There for pedi and waited 20 min w feet in water for tech. During that time I had opportunity to watch technicians work. I watched dirty tools be tossed back in drawer and few minutes later bring the dirty cart to me for service. I asked her where the tools were that she was going to use on me and she said in the drawer. They use same towel and buffer on different people as well. I told her it was filthy and walked out. I feel bad to write reviews that are negative. But my experience here didn't go well. I'll keep it simple. - Called and made an appointment for "Healthy Nails (dip)" for 55$. I'm not very savvy with nail things, but from looking into it and based off of paying 75$, she did acrylics. - The same nail files are used between clients, and covered in nail dust from previous people. - The salon is unkempt and the station was covered in grime. - There were a few times my cuticles were cut deeply and I moved t My hands back out of reflex from pain. The tech said nothing but continued. - The nails were sloppily did, rushed and gaps formed under the acrylics as the nails lifted up -The nails extensions were warped and bumpy in shape, and some how glitter from either a previous client or something else was sealed in under the topcoat I feel bad leaving bad reviews, and I've never left a bad review before. But I went in for an affordable nail experience and ended up with cuts on my fingers, wonky nails and since taking the nails off, nail plates with large gashes in them from the rushed work. I went here and got dip done on my nails. The man I had was very nice but he drilled some of my nails down to the quicks. He also filed literal gashes in my fingers. I didn't realize until after I paid that he asked me if I was in school and still didn't give me a student discount which they advertise on the sign outside. They are very rushed. I recently visited His and Hers Nails Spa and it was by far the worst experience i've ever had in my entire life. I asked for a simple and easy design and was given this (photo). The acrylic wasn't filed down. The paint job was messy. Left dust on my nails. In addition to all this, the male nail tech was making inappropriate comments about my age, my relationship, about politics, and about the level/quality of service i'd get if i continued to bring my boyfriend. There's only one person working at this place right now who is highly skilled at doing nails. He is literally a gem, otherwise I would never step foot in this salon again. His name is Thai and you have to call to find out what days he's there and make an appointment. The rest of the techs are mediocre at best. Even though they accept walk-in nail customers, don't waste your time. They'll only have maybe 3 people working and want you to come back hours later even if there are no other customers waiting. The girl who waxes brows did very poor service - they were noticeably uneven in shape and she had missed a LOT of hair above and below the brow. The language barrier was so great that I couldn't effectively communicate what the problem was. read more

Avoid this salon if you like your nails to be healthy. This was the first and FINAL time I will ever go here. I got dip nails with a tip. The tips were not even completely glued on. I had to go home and fix them myself. My nails didn't even last two weeks and started to lift at the nail bed. Once I removed the nails there was a green spot in my thumb nail. I told her several times my nails were not glued down correctly and she argued back and forth, even after I showed her that soap and water was clearly in the glue. To placate me, she adds more glue to the top. She finishes the design I asked for, I pay and leave by about 9pm. I get home that night and see three nails where it is clear the tips are not attached to my nail (like I voiced several times). It's 11pm so I wait to call in the morning before my flight. I ask for a refund and she asks for a picture so I send it. She blames me and says I should have noticed before I left the shop and gave her the money. She refused my suggestion of even a partial refund so she could be compensated for the design work and still refund me for the poor application. She knew I was flying out so the only remedy she offered was to come back to salon (as I was waiting to board my flight). She ended the conversation saying, basically, "the nails look pretty and people will see that". And she is correct. They are pretty and they are also now a breeding ground for fungus to grow. Please go elsewhere. You can pay the same price elsewhere and get it done correctly. read more

This was really a fun experience for my wife my daughter and me. For all three of us it was absolutely the worst nail experience any of us have ever had. We will have this story to share for years to come. I gave them the one star because they were open on a Sunday afternoon. Otherwise really really bad. My wife was unfortunate enough to have Vegas take care of her manicure. Start to finish less than 5 minutes. My daughter and I were just getting seated for a manicure and pedicure and she was already done. She came over shaking her head and looking at the work that had been done. I have to say that the foot and leg massage was very nice but there was an asymmetry of the nail trimming that was entertaining. A towel was placed over my foot toward the end of my pedicure to dry my foot. I don't know what was in that towel but I got an intense stinging in the top of one of my toes as if a wasp was biting me repeatedly. I was not going to say anything but after a bit,I had too! I have to say they were all really nice, but not a very good experience all around, and I'm not a very picky guy. I have included a picture so you can judge for yourself.
