Want to know what that's about. Came once before early on and service and portions felt a bit off -- no longer -- they are learning and appear to be hitting their stride. On a side note, if you are like me, you're a bit confused why Greater Boston has nice seaside towns but don't lean enough into the ocean's flavor. The fish was perfectly cooked with a light, crispy batter that wasn't greasy at all. During our happy hour, I indulged in the fried oysters, and they were cooked to perfection. You could tell they were fresh and expertly prepared. If you're looking for a great happy hour, lunch, brunch, or dinner, Oysterman is a great choice!
