Nice atmosphere and great outdoor area with a bar. Great for outdoor season. The wings were good and the ahi tuna tartare was great. A lot of drink choices and just a fun place to go hang out and enjoy some decent food. Waiter was also fun and attentive. Can tell he enjoys and makes the best out of his job. We especially liked the huevos rancheros entree we ordered. Egg and steak with a crispy tortilla in it layers with pico and avocado. I would order it again! Came here to watch the World Cup semifinals with some friends. They have big screens and projectors from every corner of the room, so getting a front row seat wasn't difficult. Great crowd and vibe. Staff was super friendly and checked in on us frequently, and the food and drink was just as good as the service. read more

Great since the place turned over from Prime Time to Honor. Sundays are still awesome! Unfortunately the fish and chips is not as good as the Old Prime time. Not sure if they changed vendors or recipes but the old Fish and chips were light and delicate just wonderful. The new ones are not as lite or tasty. They are more dense and not as flavorful. I use to brag they had the best fish and chips in town! Better than than the Irish pub in Fairfax City. oh well.... The beer is very good! read more

First of all. I am a local and really really wanted to find a local brunch spot for the family so we don't have to go to Tyson's every week. Came back to Honor to give a second try for brunch, but unfortunately it was once again lackluster , the food is an afterthought here. It doesn't matter how you order the steak, it comes out well done. Same for the eggs. The guacamole was not fresh, and the overall freshness was inline with Denny's more than a brunch spot charging $20 dollars a plate. The bar looks great and the atmosphere is nice and relax, and I guess ok for a college hangeout place, but way too expensive for the service and the lackluster food. Service was substandard as the waitress didn't seem to be trained in the menu or service. So disappointing read more

I just wish ya'll had a 7! Came here for the first time this morning! Came for the eggs Benedict. Few places have STANDARD REGULAR eggs Benedict. These were terrific! And made with Taylors Ham! OMG!! So good! Wife got hot fried chicken sammy. Wonderful!!! The honor lager is yummo! Great firm lager. No weird fru fru taste. I will definitely be back. Luis was our fabulous bartender! I hate giving this review because they are veterans but some other veterans and I went last night... we ordered 6 different drinks, all terrible to not good. I got the fruit salad drink... closer to the terrible side. Then I had the sour beer that they make....TERRIBLE. We also ordered egg rolls. They were really bland. I had a very bad experience here on today. At 4:27 today I sat at the bar where two young ladies served as the bartenders. I ordered a drink and the first bartender wouldn't even look at me while I ordered. I was starving and came here because I knew that the food and ambiance would be to my liking. I must've sat there being ignored for at least ten minutes while others sat the bar were being tended to. I finally asked the other young lady for a menu. She gave it to me in passing and rushed over to a couple she knew next to me at the bar. After five minutes of her walking around I asked her if I could place an order and order another drink and a water. As she took my order her facial expression was as if I was disturbing her. She right away brought me my second drink and not the water. After I waited I waited twenty minutes in the restaurant of 12 people including us at the bar I called the waitress over and told her that I felt as if I were an afterthought and that I would like to pay for my drinks and cancel my food order. Without any hesitation she canceled my order and gave me my receipt without a pen and walked away. I had to ask another bar tender gentleman that had just started his shift for a pen. At 5:26 I tipped her well and left starving. I have been coming here since the new owners took over and had nothing but the best experiences. I often either bring my wife or come with friends. I don't know what happened today. It was as if I was being punked. I really hope the management looks into this because this is a spot I really enjoy and often recommend. read more

Firstly, they were very understaffed, and our server was still very attentive and sweet, despite being one of the only waitresses on the floor. Shame on whoever scheduled her to be alone. This has been our second visit. First is when they just opened and the food and beer were honestly very bad. My boyfriend and I like to eat and drink and this is one of the only times we left food and beer on the table. We decided to give them a second chance after hearing good things, and better reviews, but in our opinion, the food is not up to the quality or the price. The Beer has improved greatly! We most likely will not be returning. For reference , the first visit, we got a hot fried chicken sandwich and a Philly cheese. Both were flavorless and soggy. Second visit we had decent nachos but their chip to topping ratio was not great and my steak tacos had a lot of gristle and we're dry. Great experience from the time we walked in the hostess was very friendly and immediately seated us. The waiter/hostess did an exceptional job of accommodating us providing us options and recommendations off of the menu and making sure that he had an excellent experience. The food we ordered was the tuna tartare the hush puppies the chicken BLT and the tacos. All of the food was delicious except for the hush puppies they were really savory', dense and mushy inside. The BLT was great but unfortunately the bread fell apart as my friend ate their sandwich . The tacos were delicious, I really enjoyed them. The tartare was a highlight! It wasn't until the end of our lunch that they had some unwanted guest. Our waiter assured us that this issue would be handled promptly. read more

Awesome happy hour spot. Almost like a better alternative to Yardhouse. Cajun and Buffalo wings were very meaty, not fatty. Crab dip was okay. Very cheesy but not lazily and cheaply made with a brick of cream cheese. Smash burger could've used a little seasoning on the beef patties, but the boom boom sauce and tomato bacon jam made this burger stand out. I would come back to try other menu items. read more

We ordered deviled eggs to start, which were great (maybe priced a little high -$12 for 5), bacon wrapped meatloaf (good), wedge salad with steak (mid rare, it came out well done we complained and they brought us fresh medium rare steak double order and took it all off the bill), and wings two ways. While the beer is good, the kitchen aspect leaves much to be desired. This basic pizza made of cheesesand specific tomatoes wad more like cheap ragu on bread. I did ask them to cut down on the cheese, but i know the difference between sliced fresh mozzarella and whatever was on this za! Beer is 8/10. Pizza is 4/10. I was very excited when this place opened up, but when I went in the first time I could tell they had a lot to do service wise and they have missed the mark. The food is sub-par to average. Several of the servers are actually very nice behind the bar, but it is very uneven. The ambiance is actually good, but they have pulled everything to the center and left little to the outside. That is the opposite of the way it was before and it feels a bit cramped. The beer, which is their own, also sub-par, though one or two have made a decent impression. We had a fantastic late lunch at Honor Brewing- started with the bbq jalapeño deviled eggs and they were soooooo delicious! Each piece was topped with a big piece of crispy bacon and had just the right amount of heat. We both had the southwestern chicken salad - on a bed of mixed greens, it featured grilled corn, shredded cheese, and and black beans, along with a whole grilled and sliced chicken breast, which was cooked perfectly. The dressing was a really nice mix of bbq sauce and a buttermilk ranch dressing. The whole thing was a really nice, not too heavy salad. Service from our bartender was wonderful- he offered tastes of multiple beers- their list is over 15 beers, and theres definitely something for everyone. We were sorry to get there too late for the Bloody Mary bar- it looked amazing! read more

I've gotten takeout from here a couple of times. I called to place my order and the staff were nice. I like the johnny cakes. They are flavorful and the cereal that they give you has a nice crunch. This place is nice. Great place to watch a game. TV's everywhere. There is even a back room that has games and another bar for private parties. The service was excellent. Our server was Vanya and she made suggestions on the menu since this was our first time. Very helpful. There are many beer selections. I had the Honor Hazy, delicious!! Buffalo chicken dip for an appetizer and steak quesadilla for dinner. Both were excellent! We ordered dessert and it took a really long time to make, so Vanya had it comped. Nice touch.
