He needed a car so we…read morerecently purchased a car from Riverside Auto while. 1 week after buying the car it was making loud noises so I took it to a shop and found out the sway bar and tie rods were bad. There is also a HUGE hole under the floor board carpet where I can see outside the ground. I called and spoke with a lady who answered the phone at the lot and she said oh well you purchased a care 'as is'. I chalked it up to that, well a week after that the car broke down while my son was still in Cincinnati. He was pretty much stranded and took car to a shop and had to replace the entire engine. During this time the temporary tags expired but still NO TITLE from Riverside. Local BMV had to call them and then they mailed it out. I decided to call Riverside and spoke with Dale & JIm and expressed my frustration over buying a car from their lot is such BAD shape. They told me to bring car in and they would look at it to fix sway bar / tie rod, but couldnt give me estimate on cost. I told them we are not from Cincinnati and how can I trust anything with the lot and Dale hung up on me. RUDE and poor service. If i could turn back time I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR from their or their lot. 4300 car has turned into 8000 . UPDATE... Just got title in the mail and they spelled the last name wrong... Clearly they do their paperwork with the same level of quality as their cars!!

If I took it to the dealership to have them perform the Diagnostics Scan Codes it would have cost $140.00 and it would have been there all day, but I would have gotten a rental car. When I asked Jeff how long it would take him he said an hour or less and I asked why the difference between him and the dealership and he explained it to me and also said that the scan itself would only take an hour at the dealership as well. I saved myself $ 50.00 and pulled a chair outside his shop, enjoyed the breeze and in no time at all the work was done!! Yes, he (Jeff) reset the Code and I was Happy!! They were quite far for me to drive to, but I went to them after reading the reviews and browsing their website. I brought my 1981 Mercury Cougar XR7 for some cosmetics. I was nervous a bit to be honest cause I know some mechanics can be "rough" on treatment (like leave a scratch or dirty the interior, etc. When I arrived, comfort wasn't immediate, but as soon as I discussed with them as to what I needed done to the vehicle, I knew it was going to be in good hands. When I picked up my vehicle, I was a very happy customer. Am coming back to have them do some more stuff. Thank you!

The fuel ruined my fuel system and these guys put it back together again. They not only fixed the truck, they worked with me to get it towed from 150 miles north of their location and repaired it in record time so that I could keep going with my travel trailer. The operations manager was in constant contact with me and let me know all along the way how things were going. He also provided all necessary documentation for a successful insurance claim. I'm so lucky, due to these guys, I was able to finish our trip and return home on time to meet other obligations. Sure, it costs some, but at least I got something done, unlike some of the dealerships I had taken this to along the trip who kept making up excuses for the issues and charging me for work that did not make a difference. I just moved to Cincinnati and was nervous about having to start all over finding a good honest mechanic. I will be looking no further. Patrick was awesome! He spent 15 minutes fixing the problem with my car then when I tried to pay him, he declined to accept payment. What a guy! He could have worked on my car for 2 hours and told me that I needed a new flux capacitor or something but he didn't. I'll definitely be bringing my bigger repairs to Patrick.

USA Collision ruined my brand new car. They did all the body work and replaced the tires when all…read moreof the sudden they noticed that the engine was blown. They apparently didn't notice this when they had it for a month and drove it around their lot but tried to blame us for driving it without oil after the accident. They never communicated with us and would never let us talk to a manager or the owner. We were only allowed to talk to one estimator who was never in the office. They ended up billing our insurance company the same amount we had paid for the car and voided our warranty.
