Please think twice before having Graig SIMON represent you. He made many statements that our son should file for divorce and that he would get his divorce. He thinks his clients have a money tree in their yard.. we spent a total of $9000 and he never made a court appearance or had any travel for the case.. he TALKED on the phone for $9000 and my son is still married. He basically did nothing some phone work and a few personal meetings! There are much better lawyers out there that will perform for less than $400 per hour! I should have dropped him after our second phone call asking me for more $ and nothing was done.. he is arrogant and is only good for motorcycle accident cases, a decent ambulance chaser I guess. I offered him a settlement of $4500 and I would just forget what he did or failed to do. I would report him but if you research his back ground on the Internet as I recently did he has had some issues a complaint. I used Been Verified to check him out of course it was to late. Mr. SIMON was referred to us so we trusted him, a mistake for sure! He spends a good deal of $ on his web site listing cases.. it's been a good trap for people trusting what is pitched. My niece referred me to him, and I regret it every day. I am sorry I ever met him. He doesn't care about his clients, he is more worried about money then doing the honest professional business. He gives the attorney profession a bad name. I was in a car accident , and met him in his office along with my sister. I asked him if he would make sure all my damages to my vehicle would be taken care of and he told us yes, and He told me that he would not make more money then me. And after I got all my doctors releases , he said that they were dicking me around his exact words, I told him do not settle and lets go to arbitration, and he was good with that . in the mean time my truck is still in the shop that was suppose to fix it . I was rear ended by three other vehicles , I was the lead car and I told him to go after the other two drivers to have my truck fixed, and that the last two were cited, because I talked to the highway patrol at the hospital, he refused to do that. It had been at the shop waiting to be fixed it was about 2 months , I called him up several times to take care of it , because the towing company had to get paid, and the shop was going to charge me storage fees. He then told me to pick it up because, I could drive it , and the driver who caused only had insurance for $15,000 on collision , and again I told him I did not care , if it was ok to drive it or not , I wanted my truck fixed . On a Thursday afternoon he called me to tell me to come in and get my money, I asked him how was it going to be , he then said he would figure it out, and come in tomorrow. I started thinking how can he settle without my permission, and I figured I would get my money and then turn him in to the bar. He then went over the figures and told me he was giving me a discount and I looked at the total amount and he got more then me, I never got my truck fixed and the tow bill never got paid. I called the bar association and the investigator told me that it was he said she said, I told her that I had a witness and she still didn't believe me. Make sure that when you go see a attorney it is in writing, I was going to get John Mccains office to investigate but he got sick. I believe in Karma god will take care of it.
