This was about 5 years ago. Here we are now Feb 2025. My accident happened in the first quarter of 2024. I was rear ended by a medical transport vehicle with a patient in the back seat who decided to flee the scene after leaving me in the highway. Same day I went to the hospital for treatment is the same day I decided to give Crap Tigers a call. After explaining everything the gentleman on the phone says "oh yea, you definitely have a great claim we would like to assist you in taking care of it and take 33% of total winnings etc.. This seemed really high for a law firm from what I have found but said "hey, my buddy recommended them and you get what you pay for." So they say. After signing on 8 months go by and at this point I am very worried as I have had to send in everything I had over 4 times to different people. With zero updates on the case and where it stands. Now here we are, January 2025 and I get a call offering 17k. Veyo insurance wants to negotiate my debt with the collections companies, that is not how it works at all. I didn't get a discount, and they definitely will not "settle" any debt of mine unless its paid in full. When I asked why it went from 575k as discussed to 17k Joseph Brown immediately got hostile and was very very rude. Saying " its not a 500k dollar case, it is what it is". Then he wanted me to explain why I thought it was a 500k dollar case. UMM WHAT??? That is what your firm told me when I first signed on laying in the hospital. Now a "professional" attorney wants me to explain to him why it should be a 500k dollar settlement. When I started going through the whole thing he interrupted me and said " I will send you your file, find another law firm" . What the actual Fu*&!!! So a "law firm" can take a case, selling themselves, give zero updates to the client. The client submits everything over 5 times because the "law firm" keeps losing it apparently. Then it goes from 500k to less than the cost of the motorcycle and payout of repairs (17k) not to include my credit went from a 789 to a 522 from past due medical bills being reported to my credit. I still have lower back pain and right shoulder pain (ran out of money for copays) had to stop treatment. I will be looking into any lost settlement due to time, unethical business practices, mental stress and the list keeps going against the LAW TIGERS. I will also be taking Veyo to court since LAW TIGERS cant. I fought the guy in court for a year and he was found guilty of all charges, also took a year of my time. STAY AWAY FROM ALL LAW TIGER LOCATIONS DUE TO POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES, UNPROFESSIONLISM, ZERO EMPATHY TOWARDS THE VICTIM WHOM THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO REPRESENT. I will be pursuing LAW TIGERS now as well as Veyo Medical Transportation insurance.
