waiting list for a table. Turns out she doesn't know where the person is and looks confused as to what she should do next. She actually looks at me as if I'm supposed to tell her or just say that it's okay, I'll wait. Yeah no, I'm already waiting. She ends up writing my name down and the amount of people in my party. Surprisingly the wait time was only 15-20 minutes. 3) Around 20 minutes later we are seated. I ask if we could be seated near a tv showing the fight. The hostess tells my friends and I that they aren't showing the fight. I point at a tv that was turned on showing the fight and she replies "oh, I was told we weren't showing it." 4) We are seated, we order our food, and several minutes later my wings come out. I ordered wings and curly fries, one friend ordered fried pickles, and the other friend ordered curly fries also. Only my wings were brought out. I'm sitting there like okay....a few minutes later the fried pickles arrive. Our waitress then comes over to check on us and I tell her I'm waiting on my fries and so is my friend. Let me also mention none of our food was hot. The temperature was warm at best. Our fries finally arrive but my friend and I were still waiting on the drinks we ordered. This leads to my next issue. 5) The drinks were terrible! I ordered a Clearwater daiquiri or something like that and it tasted like watered down liquor. My friend's margarita did as well. I sent my drink back and asked for a soda instead. My other friend ordered a beer, which was fine except for the fact that it had been sitting up for a while because all of the foam at the top was just about gone. 6) The tv showing the fight suddenly changed so we ask our waitress about it. She says that someone must have requested it to show something different, but notes that she can change another tv for us. I see her walk to her supervisor, who I then see shake her head "no." When our waitress comes back over she says she can't change it to the fight. That was literally the only reason I came to the restaurant, but by that point we were already consuming our food and I would have missed the fights I wanted to see if I drove to another location anyways. I was livid. I had been lied to, which was my specific reason for calling ahead of time, to avoid this situation. By that time I was ready to leave. Also let me note that we were brought out, after we had already received our food, four or five other orders that we had to keep telling them wasn't ordered by us. I'm wondering if that's what happened to our food and is the reason it wasn't hot. The only reason I'm even giving them two stars is because our waitress was actually being nice and trying to accommodate us. I most likely won't be back, as I'm not much of a hooters fan anyways and can receive subpar food and the experience somewhere else if I really choose to. read more

If I could give them a negative star I would. The service is HORRIBLE.! Looks like the manager is to worried personally for his employees and needs to teach his girls to be quick and active in their job. You can't tip good if their slow and show no energy to be working and attending your table. read more

food came late and cook were lacking in the kitchen and my neighbor kid food have came and hes beeing waiting almost over 1hr 30 min and we were waiting for almost 2 hrs waiting for our food read more

4/24/18 7:00pm I have to say I deliberated on giving a two star. My reasoning, the food was good .However, the service was horrible. What stood out most was the manager on duty that night walked right by our table with his shirt untucked, wrinkled walking by tables seeing empty glasses on our table not bothering to stop ask if we needed a refill or pick them up. Then he had the nerve to get on to the waitress out in front of everyone: She was totally new and overwhelmed. The kitchen messed up on the wings I would think that you would know the difference between the dry rub naked wings and dry rub breaded wings, it's HOOTERS . It took 45 minutes to get the correct order . Hello, the french fries were just fine take off the 20 wings that were messed up. Management has got to step up or this place will not make it I don't care how skimpy the outfits are! read more

I visited this fairly new Hooters location on Tues around 8pm. My main purpose for coming were to grab some smoke wings. About 20 mins after my order was place in.. then I was told that by my bartender that there's no smoke wings tonight. So I changed the order to traditional wings. It is now at 10pm & still no wings. My bartender didn't seem to notice that my food was not here& finally my wings arrived but the flavor was wrong Overall this hooters really need an experience new kitchen staff, bartender that really know what they doing TERRIBLE SERVICE!! read more

