Little things like seeing water marks or unclean spots with the car bugs me especially when you spend a good amount on getting your car detailed. Thankfully Wipe and Shine exceeded my expectations! Not only were they on-time and professional, Luis really took his time going over my car including a full interior/exterior clean, buff, wax, and clay bar. Once he was done the car shined like glass. Also I wanted to add this, I know that we all want the best service at the lowest price and typically that's impossible. With that being said, Luis took more time making sure everything was perfect for a much lower price than everywhere else I was quoted. I'm grateful that a friend referred me to this mobile detail company and hopefully this review will help you get you car detailed as good as mine! Thanks again guys!

It seems like the other bad reviews were accurate in that they will ghost you, but I guess it depends on your luck - if you're one of the lucky ones that they'll show up to do a great job for as the other great reviews stated. This is certainly not the right way to do business. The only good thing is that you don't have to pay ahead of time in situations like this. Don't waste your time with this company as I did.

And he didn't just say sorry and hang up. When I tell you he apologized it's because he sincerely took accountability and I could hear it in his voice that it was truly a heartfelt apology. And what I didn't expect is that he offered to make things right, in fact he asked if I would give him and his business a second chance, which you rarely hear from small business owners especially after receiving a customer complaint. I accepted and we made another appointment. Zach is a wonderful person, he did a great job on the wash and gave me advice on how to care for my car. Extremely satisfied with the customer service and his work, would definitely recommend!

I honestly still need a car wash after this service. I called the business and was told the owner would reach out to me. I have two missed called but no voicemail, not text, no follow up to my email. I tried to return the calls and went straight to voicemail. I would avoid this shop at all costs. Buyer beware for pre paying for services. At this point after seeing the quality of the wash I am not sure I would even want them to come back out and compete the job. I just want my money back. How pathetic. Should the business do the right thing and follow up to my written and verbal complaints that I lodged IMMEDIATELY upon completion of my job with photo evidence, I will edit this review to include what they do to remediate the situation. One star for promptness and good interior vacuuming.
