We arrived at our KC condo at 5 pm to find a serious drain backup in our hall shower. The…read morebuilding's maintenance man said his auger would not be adequate to clean the drain, and finding a plumber in the evening might be difficult. He tried two other firms that have plumbers. One did not answer the phone. The other said there could be a long wait. Then he called A-1, and we were told they could have someone at our condo within 20 minutes. I could not have been happier. A plumber arrived on time with an auger that was able to reach and remove the clog 10 feet down in the drain. In the future, if I again need someone to clean a drain, I will know to call A-1.
