I had a plumber out to clean it out and after an hour of working gave up and said I would need to have the P-trap jackhammered out of the concrete and would have to to get to it a wall removed and the furnace moved. I found AAA Ace Drain Cleaning online with great reviews. He came out three hours later. It was quite a struggle because there was mortar that had been dumped in the drain and clogged the P-trap. After a couple of hours he was able to bore through the mortar and open the drain. I also had AAA Ace scope the pipes to assure I would not have problems in the future. They were also very neat and clean which is a concern with that type of work. He was very fair on the price for the amount of work I had done.
