The owner, Leslie, was incredibly sweet and showed me several different options for my occasion. She even called another business owner to see if she could dig up extra tote bags on such a fast notice (I wanted tote bags, embroidered by the next day). I really appreciated her willingness to work with me, as well as showing me around after I showed up unexpectedly. I decided to wait on buying the gifts I wanted, but will be coming here first for my gift needs!!

Through a very short online ordering service I was able to secure the items I needed, received a confirmation email and had piece of mind knowing I didn't need to travel with large bulky children gear. Christina the Chicago representative was prompt and efficient and it was a seamless process. Our items were at our hotel for us when we arrived. Do yourself a favor when traveling with kids, rent equipment from Babierge and rid yourself of the stress travelling with bulky children equipment can bring. I tried to use two larger travel baby equipment companies and the service from both of them was horrible. I was so impressed with Babierge I will definitely use them again.

She was able to give my friend fabric swatches for the custom curtains they make to match them to her crib bedding she has. We were informed that they can monogram and customize things on site and turn things around pretty quickly. Everything was priced pretty well. The custom crib bedding was especially priced well. My friend was bummed she didn't find out about this place sooner.

If all that wasn't enough to sell me on the spot, when I walked in the door I realized that EVERYTHING they sell is not only made in America but right on the premises. You can see through the back of the store into their manufacturing facility. So cool! I originally went into the store because I was given a moses basket for a gift and loved it so much I wanted to see what else they made. I ended up buying my daughter's crib bedding there. The store has a great, up and coming city location at 1657 N. Elston St. You can check them out at hoohobbers.com but the trip to the actual store is well worth it. This is a great way to support not only made in America products but local Chicago manufacturing as well.

The shop is not large, but... they don't carry much merchandise. I thought perhaps it was a new store, but I learned it actually opened in 2021. I also thought perhaps they have events or something for which they use the space--and I think they do, but pretty occasionally; not a whole bunch of regular events. They seem to focus on sustainable clothing and whatnot, so perhaps that is why, as those brands may be hard to come by. Some of their stuff is fairly expensive, and while I occasionally might buy something a little more expensive for a special occasion, I'm much less likely to do so for everyday wear. I will certainly keep an eye on their Instagram, but I'm not sure I'll be stopping in too often.

The store is not very large at all but it was very clean and well organized. A lot of it is baby stuff, but I did find a few cute pieces for my toddler to make an adorable Valentine's Day outfit. I also got a pair of pants that were really cute and well priced (I think I paid $15; the tag said they were originally around $45). The shop employee was helpful. This was the first time I've been to the Fashion Outlets and I probably wouldn't come here solely for this since I'm not much of a mall person, but if and when I do make it to the Fashion Outlets again I will check in here to see what I might find.

They have a different variety of products including pants, shorts, blouse, shirt, jacket, dress, polo and many more for kids. I must say that they have a high quality fabric where it becomes a little bit pricey. I bought a pair of shirts and pants for my son and a dress for my daughter since they will attend a mini party for their cousin. I also bought a present for the celebrant. I chose to buy her a dress since she's a girl. Luckily, I found what I bought easily. I have no hassle choosing clothes since some staff assisted me. They are always free when I need anything. They will also recommend what I should buy. It's a good thing that they have good service. I highly recommend this place.

They have different locations throughout the suburbs. I've never consigned with them, but have several friends who have and they say it was worth it and would do it again. I've gone to this one a few times in the past years and I usually find a handful of things I need for the kids. The fall sale has good deals on Halloween costumes. Feb 2019 I found a ton of Disney shirts in great condition. Since we're planning a trip to WDW soon this was awesome! The things I like to try and look for are puzzles, games, and clothes. They also have big ticket items like strollers, cribs etc. Follow their FB page for when they have their hours and when their 1/2 prices days start (near the end of the sale.) They also post early admission tickets there. The opening day of the sale is usually insanely crazy. Be prepared for long lines (they also limit stroller usage during those times.) I hate crowds so I'm perfectly content waiting a few days and going during the week when it's less busy.

My wife…read moreand I (with the help of other family members - too many cooks complicated this LOL!) had a difficult time trying to pick from all the awesome sofas and colors that Joybird provides. Plus, we had an odd shaped room that we recently rehabbed that we needed the sofa in, and the Joybird team patiently looked at our many diagrams of possibilities, made their own suggestions and fielded our questions. I am certain I would have not been as patient with us as they were. They didn't make us feel stupid for all our questions, or rush us when we were clearly "chieftains of indecision". This was true even when we lingered a bit long at or near closing time. The jaybird team made so many accommodations and changes for us and we felt genuinely cared for us even with our idiosyncrasies. We finally finally made up our minds on the exact sofa, number of pieces and color, and now have this great new sofa in our basement movie room. Even the delivery guys were exceptional. We got our couch during a sale, and even with adding back in the five-year warranty (which also included two large cushions as part of the package) the cost was cheaper than the list price. Our delivery was several weeks after ordering, which was sooner than estimated; the delivery guys unwrapped the couch parts and put on the feet, but oddly did not clip the sections together; seems like that should be done while everything is in its disassembled state? So now we have to figure that out. But happy with the couch so far: very comfortable (I don't want to get off of it).
