After the group got out of the room, it took a while for the staff to clean the room but then we were able to use it. The room's technology wasn't great - when you were using the tablet to pick another song, the screen with the lyrics would sometimes freeze. Additionally, there were two mics but most of the time the one didn't work and the other one required that you stand in certain spots in the room. It was only $15 per hour to use the room but I'm not sure I would come back and use it.

Earlier, she had also rudely asked our group if we could move to another area of the restaurant because they had a large party coming in. We were happy to accommodate the request, but the way it was communicated came across as dismissive and disrespectful. I understand everyone has difficult days, and I always try to give people grace. Throughout the entire interaction, our group remained polite and respectful. We simply wanted to enjoy a good meal while visiting from out of town. I'm genuinely disappointed because we went out of our way to come here based on its reputation, only to leave feeling unwelcome. I hope management addresses both the cleanliness issues and the level of customer service, because no guest should be treated this way.
