Made an appointment for pedicure and dip, 40 minutes later was seated in a chair, another 30 minutes before the girl actually started the pedicure. The girl was distracted had her phone on her station and was constantly looking at it instead of doing the pedicure. Absentmindedly rubbed the lotion on my leg and foot. Had to ask her to shorten the nails and clean up the cuticles, water was lukewarm at best. Feet not left in water to soak for any length of time. Fast forward to the dip, she again had her phone in her lap the whole time, barely paid attention, cut my fingers with the Dremel tool, they are incredibly sore the day after. Went here had an appointment for 7, was last minute did not mind waiting longer. got seated around 7:18 and I had three acrylic nails missing and over the phone they were fine with me getting a fill. I get there and the lady starts ripping my set off of my nails and i said ouch many times and she finally soaked them off after attempting to rip them off. After they rushed my acrylic and it is so thin they look like press ons and look horrible. The french tip did not get a second coat and is patchy all over. I wanted almond and said it multiple times and she was refusing and basically forced me into square after I said almond multiple times. It is also expensive. I went to the Spa Saint Clairsville Ohio. I got my nails done and my toenails done and it cost me about $117 plus the tip well I'm only a few days out from having my nails done and I had them dipped well. My hair gets caught underneath my fingernails because the nails weren't put on correctly now with that being said it's not worth $117 because they didn't even scrub my feet to get any of the calluses off of it. All I did was rub lotion on my legs and my feet I can do that at home so I wouldn't recommend anybody waste your time to go to the spa at any location because it's simply not worth your money. My review is based on two experiences. First time. Went to have an acrylic set and gel mani pedi for my wedding. Was seated immediately. The technician did a great job on my pedicure. Okay job on my nails. Some were not shaped as well and she made me bleed at one point. Overall a good experience. Walked away feeling money well spent. My nails made it through the 4 days before my wedding. Fast forward to 3 weeks late and I want my set taken off and a gel manicure. I arrive 1 hour before closing and wait to be addressed, acknowledged, seated. Anything really. Nothing. Not a peep. Meanwhile several technicians were seated at their stations with no customers. One even began clearing trash. After waiting 20 minutes I stood up and left. A nearby salon that was equally as busy was happy to assist me. I won't be returning. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. I showed him the picture of what I wanted and I appreciate that he tried. He did NOT clean up my cuticles whatsoever. I got my nails done last Friday and now they look grown out because he didn't fix my cuticles like a regular nail salon would. I asked for coffin and my shape is just straight. He didn't fill all the places on my nail with acrylic and left a gap. He could have put another coat of yellow because it is see through. The total was $75 with tip as I thought they didn't look so bad at first. I would NOT come here for acrylics again. Not to mention some of my nails are curved UPWARDS and my thumbs are NOT the same size. Also if you have an appointment at a certain time, Good luck with that. This girl had an appointment at 6 and she was sitting in the side chair and she was starting to leave and they asked her why and she said I don't have much time left it's already 6:40. If I could leave a no star review I would! My husband gets me gift certificates for here for about every holiday. The problem is every time I try to use them and ask for a specific pedicure as a walk-in either they don't have the products to do them or they don't have time. This time I decided to make an appointment to ensure I got what I really wanted. I arrive 20 minutes early for my appointment. I sit in a chair not soaking my feet or anything for over 5-0 minutes. Then when the staff arrive I again asked and show them (from their website) what I want. They say okay. They fill up the water, it's basically cold. They add nothing to the water. With taking my feet in and out of the water and doing the supposed pedicure last a whole 10 minutes maybe. By the way she was using dirty equipment to do my pedicure. Then she paints my nails. So now I still have rough feet and an okay at best paint job and probably some type of fungus from someone else! I have told my husband no more gift certificates from this place and I sure won't be returning! If you want acrylic fingernails done I suppose it would be nice for some but what should have been a relaxing experience had turned into a big frustrating nightmare! read more

