But after spontaneous stop today, she was much more pleasant. She must have been having a bad day that day and I empathize with her. Plus it cannot be fun or enjoyable standing in the heat day in and day out. So may be easy to become irritable. Too bad she couldn't just WASH her sorrows away. Overall the entire staff is friendly and welcoming and seem happy to assist at their stations. This site is small but efficient. It has quite a few stalls for vacuums. The cleanliness is on point. No litter or visible trash was present. There's never a line for the wash on the weekday mornings, which makes it really convenient because I can stop in, and be in and out within about 5 minutes if you skip the vacuuming and drying.

You can see in the video that the soap was dispensing unevenly. The middle spinner on top wasn't spraying any water out of 3 of the 4 arms (not sure what to call it). Not sure if any on the right side weren't fully spraying water. Left side seemed to be working fine. I chose the Deluxe Wash $12. The dryers seemed powerful but I still had soap on my right side mirror when I left. I do like that this machine gets the wheels a bit cleaner than the other place but I never drive off with soap still on my car at the other one. Pros and cons to each place I guess. The only way to get your car 100% completely clean is to have someone detail or hand wash it yourself. It's way too hot during summer for that though. This will suffice if you're just needing a quick rinse.

The nice thing is the bay takes a credit card, but be advised to monitor your time as you're doing each item, as it will continue to roll and charge after the base time provided. It's pretty straightforward if you've ever used one before. Make sure to actually switch & push stop and cancel on the dial when done. For this recent trip, I spent about $5 & yes, I managed to scrub off all of the bugs in the front and hit on some other areas that the typical car wash misses (unlimited wash one). When I'm done, I didn't stress too much about cleaning the interior or drying it down and just drive it over to the unlimited place and let them deal with it when I have time. It seems like the other bad reviews were accurate in that they will ghost you, but I guess it depends on your luck - if you're one of the lucky ones that they'll show up to do a great job for as the other great reviews stated.
