I ordered over the phone - the Foot Soak for 2, as well as 2 of the Fall facials that were on special on their website. Booking the appointment was quick and painless, and the associate took my card information down for a deposit on my appointment. Upon hanging up the phone, I received an emailed receipt for my deposit, as well as an emailed appointment confirmation. On the morning of our spa day, I received a text to complete an intake survey, which my sister and I separately completed prior to our arrival. We weren't sure where to park, so we parked in the closed hospital lot across the street with no issues. Though they had just opened and we were the first appointment, everything was ready for us and Jennifer could not have been nicer, greeting us, and leading us to the changing room where we received robes and slippers to change into for our services. The foot spa room was smaller but large enough for both of us to relax comfortably. The foot soak was OUT OF THIS WORLD! I have never experienced a jelly-type soak before, which was incredible, with fresh flowers and beautiful ambient lighting and comfortable lounge chairs! We were asked if we wanted champagne (a bit early for that at 10AM) but we opted for bottled water and it was promptly served to us! Jennifer really gave us an incredible experience - she was so friendly and kept us informed of the process as she was going, and quickly adjusted my sister's water temperature when asked. I overwhelmingly recommend this service to anyone that is in need of some foot pampering. It was absolutely incredible, relaxing, and the results (soft, moisturized, and glowing feet) were spectacular. I also received my fall facial from Alexis, and I was very happy with this as well. The room was comfortable, with cozy blankets, soft lighting, and relaxing smells and music. She informed me of some dryness issues of my skin, and recommended that I return for a hydrating facial, which I will definitely consider booking in the near future. The extractions were not so fun, but the results were fantastic- my face was so soft and glowing, even a couple days later. Checking out was easy and very transparent, and we were given another bottle of water for our drive home. I recommend this spa wholeheartedly for anyone needing a day of pampering, or a fun date/outing with a partner or friend or family member. I would love to take my mom here for another foot soak because they make you feel so special and important. I am so happy to support a women-owned, minority-owned business, and I urge anyone to give them a try! The prices are so reasonable, and the service is top-notch! I cannot wait to come back soon.

After waiting over an hour in the waiting room the doctor spent no more than five minutes with me and seemed really bothered when I started to ask questions. He then told me that a nurse would be in to answer everything and quickly left the room. I decided to leave right behind him. When I mentioned my experience to a few people at work, one of my co-workers told me about Dr. Happel. After viewing his website, I decided to make an appointment. As soon as I walked into his office I knew things would be different than the previous doctor. I was very impressed with Dr. Happel. After the examination, I was not rushed out of the office. He really took his time answering all my questions and put my mind at ease. Once I decided to have the procedure done to remove the problem veins, his office handled the insurance work. The actual operation was very quick and I was home a few hours later. Before the operation Dr. Happel said the incision would be small. When I finally saw it, the first thing I thought was I had paper cuts that were bigger! It's been several weeks and the pain I had is complete gone. I would definitely recommend Dr. Happel. He is an expert at treating veins.

I'm a fully grown, balding man in my late 30's who has shaved his head for 20+ years that simply wants to remove that daily process from their life. I have a dark shadow of stubble, even when cleanly shaved (which I do not want and affects my self-esteem), and it's been a source of discomfort every day because of my sensitive skin. Even after telling the doctor this, she informed me that SHE thinks I'll "regret" a process I've researched for *years*, waited for an appointment for, and was ready to pay money for. She let me know that she doesn't "feel comfortable doing something (I) might regret" and that I might want... hair plugs or a transplant??? Are you serious??? It's my body. My choice. I don't tell others how to live their lives or what to do with their bodies, and this was one of the most ridiculous interactions I've had with another person in years. I'm sure if you want a bikini line or your armpits lazered, she'd have no problem--but a guy who's researched, wanted, spent time and gas money to get there? Nah--he's probably an idiot and incapable of making a choice like that for himself. Thank goodness she saved me from myself. Unrelated, the receptionist is lovely. Maybe the previous doctor had some sensibility. 1 Star.

First, let me start out by saying that when others mentioned booking issues - I can see how that may be an issue because this is a small location. If you are requesting a weekend, or evening appointment, I wouldn't expect to book one urgently. We had a mid-week, afternoon appointment scheduled - and it seemed like he had no issue at all booking. The "cupping" was interesting - and Kris did an excellent job. Unlike large scale spa's, she took the time to get to know me and the issues I had been having with my headaches. She took the time to work on one area, which was my neck, first. The neck massage that I received was out of this world. Not only did Kris use cupping techniques, she used hot stones, and provided THE BEST massage that I have ever had. It seems that they can only take one or two guests at a time. There is a changing room with robes and slippers and you also get wine while you get ready. There is a sauna there too. The first part was the scalp analysis which was really cool and gross to see up close lol. Then you move over to the head spa where the treatment begins the tables that you lay on massages and are heated. You also get a cold, weighted eye mask to wear. The treatment consisted of a lot of rubbing my scalp and combing my hair. It honestly felt amazing but a little too hard as my scalp was sore that evening. The experience ended with a blowout, which honestly was amazing and my hair looked incredible. I really enjoyed the head spa treatment and I definitely want to try that again. The interesting part of this experience was the staff honestly, they were friendly and definitely tried to make us feel comfortable however, they were very unprofessional, specifically the stylist that my friend had. The conversations that were had and topics that were brought up between the two stylists and brought up to me and my friend (customers) were inappropriate. Additionally, the head spa treatment for two people is listed on their website as an 80 minute session. My friend and I were there for THREE hours. How??? It probably had to do with the fact that our two stylists never stopped talking to each other during the entire appointment. This definitely took away from the relaxing experience I was hoping for. So overall, the treatment was good and I liked it. The ambiance and experience, not the best. Would I return? I would probably try another place first but this place isn't off my list. Maybe different stylists would help.

Firstly, the space here is gorgeous. The salon is admittedly small, but they make good use of their space. They were also very accommodating of our big group, and allowed us to sit throughout the entire place (rather than just waiting up front for people to finish one at a time). That made this cozy place all the more welcoming and enjoyable. Additionally, the staff here were very organized. They had planned exactly which team member would work with each member of the bridal party, so there was never any hesitation or doubt about someone being overlooked. And they were a delight to chat with, too! I never felt awkward or uncomfortable while I was in my chair. Snacks and drinks were also provided to us, and the staff even offered to clean up after large our party left (presumably to minimize stress on a wedding day). We still did our best to clean up on our way out, but the gesture was very appreciated. Based on the wedding prep experience alone, I would recommend them to anyone looking for some beauty care. (I think that in addition to makeup and hair styling, they can also do haircuts, waxing, etc. And they definitely sell beauty products as well.) They did an amazing job and made the entire experience fun and easy on and otherwise busy, borderline hectic day. Thank you so much for your help, ladies!
