This guy didn't even soak, push back or trim my cuticles, nor massage my hands with lotion. I asked for my nails to be square, he did them round. My daughter's acrylics were so thick and heavy that several broke her natural nails near the cuticle. We were nervous about trying another salon, but Bella Nails was amazing. Everyone was kind, patient, and understanding. They fixed everything properly and made sure we were both happy. They were especially sweet with my daughter and added adorable nail designs she loves. The quality is so much better, and the experience was a night-and-day difference. We're so grateful we found Bella Nails and will definitely be back!

Also we got the middle tier pedicure and they rushed thru them. Just wasn't the relaxing experience I have had when I have got pedicures before. Then I got a full set of nails and my niece needed a full. They didn't do a full on her giving her a full set. I wanted a design with flowers and was told he could do that so I chose another. The nails hurt so bad I removed them that night. My niece wanted lightning bolts and hers ended up being squiggly lines. I'm sorry but for $275 for two pedicures and what should have been one fill and one full set we should have had a pleasant experience.
