for starters when I walked into the place, I was overcome with the smell of roaches. These people sent me my sister and my mom down and refused to take my nails off. In fact they actually argued with me over a fill. I did not want to fill and I clearly asked for them to take them off back-and-forth back-and-forth, they argued with me over a fill just tell me you without telling me you don't wanna do your job. Not to mention, they didn't even take off all of the paint from my last set to do the fill, and you can literally see where they filled the nail in. My sister's nails tragic as well. They at an like actually an they sky. Tell me why my sister's nails point to the sky. The customer service is bad and I called ahead and asked these people if they could do nail art they sent me down in the chair and I am told that they do not nail art at all so if you were looking for a place with nail art or they can do nails. This might not be the place that you want to go to actually definitely not the place you wanna go to it was not worth my money at all, and I will never be going back. Hope this helps! read more

I've never been spoken to so rudely as by the store manager when I called about my complaints. He immediately said there's no attitudes here and said he had surveillance cameras. No acknowledgement of the problem with water temps, poor to zero communication, charged me gel price for basic. This nail trip was a special trip for me and my daughter. I went to US nails about a few weeks ago with a few of my friends. When I got there, I was seated immediately. However, when the guy was doing my nails I noticed a few things at first. He put the acrylic on before clipping my nails to my desired length and be was being extremely harsh. When I told him he was hurting me he laughed and mocked the faces I was making. Then he messed up the design I wanted and had another woman fix my nails for me. Finally, when I took my nails off tonight I noticed that my nails are extremely thin and I've never had anything like this in my whole life. I do not recommend US nails to anyone. read more

Went for mani/pedi today. They brought me right to the chair which is always great. But it went downhill from there. Sat me in the chair and began to fill it and attendant never came back, never checked water temp, then it began to overspill into emergency drain....still nobody came over until I asked somebody to please come stop the water. Attendant came over and began to ask me what type of pedi I wanted. Started throwing out $55 package. Gentleman came over and gave me price sheet of what it included. It's been a while since I had my feet done. I reluctantly accepted. I asked for a shiny buff on my toes. Went thru lots of oils, wraps, stones...but no shiny buff. Not even an offer for clear. All that got $55.00. I proceed to the desk for my mani. She soaks my hands. Trims my nails. Puts cuticle gel on my right hand, pushes back the cuticles...the behind to trim them and gets done with my right pinky and then gets interrupted by another attendant trying find scissors. She proceeds to begin to look, dig in multiple desks, get up, go to different parts of salon. Till finally somebody must say they have another pair. She then proceeds to go get them and walk them over to the guy. By this time my cuticles are dry. She dips her finger in some water and goes back to town and of course cuts me and I begin bleeding. She finished the right hand. She starts on the left hand and immediately goes to work on the cuticles. Doesn't push anything back. I'm not sure she even put cuticle cream on them. She finishes that hand. Starts with one pomegranate lotion. That had a pea size amount of lotion left in it then had to switch to a lavender lotion. The combo smelled great (sarcasm). I went and washed my hands. I come back she hands me a ticket for $70. Ok. I told her I need shiny buff on my hands. She pulls out what appears to be one of the buffers but just stands down my nails and puts some oil on them. She says Ok. I say no not what I want. I beginning to look for the buffer in her drawer and she says oh....OK. She goes to the back of the office..to get something. Meanwhile a young girl getting a pedi in front of me vomits all over the floor. Nobody stopped to do anything. They left the vomit on the floor. It was still on the floor when I left. Meanwhile she comes back. Another guy finds the buffing polish and gives it to her. She buffs my nails. Trims the cuticles again. She never did shape my left hand nails. Then proceeds to give me a ticket for $80 this time. I've been getting my nails done as an adult male for 25 years. This by far was the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. Don't waster your time or money. Not worth either. I won't be back. read more

Really enjoyed our experience there. We got the deluxe pedicures. I felt so pampered. I spent the extra money for gel polish on my toes. They were very professional and also funny. The products were very nice as well. Very little wait without an appointment. read more

I go here all the time to get my nails done and they always do an amazing job. It's a little expensive but my nails always stay on for a month or more. Super nice people and I never have to wait more then 5 minutes to get into a chair. I love going here and I recommend it to all of my Edit: so my friends went their to get nails done for their birthday and I went with them. When my friend was in the salon chair the lady was listening to music the entire time and when my friend tried to speak to her she didn't listen. When the lady started painting her nails my friend tried to tell her what she wanted but the lady didn't listen and started anyways when my friend stoped her and said she wanted the one nail different then the others the lady told her she couldn't have that because she already started and it would cost more anyways. I used to love going there but ever since they got new people everyone has been rude and doesn't listen to you at all. My other friends fingers were bleeding bc the guy doing his cut her cuticles way to much. read more

