However, Urgent Law was beyond helpful from the moment they picked up the phone. We settled my case in December of 2024 after I had finished with my follow up care. I am a big fan of having a very hands on experience and being in the know of my case often. I found that they work behind the scenes and do not give many updates. That may not be a problem for most people but I wish I had had a little more contact about the process of my case. They were very kind and answered all of my questions when I did leave a message to speak to my lawyer. I did start with one lawyer, then was moved to a different one who left the firm and I closed out my case with a third person. I can confidently say they were all very nice and I didn't have an issue with any of them. I did not mind my case being moved between individuals as they were knowledgeable of my situation when the next person took over. They worked with me to make sure I received a fair settlement and even stayed late in the office so I could grab my check from them after my work day. I even referred my mom who was recently in a bad accident and needed legal representation. I appreciate all they did for me!

I had been living in Arizona for less than a year at the time and my parents were out of the country, I had trouble getting a hold of them. On my third day in custody a guard woke me up and Brenna met me in the cell area just hours after my parents hired her. Three weeks later I was rearrested for two more counts of stalking that were being investigated by Mesa PD, prior to my first arrest. I was improperly held non bondable for 7 days. Immediately Brenna got an emergency hearing in front of the presiding criminal judge, and was released on a 1k bond, when the state asked for 10k. The case in Maricopa County resolved in a class 6 undesignated. At sentencing I told her I hope to never need a lawyer again but if I did I would call her without hesitation. Well the very next day I was driving to Flagstaff and failed to yield to sirens and kept driving. I was arrested again on an unlawful flight up in Camp Verde. She came to bat again immediately at my initial appearance and was released OR. In Yavapai County we were offered a class 6 felony plea, Brenna proactively put together a mitigation package of my Autism spectrum disorder diagnosis as well as taking a strive personal safety course. (ZERO STARS!!!)HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE LAW FIRM!! TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!! The following…read moreare the TWO FACTUAL EVENTS that occured (a few more, but in the interest of time I've limited it), so, please read on and you can then decide for yourself if you'd ever care to have such slippery snakes in the grass ever represent you, and then turn around and get bit. I base my above stated personal opinion and warning upon the following FACTS: #1. My partner and I were represented by this firm in regards to the 2015 (completely settled in 2018) real estate related civil suit filed in Maricopa County, AZ. This firm consistently generated on their own, and sent me MULTIPLE account statements, over a multitude of months, indicating and assuring me I had a ZERO balance, YEP, ZERO, and I never heard another word from them, as one would expect.... end of story?? NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! Any reasonable thinking human being would be led to that conclusion, BUT this doesn't describe reasonable thinking individuals. Well, fast fwd almost a year later after receiving all the ZERO balance statements, only to get served with a surprise lawsuit in 2025 (by this owns firms Partner's little shady side hustle "collection agency LLC" PROFESSIONAL ACCEPTANCE LLC), making outlandish claims that we still owed some sort of debt, via an "assigned" debt from this firm. SAME BAD ACTORS, just conveniently operating under this new name. Worst yet, they had all of our current contact info, yet instead of simply reaching out and even attempting to resolving the matter or clear things us they just plowed right ahead to run us over without any warning (I warned you this would involve unreasonableness). It should also be noted that my partner hadn't been ever contacted in any way by anyone since 2018, NOPE, not even a single time. #2 (Can't even make this kind of stuff up, it actually happened possibly due either outright harassment/vindictiveness or a data breach/breach of confidential client information) This firms partners, acting through and on behalf of their "collection LLC", took my partners PERSONAL INFORMATION and filed and publicized it in completely unrelated Court pleadings, which is a public forum, that had absolutely NOTHING what so ever to do with them, nor involved them in any way, shape or form, in support of asking the Court to approve Alternative Service for one of their other "victims" that they were having trouble getting served with their latest lawsuit, outright falsely claiming that my partners info had anything at all to do with this person. So, you can plainly see what lengths they'll go to. **BEST PART OF ALL THIS: When all of the above stated was brought to their attention, they flat out refused to even respond or offer to correct THEIR ERRORS and instead insisted upon proceeding with the lawsuit, flat out refusing to acknowledge correct THEIR mistakes or be held accountable for any of their egregious actions. Completely UNETHICAL on SO many levels in my opinion and only goes to show what a complete lack of moral fiber and integrity looks and acts like. *PM me and I'll be more than happy to provide all documentation. **cross-posting on multiple platforms and finishing up dedicated website in order to warn other unknowing possible innocent victims like ourselves.
