A really chill spot to just kick back, relax, enjoy some good food, and do some hookah. Outside patio is awesome here. Spacious, a lot of TVs, and they also have those gas heaters stationed at every table in case you get cold. What surprised me the most about this place was the food. I genuinely did not expect the food here to be so good. Their nachos are so well balanced and their chicken kabob sandwich is right on the money in terms of bread texture, ratio of meat to veggies, and that delicious house sauce. Some reviews note bad service but that was not the case for me. I came here twice and both times I received great service. This place has quickly become one of my favorite spots! read more

Table Service wise: it was kinda slow,I had to hunt someone down to order dinner, also They have not once check on us or came back for a refills or at least for the normal service routine. Menu wise, there were not many options and it lacked variety which is alright. Additionally, they have Tangiers tobacco but it wasn't listed on their menu so I asked them if they have it so I ordered it , but I was charged an extra $10 each hookah without them mentioning it.,, At the end out of my curiosity I ask why is there10$ extra on those hookahs?, the response from the server was "everyone knows." I understand it's a hookah lounge, but good service should be expected at any business. Was nicely greeted by the security guard and host and had us seated immediately. However, it took 20+ min to catch ANYONES attention to put in an order on a Wednesday night. Received our hookah and drinks and were quite satisfied with them. The most upsetting part of the whole experience is the lack of attentiveness to the customer. You had to raise your hand or catch an employee in passing to ask for something. Specifically, a female server blatantly ignored our table, while she attended the others directly to our left and right side. I understand that maybe she wasn't our server, but it doesn't make sense that our single table was ignored the 2+ hours we were there. Lastly, it sucks that gratuity was automatically included in the bill. I usually take care of my servers well, but in this instance I believe they deserved $0. Below average/mediocre hookah lounge that constantly disappoints. It's been around for a long time and still the owner has not invested in upgrading this place except for the outside sign. First and foremost, the hookah is not promising at all and it is constantly declining. The packers do not know how to pack hookah what's so ever. You order any hookah here and maximum it will only last for is 20 minutes which is beyond horrendous and disappointing. The coals barely ever get changed as they don't bring out charcoal often. The food is good, not bad at all but the French fries definitely need improvement as it is fried way too much and tastes unhealthy. Sandwiches and pizza are amazing but overall can use better/higher quality ingredients. The owner needs to hire professional hookah packers and also consider investing in heat management devices as they lack to frequently come and provide new coals. Hookah just doesn't hit and leaves you quite disappointed. UPDATE* Changed the review score because this business is obviously not open to criticism and keeps saying they are the best when they are not from my experience. Don't try to say you're the best when I clearly stated the opposite. Your food is not all that so you can take a step back, relax and actual listen to your clients rather than painting a picture of what you want to see your business as. I live 30-40 minutes away from Glendale but hang out here at least multiple times a week. I live 5 minutes from a hookah lounge but I prefer Hookah Lounge. This was actually the first hookah spot i visited when i first moved to Los Angeles five years ago. I used to live in Glendale, and it was one of the first spots to pop up. I have since moved to highland park and have explored various hookah spots, but this one always is fun to come back and visit when i have friends in town. The great thing about this hookah spot is the atmosphere. Their outside area has a ton of tables to choose from, heat lamps for when its actually cold and a few TVs if you are into sports. They have some great food options, I've gotten their pizzas and sandwiches and they are tasty and fresh! Their hookah can be on the strong side, but they are quality and a ton of flavors to choose from. They also have an inside area if you are choosing to only eat and not smoke. Parking here is also pretty nice, i normally end up parking on the street, but there is a parking lot and tons of parking on the street as well. read more

The hookah was nice but the service and atmosphere wasn't. It was 110 today and they didn't have indoor seating available. Just a few fans blowing. I was battling damn near heat stroke. Server was not very attentive. Waited 15 minuets for new coals after being there 1.5 hours. Waited almost 20 minuets for the server to even run my card, when it was dead. Seating is weird. Everyone was crammed in one corner even though the other part of the patio with sofas and more fans was very open. They also add a tip automatically which I HATE, because it's rude and gross.
