Last night, after returning home from the hospital after my son had surgery, we found that our pipe in the basement was leaking and we needed to turn off the water. I called Richard after a referral here in Lenexa Kansas for an issue with our hot water heater (the pilot light would not stay lit). He answered the phone promptly and let me know he was booked out for the next week. He then took time out of his day to walk me through troubleshooting steps to identify the problem with the hot water heater. We got the issue figured out and he told me how to replace the part. Richard came out to my house late in the evening to unfreeze my pipes. my pipes were in the ceiling and he had them thawed out in minutes! He used a machine that sends an electric current from one end of the pipe to the other end. When they were thawed, he discovered that I had not one but two places in the pipe that had burst. He had the two holes repaired within 30 minutes. Not only did he repair the issue, he gave me advice to prevent this from happening again. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and friendly person to come into my home and help me with my plumbing needs. Thank you Richard!!! I was driving on 35 the drive of truck AA Ability discount plumbing. Pulled in front of me I almost hit him so I honked my horn. We were getting off on 95th turning right he gets in the other lane proceeds to throw a water bottle at my car. Hitting the Hood of my car doing damage. He re-built out shower ( which had been done 5years earlier by a big-name plumber without help) but made sure to treat the clog--now the kids can shower without scalding when someone uses another faucet.
