I couldn't sleep because the tingling and numbness in my hands and fingers were unbearable. Just 3 sessions, 1 per week was all it took to be back to normal, Thanks only to Dr Liu, and no need for surgery.  I recently was having pain in my thumb because I have a bad habit of holding my cell for too long in awkward positions. I was in pain for 10 days. I went to see Dr Liu today and the cause of my pain was also tennis elbow. He treated my thumb, wrist, elbow, and arm. He pulled on my fingers at the end and they sounded like a piano. There is still a little soreness but the intense pain is gone and I know in a few days I will feel better. I am still going to go for a follow-up visit next week.  I don't know what I would do without Dr Liu. Next week I am going to ask about something with my ears! Stay tuned.

That's not what other friends who do Acupunture feel when they leave their sessions. I'm well into a few session with her and my anxiety levels are down, sleep is great, no more migraines and lower back is slowly progressing! I'm also grateful for all the knowledge she shares in regards to the acupuncture and the body. I cannot begin to describe what a blessing it's been to learn about this practice with her and experience it. I have had to change providers due to moving in the past. So while I am not new to this it is still a bit intimidating to start with a new provider but I followed the recommendation of one of my best friends and decided to give it a shot. I reached out to Jennifer and made my first appointment. Jennifer is the most patient and knowledgeable provider I have had the pleasure of working with. Not only did she take her time with the first appointment, but she takes her time with every appointment. She is thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate, and in tune with her patients. I went to her for a variety of concerns including physical and emotional-which seemed kind of random to me. Her gift is not just putting the needles where they are most needed, but her ability to bridge the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects into one cohesive session. In just a few short months, I am seeing an improvement on all levels. My energy is better, my emotions are calmer, and my physical symptoms are improving. I don't see acupuncture as a luxury anymore. Thanks to Jennifer I see it as a holistic treatment modality with the ability to positively affect my body, mind, and spirit on all levels. I highly recommend her, and wish there were more than 5 stars to give. She is truly a hidden gem in the world of Health and Wellness.

Prior to COVID it was very common for women to hear from their health care providers that inductions would become a part of the conversation approaching 39 wks .. and the race was on and anxieties high.
