They have designated lanes to take you to the back of the restaurant. That's where you'll see associates running back-n-forth from the kitchen to cars delivering the pizzas. Once it was my turn, the young lady asked my name and went into retrieve my order. When she brought it out, she had me sign the credit card slip. To my surprise, it had an additional space for another tip. I don't think so, I left it blank. I already tipped when I ordered on-line. My salad and pizza hit the spot. My pizza was still a good temperature for eating after the 15 minute drive home. I love their cheese.
