Scheduled with Jill Swanson, PA. It was the most thorough skin check, I've ever had, and I was a long time patient of another popular dermatologist office. She literally checked through my hair all the way to the bottom of my feet, answered questions and was able to prescribe me two different treatments for past issues. Almost an hour later, she called me to explain my options to use a mail in pharmacy to keep the cost down d/T my insurance not covering one of the ointments. No privacy at patient check-in's as you could hear everything while sitting in waiting room. Appointments were rushed by Maouad, questions were brushed off, and follow-up care was practically nonexistent. For a place that markets itself as patient-focused, the reality was the exact opposite. I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and no closer to resolving the issue I came in for. Finally left this place and found probably one of best dermatologist in Morgantow. Was sold (twice) their private label skin care products instead of being provided with the prescription medications needed. Extreme pain, unable to work or use a computer, no medication offered and the pain is too intense for Tylenol. So they don't care about your physical pain, or your ability to work. I ask the staff about what number to expect in my caller ID. They say it will come up as "Forefront Dermatology" or a Wisconsin number. I asked because of how many spam calls I get. They are also closed on Fridays. They call yesterday. Because it was a rando #, did not pick up. Now I have to wait till Monday, in pain, for cancer results. No other Forefront office has access to these results. No other Forefront office can help me. How dare they (a) perform a painful procedure without giving me relevant painkillers, (b) lie to me about how they would contact me, (c) refuse to hand over the results for 4 days. This is awful, and I won't be going back once I get those results.