One week after getting my nails done they are all cracked!! Other SNS I've had done at other places has lasted 3-4 weeks or longer. The lady at table 6 is rough and in a hurry and does not do a very good job. I regret paying $50 for this and I will not be back! read more

I was a walk in for a backfill and pedicure. Got to the pedicure right away. Not much color choices to choose from. Had a difficult time finding a color I wanted on my toes. The nail paint rack was not organized at all. The pedicure was rushed and the woman who painted my toes did a sloppy job. The backfill was another hurried job, and not please with the end profit. I will never go back. Waited 1/2 hr while flies lit off my legs. Man who worked on me was rude seemed angry from the start. Angry bcs I wouldn't put my feet in cold water. Then made it too hot. Talked to coworkers but never me. I don't understand his native tongue. Very rough with callous remover. Have two cuts where he scraped too hard. Hot Rocks way too hot! Had to cool them in the water before he could touch them with gloves on. Of course put it on my leg before he did that. While getting my manicure, another client called saying she was overcharged. He put the call on speaker, and informed her after another employee chimed in, that she received a higher service than she thought. This is another problem. there are no signs posted for charges, and they seem to pretend that they know what you're asking for but provide a higher level of service and then charge more. This client unknowingly paid over $140 when she thought she was only going to pay 90. I myself didn't know what my total would be as they only showed me the price for the pedicure. My manicure looked nice when I left. However after getting home my big toe snagged on the carpet and a big chunk of my toenail came off. Freshly manicured nails should never snag. read more

I went here like a week ago. I got a pedicure. I just had to go the the urgent care because my toe got infected. They say they have people from nail salons come to the urgent care all the time because they get nail infections and fungus. My procedure hurt really bad. read more

She tried digging into my toes claiming I had an ingrown nail which I didn't and never have had, then to top it off the card machine broke. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a mani pedi done. Nothing fancy. Just regular paint on my toes and gel paint (french manicure) on my fingers. The toes turned out ok, a couple of thin spots and a bit smudged. The first guy that did my fingers had the lines bleeding and feathering into the clear area and the tips were so crooked. Then he tried to tell me that it's my nails when I complained. He got upset and sanded everything off and sent me with a lady who was pretty much with one foot out the door to get her kids. She was not happy. She did a rushed job that wound up having bubbles throughout and paint missing in areas it should have been. Also paint smeared all over my fingers that wasn't cleaned off. I could have done a better job at home to be honest. $75 for that nonsense of a mess. Save your money ladies. I'm going to Tonys up the road next time. Live and learn I guess. read more

I had an acrylic nail fill two days ago. One nail is already beginning to lift. I have three separate sores on two fingers from over filing. One of these sores was actually bleeding by the time he finished. The acrylic was put on way too thick. The gentleman that did my nails took longer than the lady who put them on in the first place. I will never go here again. I went as a walk in in the Spring and I understand you have to wait when they are busy but after an hour of waiting and someone asked when their pedicure would be. The person working stated they could be next. They showed up after me and I wanted a pedicure. I told the person that had they looked at the list they would have seen I signed in before the other people they just told that too. The man working told me that he thought I was for a fill. I told him to look at my nails that my nails were natural and nothing to fill. That he had just wasted my time and had he looked the list he would have read my name before hers. I put my color back and left. My money spends anywhere. I also find them rude and want to upcharge and try to get people to add services. read more

My sister I went to get a mani/pedi before my wedding. We went back to sit in the chair to get our pedicures, and they asked which one we wanted. There are no prices posted anywhere in the salon. We asked for the pricing. We both stated we wanted the $32.00 pedicure with French tips, and they offered gel polish and said it would be $5.00 extra. Then we went to get our manicures. The nail techs didn't listen that my sister wanted her nails dipped, he gave her gel polish instead. We also asked for French tips for our nails, and the tech told me it would be $5.00 extra for the French tips. So we went to pay, expecting about 150.00 to our surprise the total was $258.00. Apparently to get French tips on your toes is extra an 30.00, and same for your finger nails. On top of all of this, the nail techs did not speak to us the entire experience. We were both disappointed with the whole experience, and totally shocked by the amount of money. Needless to say we will not be going here, and I would recommend going somewhere with friendlier staff, and a place that is much cheaper. read more
