They must've been running behind because they asked us to take a seat and we weren't brought back until 5:20. The staff members we interacted with were very friendly, though only one or two spoke mostly fluent English. Our massage therapists were thorough and checked in with us a few times throughout the duration of the massage to make sure we were ok, the pressure was ok, and the hot stones weren't too hot. I thought the decor was somewhat minimal, but nice. The waiting area and the massage room were clean. The bathroom could've used a little sprucing up. I would recommend going back, but don't be in a rush.

This review is for the Dormont location, which doesn't seem to be listed on Yelp. I have passed the…read moreSouth Side and Dormont locations so many times and never would have considered visiting. First, because to be completely honest, the South Side location looks a little sketchy from outside appearances. Second, because I didn't really understand the services. I have a monthly massage membership at another provider and find that valuable for self-care, but never thought of a foot-specific massage. Well, today a friend tells me that she goes here and it is an absolute delight. I have been having some feet issues recently with tight calves and arches, and I am very active which is just aggravating the issues. I thought, why not give this a try? I showed up at the Dormont location with no appointment and asked if he could take a walk-in. I was the only customer at the time, and took a pair of the shoes provided at the door, leaving mine behind. He showed me a menu of services, which included packages of body and foot massages for various lengths of time at prices of about a dollar a minute which is incredibly fair. I had already planned on just a 30-minute foot massage so chose that option. I couldn't imagine spending more than 30 minutes on just my feet, but I would absolutely do 60 in the future, or one of the combinations. This was a wonderful self-care experience. The place is very tranquil and clean, and my provider placed a sterile gauze type of cover over the reclining seat to which he showed me for my service. I appreciated that touch. The service started with a warm foot bath, after which I pretty much closed my eyes and enjoyed the experience, which used massage and reflexology techniques very different from my regular massage provider and was absolutely heavenly. Your feet through calves are included, and the experience finishes with a lotion application. It was fantastic and wonderfully relaxing. My friend mentioned that South Side was cash only, but I didn't see any mention of that here nor an ATM machine so I took a chance pulling out my credit card to pay, and my provider mentioned there was an ATM around the corner inside the shop. I took out $40 for my $30 service and certainly wasn't going to ask for change from my tip, especially when you consider that he is spending his days dealing with peoples' feet, so I tipped the full 10. I really enjoyed it here and will be back!

It was easy to call and schedule an appointment and they have long hours (they don't close until 10) which makes it a convenient option. I had a basic swedish massage, but she did use hot stones at one point during the massage. The only issue here is a language barrier. I could convey basic information, but there was a struggle if I wanted to request certain areas unless I pointed. We worked through it and overall I had a relaxing massage that made me feel better. Prices are on par with other similar massage places (much lower than at salons and spas) and definitely check for coupons and groupons. They have add on options like essential oils, but they don't pressure you to do any add ons. The room was extremely clean and as soon as I left the room someone was in there cleaning/sterilizing it. Overall, not a bad place for a fairly inexpensive massage.

Didn't honk I would find anything in the area but stumbled upon this place in the mall!! I went for an hour of body work, and it was one if the top 5 best massages of my life!! (I got the deep tissue and its def a therapeutic massage...) you can also just do whatever amount of time that you want- and tack on extra time at the end if you want (which you will!) This place rocks- I'm so happy I found it. Be prepared for an authentic Asian massage though- not really frilly like a day spa but way more beneficial... And at this price, you can't beat it!

I have a strenuous, and many days, physical work life and it puts a toll on my body. The Relaxation Station in Greensburg is so wonderful. People are rude AF and don't respect the therapeutic value that many of these massage parlors provide at a fairly low cost to people who can't afford expensive medical procedures. I highly suggest them. Yes, there is a language barrier but they are very skilled in their trade. You aren't there to chat. They will fix your muscle pain. This is a therapeutic massage parlor - not a westernized one. Don't expect a fuzzy "fru-fru" light massage - they utilize a traditional eastern style technique which isn't everyone's cup of tea. They thoroughly work your body to alleviate serious body pain issues which is exactly why I like it.

The place was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly, but there is a language barrier, so it is very hard to communicate your specific areas you want to have worked on. The massage itself was great, though. I left feeling refreshed and that the knot had finally come out of my shoulder. I just wish they had a better way of communicating which areas you want them to prioritize.

The lady didn't speak English so no check in about spots that needed to be worked on before. I had to wrap myself in the sheet at the end to walk and close the door. She jumped up on the table a couple of times and had my head in between her legs, while thrusting to massage my lower back. I was so uncomfortable. I basically ran out of there as soon as she was done. I'm still sore and I have bruises. Maybe this is someone's cup of tea, I'm not to judge, but I won't be back

Even though I was guaranteed a result and they did not deliver anything close to it they refuse a refund of any kind, only offer credit to their salon. I requested a bright purple ombre/lived in type color. No color on my roots. I have very long hair that is a darker brown. I showed my stylist Lexie many photos of what I was looking for and she was very confident that she could do this to my hair saying to me "believe me when I say I can do this". I made the appointment. After the first appointment my hair was very dark, and had the slightest tint of very dark purple. I was told tomorrow when it is daylight it should be brighter. Tomorrow came and my hair was very dark almost black. I spoke with my stylist who said that she misunderstood what I was looking for, I then showed her a photo of hair she had personally done and trying to be more clear of what I wanted showed her that next to the color I wanted. She responded by telling me I now had the perfect starting point and if I came in a second time that she could definitely get my hair to where I wanted and I would just have to pay for product used. I trusted her and made a second appointment. After my second appointment my hair is even darker, you can see zero purple from the back, there is some color underneath like a peek-a-boo, with a bright "money piece" in the front of my head all the way up to my roots which i never asked for at all. I spent a total of $480 and my hair looks NOTHING like I wanted. I called to speak with the manager who told me "well your hair can not be that color" Which if this is the case I should have been made aware of that prior to spending $480 not after, i wasn't even told it was a possibility to not be that color my stylist guaranteed she could do it twice!. I then spoke with the owner on a friday and she said she would take the weekend and call me back Monday and we could try to find a solution and maybe meet in the middle somewhere as I told her I wasnt comfortable coming in a third time and wanted some kind of a refund so I could try to get my hair the color that I actually want it to be. Monday came and went and I heard nothing and then tuesday as well. I emailed the salon on Wednesday and ended up calling on Thursday. The owner told me that she will not refund me she will give me credit to her salon of $150 and that my hair looks beautiful and that how it turned out is subjective. (it is not subjective it looks nothing at all like the images I showed my stylist) Accused me of having previous dye on my hair when there was none and told me she would talk to her stylist about how she promised me my hair would be what I wanted. No way of actually trying to "meet me in the middle" as she had said . I feel I was completely robbed by this salon, if I had been told at the beginning there was a possibility they couldn't get my hair this color I wouldn't have gone in the first place. I attached photos of what I asked for and what I was given.. Veru disappointed ...
