Marta was extremely responsive and went out of her way to create gift certificates that both my brother and my sister-in-law could use - when their busy schedules allowed. With three young kids, one of which was a newborn - they were both definitely in need of some quality self care. Marta was understanding when it came to their busy schedules and the booking of their appointments. She is an unbelievably understanding person in general. I could tell just in my brief conversation and text messages with her - that she loves helping people find relief through massage and that she genuinely cares about others. She has a huge heart and is a skilled and intuitive healer. My brother thoroughly appreciated his massage - and he felt much better after it. If you're looking for an affordable and gifted massage therapist that radiates goodness - definitely check out Marta at Mt Lebo Massage. Trust.

Take away: Excellent experience! Marta knows what she's doing!!…read moreI was experiencing pain in my lower back and glutes, along with some tension in my right shoulder--mostly from sitting at a desk all day. This was my first professional massage, so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. From the moment I walked in, Marta was warm and welcoming. Before we began, she took the time to talk through the issues I was having and explained how the muscles connect and interact so I could better understand what was going on. (note that this did not take time away from the actual massage) She explained everything along the way and made sure that I was comfortable. I assumed I'd need an intense deep‑tissue massage that would leave me sore before feeling better. Totally wrong! Marta explained that effective work doesn't have to be rough, and despite my skepticism, she was absolutely right. By the next day I felt about 50% better, and by day three I was almost completely back to normal. Mind blown! After the massage, she gave me helpful preventative tips, stretching exercises, and even sent me home with a tennis ball, showing me how to use it against a wall to relieve tension. If you're dealing with shoulder, back, hip, really any kind of muscular pain, I highly recommend Marta. She knows exactly what she's doing and genuinely cares about helping you feel better.

He was very warm and inviting from the moment I arrived. Before my appointment, he took the time to review my intake forms and knew areas of concern and what I was looking for with my massage. We discussed my frequent running and tight legs, and he designed a massage specifically targeting my areas of concern. I left not feeling bruised or sore like other deep tissue massages I've had in the past. The manipulation was firm, but also involving limb movement to get into the fascia more deeply. First, they are now $48 for one hour, not $38 (local real massage therapists are $55), with no improvements to the store front or equipment. Second, My neck actually hurts more afterwards because I was on a flat table simply with a hole cut in it, not a true massage table with round part for your face at the front that can be maneuvered. Started with a back facial, facial, and lash lift and tint all by Louise. I've never gotten a back facial before, it was my favorite thing of the day! Part facial, part massage, it really covers it all. 10/10 Next was a Dazzle Dry manicure and pedicure by Abby. She was super friendly and sweet. I loved the pedicure 7.5/10. The manicure was not the best but still acceptable. 6/10 Lastly was gloss and haircut & style by Kiara. She was up to my "do whatever" challenge and we had fun with it. The two sweet girls that did my relaxation shoulder, scalp, hand massages and washed out and brushed my hair were so great! And I love my haircut! 10/10 Some notes about the facility in general: the driveway is very steep and can be tricky. Also since it's on a very pushy street it was a challenge to turn left. It was a very hot day and the driveway was literally melting! A very nice touch was a welcome gift for first timers that had some trial products. Something I didn't know would be a good thing is that the skin care (massages, facials etc) are in a separate building next door (you just walk across the driveway). What I liked was that it wasn't noisy from sounds of hairdryers and laughter from people getting hair & nail treatments. You could hear the road a bit but was not bad.
