Two item combo. Pork fried rice, chow mein. Mushroom chicken
Kandece B.

This place is on the quiet side of town but I just happened to pass by from errands. I walked in and it smelled nice, was CLEAN! I mean food area, tall clean separation glass and a well stocked soda fridge. The pork fried rice is tasty. The chow mein is thick and you have to chew! Chicken zucchini and mushrooms... Yum! I also enjoyed ghe vegetable egg rolls. If you are around the area, stop by. It is not bad, a two item combo for $8.07... They trying to have panda express prices but I get it, they use seasoning lol.

Order orange chicken and bbq pork with fried rice and noodles. With spring rolls on the side

Order orange chicken and bbq pork with fried rice and noodles. With spring rolls on the side. Orange chicken was okay. The bbq tasted like old expired meat. And the sprong rolls mushy. Overall not appetizing at all. Was excited to go and try due to my coworker loves this place. Ended up with stomach cramps.

Combo prices

Used to love the chowmein here but for some reason the last time I went (last week) it didn't taste the same. The combos have gone up a lot here too.

They use MSG here I asked the guy, he daid yes they do. Please manager and owner don't use MGS it's poison! Just use spices.

Won Ton Soup (regular size)
Michelle T.

Probably the best Won Ton soup I've had. The regular size is huge, I can never finish it. At only $5 it's a steal. Tons of HUGE wontons and tons of shrimp. I get mine minus the chicken b/c I don't care for the chicken in it, too gristly for my taste. My only complaint is to make sure that the shrimp are all deveined but those are few and far between. As for the rest of the food there, really nothing too different or better than other chinese fast food places I've been to...

"Cream Cheese" Wonton without the cream cheese?!?
Brei A.

Cream cheese wontons? More like wontons, there was not even a speck of cream cheese in these wontons. This my first and last time ordering the cream cheese wontons because if I just wanted fried wontons I could do that myself. I gave this place a 3 star because the other food here is not bad.

I like their spicy fried chicken. Crispy and not too spicy, but sometimes it tends to get so oily.

It's not the glitz and glamour type of restaurant it's the kind of spot that instantly brings you back to childhood with the smells, the sounds, and that familiar mom-and-pop energy. You walk in and it just feels like home. The food is the real reason you come here, and it absolutely delivers. The salt & pepper shrimp was the standout for me crispy, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and honestly so good it feels like it's in its own world. It has that nostalgic taste that hits in a way newer restaurants can't recreate. Nothing about Lucky China feels mass-produced or corporate. You can tell it's run with heart, history, and pride. It's the kind of place you keep in your rotation not because it's trendy, but because it makes you feel taken care of. If you're looking for a true mom-and-pop experience with amazing food and that old-school charm, Lucky China is it. I'd absolutely recommend it.

They have lunch specials so I ordered the Kung Pao chicken for 13.99 which included egg drop soup, a fried wonton, and an egg roll! Depending upon your appetite, this could easily be two meals for light eaters. I also ordered a BBQ pork fried rice for mi amigo who loves it and it was the entire container (didn't take a pic). My KP chicken was good and satisfying. As for the restaurant. It's a good size with plenty of parking and a big dining area so you need not worry about waiting for a table. I had a lovely conversation with whom appeared to be one of the owners and she was so friendly! She apologized for the wait time on the steamed rice and I told her no apologies necessary as I was not in a hurry. I will definitely be back again!

I was googling Chinese restaurants in my work area and I have only tried one other across the street and wanted to try another mom and pop but place my order online for pick up. This place was the only one that had a website (out of the ones I searched) that you could place an order online and pay for (I could have called in an order I suppose at the other places). Located in a really tiny strip mall with a convenience store and a couple of other restaurants, parking is super tight and made me super nervous driving through it (blink of an eye). I opted to park at the USA Gasoline station next door (at a gas pump) as there were no parking spots available. When I walked in, the place looks like a complete dump (sorry, being honest here) with clutter everywhere! One family was dining in and there is one long table and two other separate tables so I would not plan on dining in (just take out). I was not worried about the food quality cause as they say, hole in the walls have the best food! So I placed my order at 11:29am & it was supposed to be ready by 11:43am; however, it was not ready until 11:55am. I got a lil nervous due to where I parked (at the gas station) so I noticed a couple of open spots in their congested parking lot and immediately moved my car. Magic happened upon my return: my food was ready! I ordered the kung pao chicken with steamed rice (brown or fried is 1.00 more). I also added on the hot and sour soup, egg roll, and fried wonton for 1.99 more. With tax, my order came to 20 bucks and some change. For the portion size, it equated to two meals for just the kung pao chicken (not the rice nor apps). As for flavor, I ordered medium on the heat level and it was not spicy and it was good but lacking a bit on flavor. The owner who served my takeout was very nice but you could tell she was a bit busy manning to go orders. Not opposed to trying this place again, but the parking situation is a major stress fest.

I have always loved their food but today the rice had a mushy texture. The food (cashew chicken and…read morebroccoli chicken lunches) were very tasty. The veggie Egg rolls were a little salty. Every restaurant can have an off day. Would recommend them and they are reasonably priced. The boys are very friendly and helpful.

There was eight of us, and we ordered a lot of dishes to share. I'm gonna break them down, but I have to say that nothing we had was not top quality. I haven't had food like this in years. First was the Kung pow chicken. Wow, it was just a perfect blend of spice and the chicken was perfect. No gristle. And that is the theme of this entire meal. I hate gristle, this Kung pow was sublime. Sweet-and-sour pork. I basically given up on this dish because no one gets it right, and it's always an excuse to hide gristle and fat. Not in this case. It was super tasty and for the first time I can remember there wasn't 1 ounce of gristle in this meat. It was just crispy tasty wonderful. Hong Kong style chow mein with pork. Another dish I haven't had in years, and this place nailed it. Reminded me of my old China house restaurant in Alameda. I mean it was really good. The pork was awesome, the gravy was perfect. What a great dish. The fried rice was excellent. Not greasy at all. I believe we got a combination fried rice and man was it good. Shrimp with lobster sauce. This was excellent, God this dinner was just so great, and this dish was right in there with the rest of them. I can't wait to go visit family again so I can eat at this place. It was spectacular. Oh and the last thing, the hot and sour soup was amazing. Again haven't had this type of food since I left the Bay Area. I give this meal a triple wow!!!