OMG! Went to Hooters Cedar Hill and had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Sat down at 7:30 and at 11:00 pm STILL DIDN'T GET OUR FOOD!!! Yes it was a party of 25 but 4 HOURS TO GET WINGS??? Manager compensate the drinks & appetizers but my lil cousin was having his "Going away party'" since he is off to the U.S NAVY which made the experience even worst! They need NEW/BETTER MANAGEMENT cause there entire STAFF DO NOT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING! read more

I ordered Hooters through the DoorDash app I was so disappointed in these wings that I started to get out of my bed, take them back and demand my money back. I ordered the garlic chicken wings and lemon pepper and they BOTH sucked. Nothing garlic or lemon pepper about these wings. I take my wings seriously. These were very blahhhh. Never again. read more

Hooters - Sports Bars Near Me - Cedar Hill, Texas

Absolutely LOVEEEEE the idea of a Hooters in cedar hill! We went during happy hour times And although they didn't have drink specials they have a Pina Colada that will get you on your toes and keep you there! We ordered the 20 naked wings with mild buffalo sauce and were pleased with the food. They had the mega tv with NBA playoff highlights and the atmosphere was full of energy. It's pretty enjoyable to see the ladies flaunt their slim bodies in the cheerleader attire! That's a plus to the already intoxicating atmosphere. read more

Worst experience ever, I had a promotion of 10 free wings for my birthday and a $4 drink and was still charged $10, how does that happen! Then I originally ordered 10 wings and tater tots looked towards the kitchen and seen one of the waitresses eat a tater tot off of my plate so I waited to see they brought me the very plate she ate off of, so when they brought them to me I told the waitress I didn't want them. I called the manager over and told her what took place and why I didn't want them, she came back and told me she talked to her and she apologizes, didn't ask if I wanted a replacement or some compensation! Terrible service!!! read more

Bartender had bad attitude! She ignored me. Had to ask twice to place our food order. Food took forever to come out! Bartender never asked if we needed anything! So like I went in here and got a table quickly, and then waited 30 mins for a water me and the boys never received. Luckily the hour and half wait at pluckers was quicker than you guys. And when we got there the table was ready with water waiting for us when we got there. Nice girls tho :/ boo read more

Been two too times too many. I thought they just didn't have a door host at 8:30 because it was a weekday, but she was just hanging out in the patio with all the waitresses on their phones. Bar tender didn't pay any attention to us and wings came out cold. Never coming back and would recommend no one waste their time giving this location a first, let alone a second chance. read more

I ordered boneless wings and asked them to check on it multiple times. It was over 33 mins and nothing. The bartender did what she could but even when she went to her manager about it he did nothing. Would rather spend time hitting on women than working is what I could tell. Won't be back. Manager response: the manager never came over to me. I know he was aware of the situation because the bartender needed him to remove the wings from my bill. He was too busy flirting with women. read more

BAD service my first review and only because it the worst hooters I have ever came to they were slow at everything took 1hour to get a appetizer food still came out cold I hate this Hooters. I have came here several times and each time I feel like maybe they will get better but nope I dont think that will happen. read more

Uggg, the service here is absolutely horrible. I only go because my husband loves their wing or I would never step foot in this place. I ordered roasted broccoli and it wasn't roasted, it was steamed. My husband sent his rock hard fries back only to be brought out after our meal and again they were hard as a rock- not a really good crunch but like they were weeks old then fried. Whoever the manager of this location is needs to be fired. Four visits and four times the service was terrible. read more

Staff was very friendly but the food took way to long to come out. The one star is really for the TVs glitching all night. Literally every 30 seconds it would glitch and take about 5 seconds to reset. I asked the waitress about it and she said they've been doing that for a long time and management won't fix them. Besides the beautiful woman the TV set up is the main attraction. It's a sports bar!! Horrible place to watch a game or a fight!! read more

First time at this location and our waitress Cyleste was a very attentive waitress and never left us with our glasses low!!!

