My daughter's acrylics were so thick and heavy that several broke her natural nails near the cuticle. We were nervous about trying another salon, but Bella Nails was amazing. Everyone was kind, patient, and understanding. They fixed everything properly and made sure we were both happy. They were especially sweet with my daughter and added adorable nail designs she loves. Firstly, the space here is gorgeous. The salon is admittedly small, but they make good use of their space. They were also very accommodating of our big group, and allowed us to sit throughout the entire place (rather than just waiting up front for people to finish one at a time). That made this cozy place all the more welcoming and enjoyable. Additionally, the staff here were very organized. They had planned exactly which team member would work with each member of the bridal party, so there was never any hesitation or doubt about someone being overlooked. And they were a delight to chat with, too! I never felt awkward or uncomfortable while I was in my chair. Snacks and drinks were also provided to us, and the staff even offered to clean up after large our party left (presumably to minimize stress on a wedding day). We still did our best to clean up on our way out, but the gesture was very appreciated. Based on the wedding prep experience alone, I would recommend them to anyone looking for some beauty care. (I think that in addition to makeup and hair styling, they can also do haircuts, waxing, etc. And they definitely sell beauty products as well.) This guy didn't even soak, push back or trim my cuticles, nor massage my hands with lotion. I asked for my nails to be square, he did them round. I have fat white straight lines going across my nails. My toenails were cut way too short & you can see through the polish. He even massaged my feet with water still all over them. Not to mention, one of their kids proceeded to sit next to me the ENTIRE TIME touching & poking me, bothering me to watch a show where Mickey & Minnie were on Steroids & Donald & Goofy shot themselves in the head.
