As I ordered, I kept reading the menu and changed my mind two times and finally stayed with my third choice. Having a love of jalapeños, Pancho Villa was my final choice. Pancho Villa not only gave my fresh jalapeños, it was also filled with red peppers, smoked cheddar, Mozzarella and the meat was Chorizo prepared in Smoked Chili Oil. Yum-Yum and no heartburn. For dipping or spreading on top, I was given a cup of Queso. One nice thing about SOTS, is they offer adult beverages. They have an excellent selection of local craft beers and wines to pair with your calzone. I paired mine with, Pale Ale from Schlafly. The dining room is clean and crisp. It's done in an industrial style. They have regular tables and a few hightop tables, so you can choose which one is best for you. On the tables you'll find linen napkins with reusable flatware. It was like Wonder Bread when we were expecting a real Italian bread with a real crust. I suggest they start serving a garlic knot or a focaccia if they can't get a crusty Italian bread.

White linen table cloths and black linen napkins. The tables are protected it a sheet of butcher paper cut to the exact size. It protects that pretty white linen. As a centerpiece, they have tacky artificial flowers. Table would look better without it. My server was quick to greet me. I ordered a Pino Grigio as my adult beverage. When she delivered my wine, I said I needed more time to look the menu over. When she came back, I asked a couple of questions and went with the chalkboard special, Meat Cannelloni with Spinach Pink Vodka Sauce. It came with a side salad and a breadstick. I chose Bleu Cheese as my dressing. The dressing was thick, creamy and had chunks of Bleu Cheese. The lunch special had two cannelloni's filled with meat and overly covered in a rich pink vodka sauce blended with lots of sautéed spinach. The sauce had good flavor, they just over poured on top of the cannelloni. Luck for me it came with a breadstick to wipe up the extra sauce. My server was attentive. She checked on me a couple of times while I dined. Sonny the owner, was assisting servers and thanking guest for coming back. Hard pass. I did not expect the ranch to be drizzled on top, I would have preferred it on the side, but that is my fault. The celery also took away from the savoryness. We had one slice and sent it back because neither one of us wanted it to take home- it was that bad. We both agreed that the BBQ pizza was also lacking, but at least my boyfriend was able to finish it. The iced tea was not that good either, so I switched to a soda. I am still very open to trying Peel again in the future, but no more Peel pizzas for me. Also, if you have the choice, do not sit at a high-top because the metal chairs are freezing cold. I loved the decor of black and white photos of years past and how they share the history of the restaurants. It was definitely busy and I believe it is all street parking.