My granddaughter and I went last week and we had appointments. A woman did my nails and a gentleman did my granddaughter. Mine were very nice. My granddaughter was finished before me and when my tech looked at hers she walked her back to the male and spoke to him in their language which looked and sounded like she was reprimanding him so she told my gd to go back and he did a little more to her nails. When I asked her what was she telling him and she said"oh I was just showing him a design ". She was clearly lying! My granddaughter has had 4 nails fall off already and it's only been one week! I was in there for 2 hours waiting and then I was charged $50 for French tips barely longer than the skin on my fingers which I think is a little outrageous. Not to mention some are super thick and one thumb nail is crooked. I won't go back. read more

tony himself is a pretty good nail artist. but the others......... everyones prices are different and might I add horrendously expensive. today I got just a regular full set with 2 very simple designs and a simple pedicure this man that did my nails charged me 140 DOLLARS!!!!!!!! now if I was absolutely blown away by my nails and had designs on every finger I may have been a little less mad paying 80 dollars for nails but I just cannot justify paying that much money for mediocre nails. Their prices are way too high for all the imperfections you walk out with. In my opinion, they are the best in the area but that doesn't say much considering there is barely any competition. My anxiety goes through the roof while I am there because it is so rushed and fast paced that it's not even relaxing like it should be. I never have "perfect" nails when I leave. I didn't get a manicure. I wanted a manicure with acrillics. I was quoted 30.00. By the time I left my hands were bright red from the harshness of the manicurist and the nails looked horrible. Picture posted is not even 5 days after they were done. Also got upcharged without warning and they refused to do anything about it. DO NOT EVER GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. We were a walk in. All tables and chairs were full. The friendly Vietnamese gentelman sat us in their own chairs and worked us in such that our wait before service was no more than 5 minutes. We got pedicures and they sat us in massage chairs that were wonderful. Then lady that serviced my feet was friendly and professional. Nice place but a little disappointed; when getting my manicure I didn't get the full manicure and the hand massage with lotion it wasn't even rubbed in all the way and for the amount of money spent I expect not even great service but the job to be done. Also nail polish was left on my finger so it looks a little sloppy. I felt it was rushed so they could move to the next customer. Very friendly though, however what I hate the most is when they take personal phone calls and walk away while doing my nails. It's a pet peeve! I pay money for service and relaxation and not to wait for them to talk on the phone or talk while doing my nails. My first trip to this spa was a huge disappointment. I went to get pedicures with my mom and cousin who were in town to visit. We were seated in the massage chairs and I had gone to the bathroom, when I came back my mom said they had asked if anyone was using a gift card and who. (Which I thought was odd, why should it matter?) And I was the one using a gift card that my friend had gotten me for this spa because she had heard great things. I waited 15 minutes with my feet in cold water before anyone sat down to do my pedicure. The water didn't get cold from sitting there, they filled it up with cold water to begin with. They had started on my mom's and cousin's 15 minutes prior. I didn't think much of it because most of the workers were busy. I finally got a man(not the owner, but I don't know his name), he took my old polish off, and heated my water back up and then started to clip my toenails. Mind you my mom and cousin were well into their pedicures by now. He was really rough with the clippers and sides of my toes, I saw him tear a chunk of skin off of my big toe and then it started to bleed a little. My toenails are all cut crooked, and they were all straight across when I came in. I opted for the deluxe pedicure which is $10 extra and they open a box of packages of clay and lotions and things that add to the pedicure. I watched as my mom and cousin got leg and foot massages while they applied these packets. The man who was doing mine didn't take any time to massage, he applied it and then put my feet back in the water. There were 3-4 rounds of different exfoliators and lotions that came with the deluxe and he didn't take his time with any of it. He drained the water and painted my toes and sent me to the dryer. Let me remind you that he got started at least 15 minutes after they did on my mom and cousin's and mine was finished first. So if you do go here, which I don't recommend at all, don't tell them you are going to use a gift card because they will seriously lack in service! I was nice enough to tip him $10 for a job that was less than a basic pedicure and he laughed and smirked that I tipped him $10 and wanted $5 back on my gift card. No thank you or nothing. He deserved $0 in tips and I deserved a free service. My mother and cousin both enjoyed theirs, but they did not use a gift card. I will not be back to this business and I would give 0 stars if I could. It's such a disappointment because I had high hopes for this place. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more
