In my feeble attempt to wash away the remnants of 2020, my washer broke. Great way to start 2021,…read moreright? I started doing my research and quickly feel into an Information Overload pit. I was so confused about which washer to buy, I actually had a mini-breakdown over all the information. Impeller or agitator? Front load or top load? Were the government regulations over water levels still in place? It was overwhelming. Every store where I stopped to shop wanted to oversell everything- warranties, delivery, all that stuff. Every place wanted to charge an outrageous fee to deliver, install and take away my old machine locally. I drove to Stoneback and a very nice man named Andy helped me so much. He answered all my questions and he did not try to oversell me. He showed me just what I needed and nothing more. Better still- no charge for delivery, installation or take away. And he did not try to pressure me into a warranty. I had to ask him about the warranty. WOW. The other man who helped me was Jimmy. He was so nice and he even scheduled delivery for the same day as my purchase. He said the drivers should be at my place between 4-5 pm. They showed up at 4:05 pm and were as nice and professional as can be. They were very courteous young man. They did not waste time on their cell phones when we had to wait for a third party. I was impressed with their thoroughness, advice and help. Could not be happier with the sales and installation of my new Whirlpool. I will never mess with Big Box stores again. From the moment I walked into the store to when my new washer was installed and tested, my experience here was top rate.

Our Craftsmen mower has been giving us trouble for months. Prior to visiting Maisch, we had it…read moreserviced twice at Ranchmart ACE only to have the same issue reappear both times. So we decided to give Maisch a try. They identified a part they thought might be responsible for our issue (I believe it was the choke valve) and replaced it. We got it home and it worked fine that first time out, but two weeks later, when it was time to mow the lawn again, same problem reappeared again! Three attempts to get the problem fixed, and $180 dollars later, I was ready to chuck the mower and buy a new one. But the wife insisted I take it back to Maisch one more time. This time they replaced the carburetor, and did it for free!! Not sure yet if the problem is permanently fixed, but either way, Maisch is definitely the model of excellent customer service. We will trust them with all our future mower repair needs and recommend our friends do the same.
