In fact, the opposite is true, that I did not have to speak with police. Mike explained my rights. In my emotional state, I needed the clear details that he gave me about how to protect rights and invoke my right to remain silent if questioned by the police. Mike explained and simplified the details. With one phone call, he alleviated the fears I was experiencing. Mike is an honest attorney. He gave me a clear evaluation of the situation. If I need his services, which he told me I did not need at the time (an honest attorney!), I will call Mike Munoz. I trust him to protect my life. Thank you, Mike! You do not know how much your comments mean to me! The best attorney ever with lucid explanations!

By 4:20 I'd yet to hear anything so I called & was told he was running behind on his previous phone call & was understanding. 4:45 hit & I was not nearly as understanding bc my thoughts are "I'm gonna let someone have my back in court that won't have my back for a phone consultation??" I then called again & was told (by the person that answers the phone) that she texted him to remind him of the 4:30 appointment. 4:30?!?!? I was told 4. She then told me he's still on the phone & I expressed to her that I was very irritated because I waited around my phone for something that was scheduled. Hello! I schedule calls & appointments too, the difference is I show up to mine. I decided that I did not want to hire someone that is unorganized with their call system because who knows where all of my court docs will go - could be scattered in several folders. To end the story I was never called at all yesterday & when I called today he was in court & I was told that it's "busy season". I was then told today (the day after not having my appointment followed through with) that I was being rude with expressing how frustrated I was. I wasn't rude, I wasn't vulgar - I was honest. Munoz defended himself saying was a "nice guy" & per reviews I see that, but I was not treated well by him. No apology for missing my consultation & no apology when I cracked a joke saying "you're the most difficult guy to get in contact with" rather he had a condescending attitude stating "yeah, we're a really busy attorneys office". Seems rather prideful to me with no apology whatsoever. Set people up with expectations because we also have a life outside of yours.

I was thoroughly impressed with the time that Evan Nielsen spent with me one on one, discussing how I ran my business, what the tax code considered to be business versus personal deductions, and what the projections were for my taxes. He went through all standard business deductions with me, so that when I left I felt fully prepared. When I received the group's engagement letter, it had easy to understand worksheets which helped me to add expenses and deductions, and once the power of attorney forms were signed - the group handled all filing, correspondence, and any consequent phone calls to the IRS on my behalf. It made the stress of taxes and late filings completely melt away. The paralegals, as well as the attorneys in the group, kept me informed of any changes, updates, and the status of any filings. I received all correspondence from the IRS, but the group handled everything. I have used the group for more than two tax years, and I am so exceedingly pleased with their extensive experience, and personal individualized approach. I truly felt important, and any emails I sent with questions were answered immediately. The group not only handles taxes and IRS issues, but also Corporate structures, debt settlements, short sales, and foreclosure prevention. They are worth every dollar you spend, and it is money well invested . I highly highly recommend them!

Craig and his team represented myself and ultimately my son once Arizona was deemed the state of jurisdiction, and I couldn't have made a better choice. Communication was thorough, prompt and clear from himself and his staff every step of the way from what they needed from me, to what they accomplished on a weekly basis and especially with the financial aspect. From thousands of miles away I felt secure that my son's best interest was first a foremost. Aside from the final ruling being exactly what is best for my son, Craig also helped me to present myself in the best light, providing sound advice for hard decisions made along the way. I was never worried if paperwork would be filed in time or if phone calls still needed to be made, I was in the most capable hands. Elated is only the half of it, thanks to Craig and his team I am even more hopeful for the most stable future and home life for my son. If it's a decision you have to make, this is a choice of representation you will not regret.

My experience with Mr. Simon has been incredibly disappointing, as he has repeatedly demonstrated dishonesty, a lack of integrity, and a clear disregard for fair legal proceedings. 1 Misleading Statements & False Claims in Court Mr. Simon misrepresented facts in front of the judge, including falsely claiming that he provided required disclosure documents--when in reality, they were never sent or received. Instead of ensuring a fair and transparent process, he manipulated the court's understanding of the facts to benefit his client. 2 Failure to Follow Through on Verbal Agreements Throughout my case, Mr. Simon made multiple verbal agreements but failed to honor them, proving himself to be unreliable and untrustworthy. Instead of working toward resolutions, he deliberately prolonged disputes to drive up attorney fees--putting financial gain over ethical representation and the best interests of the children involved. 3 Profiting from Conflict Instead of Resolving Cases Rather than focusing on settlement and resolution, Mr. Simon seems intent on extending litigation unnecessarily, which only inflates legal fees and prolongs emotional distress for all parties. Instead of advocating for reasonable and fair solutions, he thrives on unnecessary legal battles that serve no one but his own firm's financial interests. Bottom Line: If you are looking for an ethical, professional, and fair attorney, I highly recommend seeking legal counsel elsewhere. In my experience, Mr. Simon prioritizes tactics over truth, money over morality, and conflict over resolution. I hope others do their research before hiring Simon Law Group
