It is so very rare that something so amazing happens in your life that you want to share it with every single person out there. Well going to HAPPEL LASER & VEIN CENTER is my amazing experience & blessing that I want to share with the world. Seriously People I have been suffering from PCOS & Ingrown Hairs that turn into horrible painful abscess's. I have gone to doctor after doctor, dermatologist, infectious disease specialist, naturalists, name it I tried it! Each & everyone of them promised they could cure it, get rid of them, they were going to fix my problems, which they did, but it was a temporary quick fix & within 2 weeks when I was done with the antibiotic, it started all over again. I was looking into facial laser treatment, which I tried 10 + yrs ago & was happy with the results but it was quite costly & you had to pay upfront for the entire 2 yr contract/agreement that you had to pay for even if you didn't need to use all 24 sessions, thousands of dollars!! I searched the internet & wanted to find a place that had been around longer than 2 years & where there would be an actual MD involved & a medical technician or specialist in this field, I found HAPPEL's & started going to Cindy in September, it is only November & I am so happy & amazed with the results. I have only had 3 treatments, the first was the longest approx. 20-30 minutes, when I was done it was crazy to see how much hair was gone in such a short time, the last 2 visits were approx 10-15 minutes. I have not had any abscess's & after the second week of the treatment you can see more hairs FALL out!! It is such a relief to know, the hair, the pain & the ugly sores are GONE!! You pay as you go, there are no contracts, its easy, fast & YES, it is PAINLESS!!!! Cindy is such a lovely person, she explains every little thing to you & never in a rush!! Cindy at Happel Laser is the finest practitioner I've had the pleasure of knowing, and I still thank my lucky stars I found her: she is extremely knowledgeable, with excellent technique from years of practice and study, and the most current equipment; caring and respectful, she always ensures that you're comfortable and never rushes so that you have the best results possible; gracious and genuine. The end results are life-changing. Dark body hair that was a source of embarrassment and daily discomfort - constant itches and scratches - can totally disappear. In the past, without much research, I attended two other businesses in Pittsburgh, and with both felt exploited and disappointed: the technology was outdated, the technique haphazard, and those business owners truly appeared driven by financial motives rather than concern for me as a person. Cindy is the opposite. And even though Happel is a forty-minute drive from me, I feel the distance is well-worth the time. I'm a recent transplant to Pittsburgh and was eager to replace the many services I'd come to depend on in my home state of Colorado. I've been using laser hair removal services for over 10 years and I knew I needed to find a practioner in the Pittsburgh area that is professional, clean, and extremely knowledgable about lasers and the art of hair removal. I can't speak highly enough about Cindy at Happel Laser and Vein Centre. Cindy is thorough and kind. She is a fabulous practioner of her trade and always takes time to explain what she is doing and why. The laser is top-notch (I've seen a lot of lasers in my time!) and is almost pain free. I'm happy to report that the pricing is competitive and the facility -and ease of parking- make visits pleasant and stress free. Note: in addition to hair removal, I've also utilized the lasers for vein removal on my nose. I'm so happy with all of my results. Sorry, but my review is very negative. This place is just like every other laser place. They just want your money and could careless about patients/clients. Ask them to a job on my neck with the laser. Said they could be able to because they were the best. Even had it outlined and everything to a T. Well guess what they screw that up and then I called to complain about the the treatment. They gave me the run around and said I will be ok, that the hair would grow back. Guess what it never grew back. Now I got to get hair transplanted where I got bald spots from the tech who said she was the best what a joke. Hell, she even turned the laser up a notch and burned me once and I had to apply certain creme to make the spots from the laser fade. After I complained they quit sending me coupons for treatments. Even their staff was rude and hung up on me when I called to ask a question. Plus they give discounts if you give them a good review, so that is why there is so many good reviews on them. Please do your homework before you go to them for laser or veins. There are way better places to go for either and cheaper for your money. I initially and primarily went to Happel Laser & Vein Centre to have laser hair removal done on my face. I am extremely pleased with the results. My darker facial hair is sparser (some of the darker hair appears to be permanently gone) and thinner and all of the surviving facial hair, light and dark, is growing at about half the rate it did before. It is much easier to shave now and I don't have to do it as much. I also decided to have it done on my body hair. Although I only had two treatments on my chest, back, and legs (and one on my arms), the results are very good. For example, it has been about nine months since the last treatment on my legs and I recently shaved them as well as areas past the underwear line, which were never treated with laser. A month after shaving the areas that were not treated are growing back normally but the areas that were treated are still largely bare and it is very easy to see the contrast between them. The office is very nice and the staff are friendly and professional. Also, Cindy is very knowledgeable and experienced with laser. Highly recommended! read more

I have been to the office several times for hair removal. I have never had laser hair removal before so this was a first for me. The front desk is very friendly in person and on the phone. Everyone is masked. (There were only 2 people each time I visited). The office is very efficient with their appointment times--the prior patient was leaving just as I was coming in for my appt. For my first visit, and each subsequent visit, the procedure was thoroughly explained to me. It was hair removal, but each time, Cindy told me how much time it would take, the areas that needed more treatment, what to expect after the appt. Cindy is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I pay as I go also (no contract) knowing how much treatments are each time. I would highly recommend Happel! I have had a wonderful experience at Happel Laser and Vein Center. The results have been incredible! I have been plucking facial hair for over 20 years and it was getting very tedious. I have come here many times to get laser hair removal and it works. I had thick dark hair in many places and it removed it or thinned it so it was barely noticeable.