We decided to stop by this Hooter because we didn't see many cars in the parking lot. After we were seated, we proceeded to wait for over 10 minutes while the waitresses talked to each other in a group. There was one waitress actually working but we decided to leave since we weren't sitting in her section. I'll stick to the Garland location. read more

If I could give zero stars I could ... I understand it was busy because of the maga game but I was igorned few times and didn't get my water refill and my first order was incorrect and I was overcharged for small cup of alcohol on my bill the bartender was Mildly rude and was flirting with another customer and took a long time to get to my table I won't eat here again last time read more

Don't go here. Our waitress wasn't wearing her mask upon taking our order and when we brought it to the managements attention and they talked to her, she put her mask on and kept servicing us BUT with an extreme catty attitude, literally slammed our appetizer on our table. @Hooters fix this, be consistent with your policies. Not only was it the waitress not wearing her mask but it was also a male manager wearing a white t shirt. won't be going back to this location. One person can completely ruin your entire experience. I've been going to this Hooters for nearly a year and now I would consider myself a regular. I always sit at the bar and my service is always good. I realize I'm not attending a 5 star restaurant and I'm also pretty easy going so there hasn't been anything that has kept me from coming back. The bartenders are fun and inviting. read more

The service in this place is horrific! Our waitress was new & obviously not properly trained as she didn't seem to know that you have to check on your tables from time to time. We had to get other staff to find her for us every time. We waited an hour & 20 min to get our food & only one plate came out. The manager finally came out to explain that they were behind with online orders & would check on our food. The other plates finally came but one was not what was ordered. We never saw the manager again to check on us. A family next to us left after waiting over 30 minutes just to get their drinks. It appears management sets the tone for service at this restaurant and the wait staff follows it perfectly! We gave it another chance after a similar previous experience but will never be back! read more

Waited for food well over 50 minutes, during those 50 minutes out waitress only came to our table one time to drop off drinks. Once food arrived, half the food was cold and then waited another 10 minutes to get a fork for a salad. While sitting here saw people waiting to be seated go grab a waitress to be seated after standing there over 15 minutes. Not sure why when restaurant is not packed or crowded. Definitely last time coming to this location read more

We were in the area and left home zone starving. Drove around and saw hooters. Was a little hesitant because it didn't look at all busy for a Sunday, but we went in anyways. Seated right away. Frances was AHHHMAZING. Food was good. I rounded up to a 4 (from 3.5) because the table had to be wiped down, chairs had crumbs, floor sticky, and bathroom was not that great. Frances was the best part. We never went thirsty, appetizer was fast, food hot, and she was just really sweet. Definitely go again. read more

We never went back as the reviews just kept showing nothing is changing. If I could give negative stars, I most definitely would. The service at the Cedar Hill Hooters was worse than any restaurant I've ever been to. Sat down and it took almost 20 mins to get our drink order taken, another 30 for my drink to get to my table, an hour for the food and it was wrong. Manager came to my table and said he would bring what was missing from my order and correct the rest. Never brought what was missing, when I went to him and informed him that I had yet to receive what he initially said he would be bringing himself he had an attitude and said the girl should have taken it to you, with an attitude! Kevin is the rudest manager I have yet to meet at a restaurant. All of tonight's issues fall on management, poor wait staff. NEVER in my life coming back to this restaurant! Oh, and my little sliders were burnt to a crisp. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. read more

This place deserve a 5 stars just for having a great waitress. Frances was so nice and kind to us. Thank you for making our night great!!

Ordered online really simple at every hooters but this one. Order said ready at 6:00, at 6:15 start asking questions and no one can give me any answers. I ask for a manager and magically my food is ready almost instantly. I was simply going to ask the manager what the issue was after sitting there for a to go order for 40 min. The girl couldn't tell me who the manager was but that he was very busy and couldn't talk. Wow!!!!! Customer service industry and you can't take a concerted customer???? Really??? So I asked for the GM's name and all she would tell me was his name is Terry. Totally unprofessional. Thing is I normally send my assistant up there with my credit card to buy for the office on occasion and I can tell you wing stop will get the business now. Absolutely horrible horrible horrible customer service! read more
