But Cory and Rachel completely changed that for us. From the moment we walked in, they were so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy at all. They took the time to understand what we were looking for, walked us through different options, and answered every single question we had (and we had a lot!). Their expertise really stood out, and it made us feel confident in our decisions. By the end of it, it honestly didn't make sense not to make the purchase because of how thorough and helpful they were. We ended up choosing a Nuna, and we absolutely love it--we can't wait to start using it once our baby arrives! The complimentary installation was also such a huge bonus and made the whole experience feel even more seamless and stress-free. Highly, highly recommend Twinkle Twinkle--especially Cory and Rachel. They made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and exciting!

Especially the book "Chicago Loves me" and the teether, onesies, and Penelope the bunny which allow the child to see themselves as the character in the book! The owner is often present and has wrote personal messages in the book for us! We also appreciate the personal gift wrapping for any occasion as well for a unique touch!

Vanessa, the owner, is exceedingly kind and stopping in today and having the chance to meet her feels like fate. When I first stopped in the other employee here greeted me and asked what brought me in and if I needed help finding anything. It's not a large place but there is a LOT to look at. They have clothing, accessories, adult jewelry (possibly kids jewelry too, but I wasn't looking at it much), hair notions, and so on. One thing I really needed is a pacifier clip since my daughter has taken to pulling hers out and it ends up in a place in her carseat that is hard for me to reach! They happened to have these which made it a successful shopping trip right there. But whilst we were wandering, Vanessa complimented my sweetie pie and we got to talking. I was in the store for 35 minutes or so and probably half of that was chatting with her. I got a couple of the pacifier clips, and a freaking ADORABLE winter hat that I'm pretty sure is handmade and will probably fly off the shelf. I also bought a book featuring Chicago landmarks which I learned as I checked out Vanessa actually wrote. She autographed it for my baby which I love! Parking is street only and probably can get tough some days, but it's worth the visit. The store is full of really high quality items. They have quite a few Chicago-themed items as well, such as the aforementioned hat, onesies, t-shirts, and so on. It was so nice to talk with Vanessa and get to know her a bit. This is a small shop with big heart and should be on your list of fave baby shops in Chicago.

Horrible experience. Still battling with them. I had looked at buying kids table and chairs…read more Finally pulled the trigger. Placed the order. Right after I hit confirm I got a confirmation on my credit card. Immediately discovered I had bought three as there were two others accidentally in my shopping cart. I quickly looked to see how I could edit my placed order. NO LUCK. I then immediately emailed AND called to get the order corrected. 45 minutes on hold only to be told that within that 45 minutes, the order of three tables and chairs had be shipped. This was a Saturday and within 45 minutes from the time I hit the button the order was shipped..,I wasn't buying there statement. I was told that once I received the table and chairs (all three sets) that to call and they will schedule UPS return. I of course had to call. 30 more minutes on the phone to schedule return. About 10 days later I finally see money credited to my account BUT not the right amount. Pottery Barn Kids charged me shipping for each table ordered by mistake on an order I couldn't correct. I'm currently out $100 in extra shipping cost. 30 more minutes on the phone to dispute. The customer service rep takes notes. No outcome, no call back as of yet. I see another call to Pottery Barn. And we wonder why Brick and Mortar stores are going bankrupt. Amazon makes it so easy putting customer first. Pottery Barn doesn't care if they just lost a customer for life or ALL the people I have and plan to share this experience .

Sunday: I ordered a pair of curtains online for curbside pickup at this location. Within a couple of hours I got a phone call from them saying they only had one curtain but-no problem-they'd call around to other stores in the area and get back to me. When I got a text a few hours later saying that my order was ready to pickup, I called back to see if they had found another curtain. Not yet, but the man I spoke with said he had left messages at other stores and was just waiting to hear back from them. I didn't hear back that day but figured it was Sunday and I'd wait till the work week. Wednesday: I still hadn't heard from them so I called again. I explained my situation to the woman who answered the phone and she said she'd had the man I spoke with Sunday give me a call to update me on the status of his curtain search. She said he was on a call but would give me a call before the end of the day or if not for sure at 10:00 the next morning. The day ended. No call. Thursday: No call. I gave up on them and ordered curtains for my baby's room from Target.
